Took good care of my vehicle and communicated all work prior to actually doing it. BMW techs have a little different schedule so be sure to call ahead if you're taking one. I'll be back.

My experience with Pep Boys was flawless. I had 4 new tires installed, my Tire Sensors replaced, and an Alignment done. They checked my brakes and let me know what was needed in the near future. The Manager Greg was on it! Best experience ever! I would highly recommend this Pep Boys!

12/7/2023I ve went back two times after thisI scheduled an appointment it wasn t followed through because of connection issues with the scheduler and the store waited past my scheduled time.Came in as a walk in it was an hour to hour in an half wait.Will try again with scheduling next time I get an oil change.However, the mechanics do great oil changes and convenient at times!7/2/2021I dropped my car off at 10:30 AM it is now 12:11 PM I came back at 11:30 AM to ask if my car was done because they told me that it will take an hour and 30 minutes however when I came back my car was still not done being serviced. I didn t ask the manager if I could just get my car to come back and schedule an appointment at a later time. The manager told me that they cannot schedule any service work at all. Talk with the manager and told her that it s always a time issue every time I get my vehicle serviced here the manager Dan told me that I should just go elsewhere and that they could not schedule an appointment for me to get a oil change. For my car to have it or change it still has not been serviced and they told me that it will take another hour on top of the hour and 30 minutes that I was already told.Very horrible on time constraints and restrictions!Back before I was told that sitting customers always serviced first and customers that drop their cars off they will get it done when the customers that are sitting inside the building has been serviced first since the customer has dropped her car off however I am now the only customer sitting in here meaning all the customers drop their cars off. My oil still has not been changed it is now 12:21 almost getting past the hour that I was told when I first got here while the second time.7/10/2021Update after this visit my car has not driven the same.Which is weird because all I came for was an oil change.

3rd time for same repair. Couldn't even fix a nail for free. 1000 places around you will get better service and a decent waiting room . In there extremely large building to showcase tires. Will never be backFrom Detroit to ky. Place is a scam

I made an appointment to have a new battery for my car, and it was all taken care of quickly. The paperwork did not clearly mention a warranty and I will call back to check on this, but most new batteries have a 30 to 36 month warranty.

Terrible! All I went in for was a 2 new tire install. They ended up destroying my wheel key along with the locks. They were very deceitful with telling me what they had done. (Ill spare the details) Greg was upfront and handled this miserably! I ended up taking the car to Huyndai the next day where they explained that Pepboys had actually ruined all the locks to the point where one needs to be cut off. That's another $165 and cant be scheduled for a week.Greg was rude and unapologetic. I specifically asked that they NOT use the gun on my key. They need to cover it. I never want them near my car again.This isn't the only time I had shady service here (Breckenridge) as they were the ones to install the last set of tires to which I had to go to Ken Towery immediately after for a correct balance. I only went to Pep again bc 1) they were the only ones with an open appointment...wonder why? and 2) How hard is a tire install???

Great job and great tires! Little more communication from staff would have been a better experience. Need a bigger television in the waiting area which needed cleaning.

I dropped the vehicle off to have tired they put a plug in it and then charge me $21 I got home and the tire leaked 4 lb every day took it back to him they said they couldn't find a leak I said well you need to do something about it so they put another plug in it and another stem and I'm crossing my fingers I've wasted four hours on a simple tire plug. They should have reimbursed me my payment due to the fact they couldn't get it done right the first time. Well not recommend anybody in the world to go to pep boys

Update. As you can see below pep boys reached out and asked for me to send my contact information so that they could look into the situation . It s been 3 weeks with absolutely NO response to me emailing them. It looks like management condones poor workmanship and poor customer service.Staff I dealt with while purchasing a new battery were not courteous and failed to actually install battery properly which resulted in a few days later me sitting in the heat waiting for a tow for almost two hours and losing the use of my car for a day. When I dropped off my key inside when the tow truck driver dropped me and my car off I was rudely asked if I was leaving it with them or waiting as they were too busy to deal with it today. I said I d leave and wait for my ride to come and pick me up. Very next morning I received a call from the same person I dealt with before telling me my car was ready and when I asked what was wrong he told me the technician didn t tighten the cable to the battery and it had popped off. No apologies, no I m sorry you sat in the heat for two hours. When I came and picked it later that day after work I spoke with another employee who was much nicer and said he d speak to the other person that I had been dealing with. I don t think I ll ever return after this experience. I know mistakes happen, but when I make a mistake I m apologetic. To him I was nothing but a problem he didn t want to deal with and was thus easy to dismiss. No, I don t want anything for free as I told the other employee. I just wanted to not be treated poorly when the mistake was not mine.

Always have great service at this Pep Boys. i drop my car off in the morning and pick up in the afternoon. I get calls from the store when needed to let me know an estimate and they are always spot on.

Was at the competition the day before and waited 6 hours to get a tire repair. Went to Pep boys the next day and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with friendly service.I would highly recommend this location.

Great guys! Even though they were short staffed and busy they did not hesitate to switch out the batteries on my truck because Interstate Batteries stripped the tie down bolts and just gave up.

I ve had better experiences in the ghetto of Louisville. As soon as I walked in I was treated with a sense of annoyance by the manager, he and the other employee a woman was discussing peoples vehicles and how they were cheap and they shouldn t drive those kind of vehicles if they couldn t afford the wheels for the vehicles. Not a very professional environment very unprofessional manager!

My parents had a terrible experience when they went in there for a car inspection, they were met with this lady who was horribly rude and disrespectful. Do not recommend this spot, rude and horrible costumer service.

I had a blow out on my car. Pep Boys was the only place that carried a 14 inch tire IN STOCK. JOSEPH was very helpful.I came back and was late but the tire technician, who had clocked out and volunteered to stay and change my flat.5 stars, especially to the tech.

If you have any respect for yourself, your money, or your car, DO NOT GO HERE. I came to get my transmission fluid flushed. They not only charged $100 for a diagnosis, but then told me it would be another $1000+ because they needed to remount my engine? I just wanted fluid. Stick around- it gets worse! I told them no, and they took another 20 minutes to get my car for me. As I pulled away I heard this awful screeching noise. I took it to my regular shop just to find out IT HAD NO REAR BRAKE PADS. I can t prove they took them, but I can say with certainty it s very suspicious my car never made that noise until the second I pulled away. I had gotten brand new brake pads 5 months prior. Now, I have to pay to get all that fixed. They must ve thought just because I m a young girl I would be stupid enough to be screwed over. Sorry, nope!

Stephanie has upfront, amazing customer service and great knowledge with concern. The technician Senahid is very down to earth and honest. He displayed great valuable information for my SUV. Hardcore pressure light on they were very fast to fix my problem. The only complaint I would have is they try to sell you extra things.i had just had my car at the ford shop for my 70000 mile check and nothing was mentioned about needing anything new. So they do try to oversell

The website made it extremely easy to make an appointment. When I arrived Greg made sure that my job was made a priority. It took about an hour and a half for 4 new tires. I m very satisfied and will return.

I will not do business here because it is very obvious when you call and you are a woman, that the man who answers the phone is very rude and doesn't want to assist when I want to buy 4 tires. He was very curt and non- friendly. He answered the phone with, "wait a minute". Not your "hello thank you for calling Pep boys". He didn't have a Michelin tire size I needed when wanting to buy and have 4 installed. He got aggravated when I asked him what other tire was comparable. He did not want to help me. I could not understand what he said and when I asked him to repeat, he raised his voice very aggressively. I immediately said I will let you go because it is obvious you are very irritated. He said OKAY and hung up. He is the tall African American man, and NO I am not prejudice . I just don't what any other workers blamed for his rudeness. I was just there last month for a service and I know exactly who he is and he was not very courteous then either. I will take my $1000 business elsewhere for new tires.

Checking in for my appointment took awhile and the process seemed a tad time consuming. It seems like maybe their software was slow or outdated. I had two tires replaced and the service was very quick and well done. The cost was also very affordable. Back in February, I paid Ken Towery nearly $900 to have four tires put on. (I already had the tires, they just needed to put them on my truck) Pep Boys was MUCH more affordable. I only paid $65 to have two tires put on (Again, I already had the tires). Overall I was very happy with my experience with Pep Boys. I will be recommending them and using them for any future services I may need.

Do not take your car to this location, do not waste your time and money. My car had problems with the AC, I took it and they told me that it would be ready in three days. After 3 weeks I told them that I was taking it without having finished fixing it. Supposedly they ordered the same hose 4 times and received it wrong 4 times, the time was infinite. They gave me an estimate of $870 for changing two hoses and the day I went to pick it up, the initial estimate had changed to more than $1,000. In the end they charged me almost $500 for just changing one hose, telling me that it was getting cold, after a week the car started to lose cold because they never replaced the second hose even though they had it there for 3 weeks.

Do not get alignments here!! Fortunately (I think) I didn't pay for it - it came free with a tire purchase. So the 2nd star is for value... they had a good price on the tire I wanted and the mounting is satisfactory. But the alignment... it was very noticeably off when I left their shop, but it was closing time and I was ready to get home. I called and found out that the alignment was warrantied for 90 days, so I took it back in. Check out the pic of driving on the straight interstate on the way home. Actually, I drove straight from Pep Boys to the dealership to get it straightened out. The guys there were amazed... "it was a MILE off". I wish I could recommend Pep Boys for everything since their prices were fair and they warranty their work, but I have to warn against it! Cheaper isn't always better!

I just left this Pep Boys and I was treated so well here. I had a new set of tires put on and a alignment. From start to finish the manager Gregory Goodwin was absolutely perfect! Perfect being better than good, outstanding, best, great, etc. Thank you Gregory and Pep Boys!! I will only use this guys store from now on!!

The reason Pep Boys now calls itself a "tire shop" instead of an auto maintenance center is because of all the law suits and complaints against it over the years, when it did call itself a full service auto maintenance center. It took me 18 months and an inspection by a third party dealer to finally prove that Pep Boys had ruined an engine brought in for repair. My experience was like that of many others. So, now they just call themselves a "tire shop". I wonder how they'll screw that up too.

Made a reservation on their website for Saturday. Then, when I showed up for the appointment, I was informed that they don't provide the scheduled services on the weekend (A/C troubleshooting session). Then, we were informed that those services we only performed on Monday-Friday on a first come, first serve basis. I was never notified via a phone call that they would not be able to conduct the inspection that I had scheduled.

Price on tires was great with the buy 3 get 1 promo. Paid for install and alignment, get on hwy and had substantial wheel shake. Take it back and they tell me my wheel(s) are damaged and I need new wheels. Take to another shop and find out only 2 of the 4 wheels were balanced properly and one had the old weights still attached throwing the balance out 3-4 ounces. Cost me $80 additional to correct their mistake but saved on $400+ if I would've bought a new wheel with Pep Boys advice. Overall, price was great but attention to detail was Poor from their service techs. I saved maybe 200-300 bucks but multiple trips back and forth AND taking it to another dealer wasn't worth the 200 in tire savings.
