I had a GREAT experience at Precision Collision. I was involved in a minor accident recently and was dreading the entire repair process anywhere. I called Precision and they were flexible with my schedule when making the appointment to get an estimate (great start!). When I got there, they were ready for me and there was no wait whatsoever. Everyone on the staff was very professional, friendly, and respectful. Levi took a look at the damage and the repair was so minor that they were able to complete it the same day. What I appreciate the most is that Levi was honest with me and didn t try to take advantage of me with unnecessary and costly repairs. He got my vehicle right in the shop and soon I was on my way with a fresh car wash, which I didn t expect at all. I know that all repairs are not that quick and easy, and fingers crossed no more accidents, but I ll return to Precision Collision right away if I ever need them again. Thanks so much for your help!

I was involved in a small fender bender and had some small scuffed areas and paint scratches on my back bumper when I was recommended by a coworker to check out Precision Collision. They have taken excellent care of me from start to finish. I cannot thank them enough for being so kind and doing an exceptional job. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, but I would like to especially thank Dennis Smith, the manager, for going above and beyond to help me out. I would give Precision Collision 10 stars if I could!

Awesome crew and employees who keep you up to date. Definitely a must when you need a repair from damage to your vehicle. They will find the best deal on parts that are for your vehicle and only top notch repair parts will be assembled on your vehicle. They are Knowledgeable with each make and model of vehicles and are efficient in the repair to get your car back to you like it should.

My car dealership sent me to Precision when they weren't sure what to do with an SOS Emergency service disabled notification, and they met with me quickly, found a loose sensor, plugged it in and sent me on my way without charge. Great guys, and I hope I don't need their services in the future but would go back without hesitation!

Thank you so much Precision collision on Stober rd in louisville for fixing our Jeep. We are 100% thankful for everything yall have done. You have fixed the jeep both times and have done Such beautiful work and treated us with the Upmost respect. My Jeep looks brand new again and can't tell it's ever been hit.! If anyone needs work done on there car give them a call. Wonderful people. I have went thru a few body shops before them and after going thru them 2 years ago and now this year I wont go no where else again. They are repectful and lovely people. They dont just care about the money. They care about you as a person and making sure u dont get Screwed up by insurance. Thank yall very much.

Took our Tesla Model 3 here for auto body repair. They forgot to out the hood ornament on. Getting it on required another service appointment. Here is a picture of the new hood ornament. Notice anything about it? Third time's a charm? Update: Two months later, after being told the owner would come fix the misaligned hood emblem, they have not responded or fixed it.Service: Body & Trim

Do not trust this shop they have no ethics. The owner and his staff play games at your expense. They purchased new Range Rover front and rear bumpers along with other parts from us on ebay and got their money refunded by saying their customer took their car elsewhere. They threatened to throw away the parts unless we came to pick them up immediately. It cost us several hundred dollars to have the parts picked up and we also lost the original freight shipping charges. When the parts arrived back they had been unwrapped and put into a box that said Mercedes on it, not the box we shipped them in. The bumpers were scratched up and looked like they had started to install them before ripping them off and damaging the mounting tabs. The box they put the parts back into was much larger than the box we sent, so return shipping was much higher. We lost several thousand dollars and over $1200 dollars on shipping alone. When I called the shop to speak to the about owner about this his staff was very rude and refused to put me through to him. Well I hope you get to read this now sir, because you are a selfish crook who hurt our small business just because it was convenient for you. I hope people will think twice about ever bringing their car to your shop and I hope it costs you 10x how much you took from us.

Thursday 5-28-2020 exactly 3 weeks to the day we got our car back like new from Precision Collision. Due to a collision with a deer on 5-7-2020. Just an FYI they are who Tesla approves in Louisville to do your body work if needed. I dealt with Corey there who was absolutely stellar. Initially I used my Tesla phone app. before I researched and contacted them.I left a message on their website and Corey called me back. By then I had already contacted my insurance agent Fred Sapp with Mendenhall Insurance who got me hooked up with my insurance company Safeco which I found out is Liberty Mutual(not sure exactly how that works) But in no time I was talking to an initial claims adjuster. Then when Corey initially called me he asked for my insurance contact and said he would take care of everything.He contacted his preferred towing service and had the car picked up from my home, directly dealt with the insurance company and provided me via email with the photos of the car he had taken with the initial estimate and following estimates to ensure I was left in the loop. He also called me with updates of the progress and was just downright personable.The only issue I had was that for some reason the location of my car on the app. was for some reason flagrantly inaccurate to it's location(believe me I checked). So really as distasteful having the accident and being without the car was I do not believe it could have gone much smoother so thank you to Corey with Precision Collision, Fred Sapp with Mendenhall Insurance, Liberty Mutual(Safeco Insurance) and also Louisville Towing and Recovery.

I dropped my car off to them on May the. 30th for hail damage. This was supposed to be a 3 day process. I didn't get my car back till June the 12th when I got my car back. It was not fixed properly the hood was off track. The frame was off track. my head liner was not put back in correctly. My seats were not put back in correctly. It was a mess I would not recommend this place to anyone. Button.Service: Body & Trim

Norman and his employees provide premium service and premium repair outcomes. I own 6 Mercedes and would take them nowhere else for any cosmetic need. The plastic surgeons or exotic repair! Don't believe me? Ask the exotic dealerships in town!!

Stopped by to get an estimate on my car. Had a recent collision, slid on ice, and hit the rail guard. Went to 3 body shops to get the estimate. Precision Collision gave me an estimate of $6,853 while the others gave me ones around $4,250. Said nothing and left with a smile but will definitely not be using Precision Collision s service

This is an excellent collision repair facility offering high quality autobody, frame, suspension, mechanical, electrical, trim and paint repair of collision damaged vehicles.They're highly regarded for their quality service on Mercedes Benz, Tesla and other quality vehicles as well as more common cars and trucks.This facility maintains a good working relationship with insurance adjusters and assists the customer in handling insurance claims without a hassle.They're completely honest and very thorough.Its been my experience that their work is always of high quality and completed before the vehicle leaves their shop. Took my SL550 after I backed into our garage door. They fixed my emblem and buffed out a few scratches. I asked them what the charge was and they said no charge! I have had my daughters car over there before as well and they did a great job. I highly recommend them. They have always been helpful and communicate well with their customers.

We took in our Audi after it was damaged in the hail storm. The gents at the shop told us it would be no more than two or three days to get the work done and get the car back, and that they would call us when the part came in that they needed.Not only did we have to call them to find out the part had been in for a week, they had ordered the wrong part, which they discovered after delaying the work for two additional weeks, all weeks we had to use a rental car.Once the work was done, the car looked great; the process, however, took over three months to complete. When they arrived at our house with the car, they handed me a bill that was more than $1,000 over the insurance price, and asked for that amount.I would never recommend this shop to anyone. The last we heard from them was "all I can say is 'sorry.'" Sorry is fine, and yes, it is just a car - but the customer service at this shop is unbelievably poor. We will be taking our cars elsewhere in the future.

They are not the fastest, but they are the most thorough. They have worked on several of my cars including super cars. I will not trust another person to touch my cars. If getting a car back that is 100% done right means an extra day or two in a rental, im OK with that.

This was not one of the preferred shops from my insurance company but it is the only Mercedes certified shop in the Louisville area. Norman and Christie were absolutely fabulous to work with. I was updated at each step of the way, everything was explained to me and coordinated with the insurance company. when completed they sent the car to Tafel Mercedes to get inspected and completed. My car was washed and waxed and completely detailed. all the parts are OEM MB with a lifetime warranty as long as I own the vehicle. Car was ready when they said and it looks as good as new. This is a top notch outfit.The quality of their work is exemplary.... and what made the experience that much better was the service from their team, especially Christie. what a pleasure to work with.

I spoke with Corey every time I called while dealing with my vehicle. Class A professionalism and easy to work with and was very helpful in every aspect. He called me regularly with updated info and I was extremely happy with the service

Some guy rear ended my 08 mini cooper in December 2016 and mini told me to send it here. Well two monthes went by with no one knowing what was going on with my car then they finally called me to come pick it up. But when we got their they ran my wires wrong behind my bumper cover and didnt hook up my side marker light and left out clips for the wheel wells and also ran it out of gas. They fixed all that in and hour and so i took off to relize that my front end is so far out of alignment and my driver side window dont come close to closing right. This place had horriable service up front and no one their knows whats going on. I would not recommend this place to my worse enamy.

Not good expeience...still not over..My car mini cooper met with an accident on March 25th, 2016. It reached to the dealer in the evening but it was Friday evening they sent the car to work shop which is precision collision center on Monday or Tuesday. They found out air bag was broken they need to order new one. ..after calling them constantly for at least 6 weeks I found out that air bag work is over but they need to fix new seat cover which was damage during accident which they forgot to order at first place..they ordered after air bag was fixed...seat cover needs to come from Germany which took more than one week... now fixing of seat cover is going on ...I don't know when they will finish and give me back my car...since I am going through insurance. ..my insurance company covers only one month of car rental. .another month rental I have to pay from pocket because precision center is not helping me...I don't know what to say more...I feel really sad about the way my case is being handle by precision. .

I had to take me Mercedes there for some repairs to the passenger side door. James was great picking me up and taking me to the car rental shop. My car was done within a week as promised and it looks like new!

These guys have worked on 11 of my cars. do they take a little longer than the normal fly by night shop, yes. If you're looking for someone to quickly put a bandaid on your car, go elsewhere. If you're looking for someone that will fight for you with your insurance to make sure the work is done right, come here. There's a reason why there's usually a ferrari or lambo in the parking lot whenever you're there...

My 21 year old son bought a car in March 2013 and the day he bought the car someone ran into him. The place he bought the car from, Taafel motors, recommended he take it to Precision Collision. We had a police report and the man that ran into him had insurance so we were optimistic. This happened in March and they STILL HAVE HIS CAR.My son needed a rental car to get to and from work and the insurance company said they would pay for that as well. However, sometime in May the insurance ran out and when my son went to turn in the car and pay, they said the bill was $3,000! The insurance company contacted Precision and they said the car sat there for 2 weeks because they didn't have the police report. Regardless, that was only for 2 weeks and they've had his car almost 10 - over 2 months!I am ready to contact all 3 tv stations to help me find out why they still have his car and if they are going to cover the $3000 bill from Hertz Rental.

They are thieves!!! They stole out of my Mercedes and when confronted about it, I received the run around. One lady said "didn't you already come pick it up"? Another guy said "sometimes they have to take things out when it goes to paint." When asked to speak with the technician who worked on the car, they wouldn't let us speak with him and said we could contact the manager in the morning. We asked for the owner who just stood there and said to file a police report because this person has worked for me for some years and I believe him. While on the phone with the police he walks off never to address me or my husband. I will NEVER do business with them!!!

Hands down the most professional body shop that I have ever used. Highly recommended. I feel sorry for the reviewers that do not know how insurance companies work.
