Just wanted to give a shout out and a big thank you to Devin at precision collision center in Saint Matthews. Had to replace a broken reflector light on my Audi A6.. Got the part from Audi, came over to have them look at it. He explained to me what was involved, took the car back put in the new cover and brought it back out and did not charge. Offered to pay them and they said not necessary. Great service. Would highly recommend them.

They seem to think this paint job is good its 50 different shades,shady body shop, I was told a different price and when i showed up it was a different price , they painted the door 3 times and can NOT match the paint save your self the headache and go somewhere else.

Precision Collision St Matthews did an excellent job with my car repair. They were thorough and got it done in a timely manner. They handled the insurance aspect professionally and quickly. They explained everything very well and were kind and honest. They are the best body repair shop in town!

I had a terrible experience with Precision Collision in Louisville, Kentucky. They seem to have a knack for taking money off their customers in the most sneaky and underhanded ways possible. Not only did they charge me exorbitant fees, but they also added mysterious "administrative fees" and "analyzing fees" to the bill without any explanation or justification. It felt like they were just trying to squeeze every last dime out of me.To make matters worse, when I expressed my concerns and asked for clarification on these fees, they were extremely uncooperative and unresponsive. It's clear that they have no intention of providing good customer service or transparency in their pricing.I've had enough of their shady practices, and I'm seriously considering contacting the Kentucky Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau to report their unethical behavior. I'm even thinking about involving my personal attorney to resolve this mess.In short, my advice is to stay far away from Precision Collision in Louisville, Kentucky. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and, most importantly, your hard-earned money. There are plenty of other reputable auto repair shops out there that won't try to take advantage of you like Precision Collision did to me.

I had an extremely unsettling experience at this body shop, and the whole operation felt incredibly fishy. First off, their initial quote seemed suspiciously low compared to other reputable shops in the area. I should have seen it as a red flag, but I proceeded.Throughout the repair process, there was a complete lack of transparency. They kept giving me vague explanations about the work being done and never provided clear updates. When I asked for details, they were evasive and seemed reluctant to share any information.It only got worse when I picked up my car. The final bill was much higher than the initial estimate, and they couldn't provide a satisfactory explanation for the discrepancies. The quality of their work was also questionable, with visible flaws in the paint job and uneven panel alignment.To make matters worse, when I tried to address these issues, they dodged my calls and emails. It's clear they had no intention of taking responsibility for their poor work or their shady business practices.I wouldn't recommend this body shop to anyone. The entire experience felt fishy from start to finish, and I wouldn't trust them with any repair work. Find a more reputable and trustworthy place to take your car.

Excellent work and customer service. Devin was very communicative throughout the process and didn t mind my frequent calling with questions. The most unresponsive and lack of efficiency body shop I ever work with. They spent more than 2 weeks to repair a minor damage I believe other places can be done within one week. Their customer service is fine but they can t solve any problem besides blame their parts suppliers, the insurance provider or tell you something uncertain about work process through email. I can t believe they are even the certified body shop for many luxury car brands. (what kind of certified body shop need more than one week to get some parts they need?)

Shady business!!!! They charge 250 for admin fee and 450 for an estimate. They also try to run up the Bill to maximize their money from the insurance company without totaling out the car.

I have used this location twice, never again. This place is incompetent, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. They will never call you, you always have to chase them down to get any information. They refuse to take responsibility as they will consistently blame the companies and suppliers which they choose to do business. (Newsflash: It s your business, that s on you. Maybe you are in the wrong one if you can t manage it.) They sometimes answer the phone and whoever I need to talk to is never there. Tip: Whatever day they tell you your car is going to be ready add on a week or so to your rental car. Nothing but frustration with this group. One of the worst run businesses (as a client) I have ever seen.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism. They fixed some curb rash on my wheels and refinished them in satin black, repaired some ppf, and removed two small dings on my 911. They cleaned her up before I picked her up too. They were not cheap nor expensive IMO, but let s face it, ya get what you pay for. This is my go to moving forward for anything cosmetic for my vehicles. Thank youService: Body & Trim
