Rachel was very rude!!! She talked bad about how I needed to change that nasty filter and was poking fun at the fact it was dirty. I told her I would think about it but I wanted to make sure I had enough money for the other services. A customer should never be made to feel bad for declining a recommendation. Even though the courtesy technician on duty, which was Rachel gave horrible service, the lower safety technician Bobby was courteous, very thorough with his inspection of my car. He found a leak and was able to take care of that, and he also went above and beyond, and noticed that there was a knot on my tire And informed me of it ! Bobby went above and beyond, and was very professional!Service: Oil change

Beyond rude at the start. Has no clue what service is. Took her two minutes to get off her chair to guide me into the bay. You could see the look of disappointment that she had to get off her phone and chair to work. We all have bad days, it's how you tackle the day or change the day you're having. Good luck.Didn't give them the opportunity to change my oil.I'd pay more somewhere else for just "ok" service.

Female attendant on duty didn t acknowledge me waiting outside at 8:00 am and then didn t open the overhead door until 8:05 am. As I was pulling in slowly, waiting for her to direct me I could tell she already had an attitude. As I got out of the car to tell her what I needed she rudely told me to get back in the car, roll down the windows and pop the hood. I tried to tell her that I only needed a tail light changed, but she did want to listen, and said are you going to be nice? I responded are you going to listen to me? She then raised the front garage door and waived me out. I told her what I thought of her.The guys at the shop are always courteous and professional; if I ever go again and see her, I will leave immediately.

Rachel the manger is rude and she needs to be fired. Every time you go into that place she act like she got an attitude. If you re not happy you shouldn t be at work. I wouldn t recommend going to the location on Lyndon Ln their costumer service is trash. Their over priced, and it seems as if they just hire anybody.

I won't say they're terrible from one experience but my first experience was terrible. I got my oil changed before making a trip to TN. My oil pressure light came on while driving the back roads of TN. I pulled over to investigate and it looked like my oil drain plug was missing. I had my car towed to the closest oil change facility where they verified that the plug was missing and my crankcase was empty. The knuckleheads at Penzoil apparently don't understand the importance of torquing the drain plug. Or maybe they were just having a bad day that day. Regardless, I'll never go back there again.Service: Oil change

First time I ve been there, and I plan on going back again! They were super helpful and let me know what my car needs were. I appreciated how they didn t force any services on me and made sure I knew and understood everything they were talking about that my car could need in the future. Got my oil change here they left tools under my hood causing damage, I ve now been without my car several weeks as they continue to tell me they will look into it and get back with me , no one has ever reached back out .

Went for an oil change today and they had excellent customer service. Manager was very kind, owners were great, and my oil change was at a very good reasonable price and done in a timely, professional manner. Definitely will continue going there anytime I need an oil change.

I usually go to valvoline but tried this location because of a groupon. I'm used to seeing guys and girls work as a team at valvoline and being extremely nice "it's a great day at valvoline ". The guys at this location talked the entire time about how mad they were that people kept pulling up, I told them it would probably get busy because of the deal that's being advertised. He continued to complain. Didn't want to check my air filter, lights, wipers, or tires but wanted me to sign a paper saying that I did. I won't be back.

Fastest oil change I have ever got done! Very friendly staff, Sam the owner was great with me. Highly recommend this place for anyone that needs a quick oil change done.

The mechanic grumbled that I had a Groupon and sent another mechanic to put it in the computer. The guy that came up left oil all over my phone (from pulling the Groupon) and my debit card. Also, it definitely took longer than ten minutes.

This was a great experience. I was in and out from oil change and air filter replacement in 15 mins!!! I was grateful cause I was getting on the road for a trip!

First time I've ever let someone else change my oil... Steve and Dakota were super friendly and got me taken care of in a timely fashion! I will be back for sure!

Terrible service. They claimed to have to checked everything on the receipt but actually did NOT check anything aside from the oil and filter. Day after I left I turned on my headlights and one was out. That is part of their checklist. I will NOT be returning.
