Mr. Parson got me into his busy schedule to fix my car. Not only that but he was able to rearrange his schedule to help me out. The work was phenomenal and I couldn t be happier. Butch Parsons is a gem. You just do t see the local owner/operator enough these days. Did body work on 2 cars for me. Was upfront on estimates- repairs rather than simply replacing when possible and flawless work. A pleasure dealing with this body shop. I d highly recommend

This was the first time I used Parsons Body Shop and I am so glad I found them. They are very friendly, accommodating and professional. But most of all extremely honest. I needed three things fixed on my car and I thought I would be without it for a couple of days. I had it back in several hours not days. I had price quotes from the dealer and also a couple of other places. Persons saved me a lot of money. I will definitely go back when I need something done again.

I am VERY HAPPY with Parsons Body Shop. I had about a little bigger than golf ball size of rust on the side of my car that I let get worse over time. One body shop told me I could just sand it on my own but an auto shop strongly advised me against it since the rust was so bad. Other body shops insisted they needed to do the entire panel and quoted me over 1000, stating it would be impossible to match the color if they didn t do the entire panel. Well Parsons had no problem with that and gave me a much cheaper quote. Not to mention they noticed that it appeared to have already been patched up before - and poorly. This wasn t something that the other body shop saw. Parsons were very efficient and got the job done in less than 3 days. They were friendly, helpful and reassuring. My favorite part is they were true to their word. Got it done right in the timeframe they said and for the exact price they quoted me. I am so grateful for them taking care of my car and saving me time and money! Thank you -my car looks great!

Very pleased with the customer service provided by Butch. Estimate was thorough. He was able to get my vehicle in for body work 4 weeks faster than the competition. Finished work by the staff was well done. Almost looks like it came out of the factory. Great job!

Tired of sleazy sales pitches and poorly done work? Butch Parsons and his crew are a refreshing experience in a time of declining customer relations and shoddy workmanship. Over the years my family has had three cars repaired at Parsons. The warm, honest, and professional way we have been dealt with makes a hard experience surprisingly pleasant. Even Mr. Parson s employees are friendly and courteous. The only sad thing is that this kind of customer service is such a rare finding in today s culture!

Have used them 3 times in past 3 years. Ok work but very slow. - UPDATE in retrospect, I think this review was harsh. My wife had some work done via Geico's shop in IN and it took almost as long. I think there are just too few quality body shops in this area. Updating to 4 stars because of quality of work.

BUTCH RUNS A GOOD CLEAN SHOP OVER IN LYNDON..FIRST TIME I HAVE USED Parson's Body Shop....Drove by it for the past 10 years ..Decided to try them out on a Expensive Not in Production anymore ABT Ground Effects Kit for my 2014 Audi A5 Convertable ...and They nailed it 100% ..Looks Great..Thank Parson's ..Will use again !!
