I walked away happy and satisfied with the help of Camden and Joe! Camden took care of me on my first deal and was very pleasant to work with. When I came to pick up the other car, Joe and Camden both took care of me! Great conversation and made to feel welcomed. They did a great job working everything out with me! I left feeling like I made friends and was never made to feel like I was another transaction. I go through cars often and will be returning to this location and will recommend them both to anyone looking to buy! Thanks again!!

Purchased a new vehicle here last year, this is our 3rd 5000mi service at Oxmoor Toyota Service department. Made the 8am appointment 3 weeks in advance, drove 1hr 15mins to get here on time and there were 10 vehicles in line all with 8am appts as well. Waited 26mins to even speak to a service advisor and hand the keys over for our 8am appt. Waiting over 2 hours for scheduled maintenance is not acceptable and making that many appointments that are essentially first come first served, unacceptable. This is our 2nd vehicle purchased at this dealership and because of the service dept, this will be our last.

The service center is always nice and professional. They had alot of traffic this time so i had an hour and a half to wait.so i went to check out the inventory. I talked to a salesman named corey. He said the interest was too high right now but he could take a little off the price. I said yes the politics are not good for inflation right now. He said ( YOUR ONE OF THOSE!! WE ARE FIGHTING THE DESTRUCTION OF OUR COUNTRY BY TRUMP!!) THEN HE CALLED ME AN IDIOT . LOL. I SAID ( SO I GUESS I'M NOT BUYING A CAR TODAY?) HE SAID (YOU NEVER WERE) So i told him he could not have a discussion. It's your way or no way. I didn't even get a chance to disclose my political affiliation! It's getting rediculous folks. I did report him to the manager.he sent me out with another young man to look at vehicles. Unfortunately they didn't have any siennas. And i was steamed about this ignorant salesman named COREY! The liberal political landscape has become ridiculous! I have been in unions and voted union party line until Obamas second term. Though it's no ones business and is supposed to be respected in this country! This salesman had no right to attack me! But i am thankful to the manager and the young man that showed me what inventory they had with respect. IF I BUY ANOTHER CAR AT TOYOTA, IT WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE WITH COREY!!

Been taking my car here for the passed 6 years. Quality of the service has taken a nose dive. I took my car in for break service which was about $500. When I got my car back every time I applied my breaks the car shook violently. The advisor failed to let me know the car needed rotors before completing the job and the tech just grinder down the rotors. I take very good care of my vehicle and it has never done it before. I took the car back and spoke with a supervisor and they did the job again at no cost that included replacing the rotors for free. Even though the issue was fixed it didn t sit right with me. I don t know how they released a vehicle in that condition. I would have paid for the rotors if I was informed before the work was complete. Long story short I am looking for another dealership to service my vehicle.Service: Brakes

I took my Camry in for an oil change and tire rotation 09/2/23. I noticed my car not running as usual. I figured it was the oil because last year I went in for the same service oil change/ tire rotation. They drained the oil never put any oil in the car, rotated my tires charged me 90.00 and said my car was ready. A week later it sounded like I was driving a 18 wheeler. ( Fast forward back to 9/11/23) So of course I checked my oil and it barely had oil in it. I called supervisor, no call back. Took my car back and spoke to a supervisor over phone pulled in dock and got topped off. Nobody concerned at all. Told the advisor I won t be back he just shrugged his shoulders as if to so (so what). But they be trying to sell you car maintenance you don t need or just got. I will drive to the other end of town or Indiana.

These guys quoted and charged me for OEM tire pressure sensors, but installed aftermarket parts. The sensors failed early in my 1600 mile drive to move across the country (the reason I had them installed). I only found out about the aftermarket parts when I took it to the local Toyota dealership where I now live and they wouldn't honor the warranty. In full disclosure, Oxmoor refunded my money, but I'm left without working tire pressure sensors and it took a month and me following up several times for resolution. Just thought people should be aware that, in at least this case, I did not get the parts I paid for. I never would have known if I hadn't moved because I would have just kept bringing it to them to fix the issue.

Paid for prepaid maintenance plan when vehicle was purchased. Received postcard with my VIN# listed saying that maintenance was due. Called number on postcard to schedule maintenance and was told they do not work on Jeeps and I would have to call another center where vehicle was NOT purchased. Come to find out in March 2024 that our old van which was left for scrap with Oxmoor Toyota was resold with our Riverlink prepaid transponder still in the windshield racking up charges we didnt notice.

Bought a certified Toyota from this place, the car still have a couple of free oil changes, I called and scheduled an appointment with the advisor Morris, when arrived the guy wasn t there that day, another advisor named Jose took the job and asked me to wait for his call, waited patiently for the first hour and went and asked him if the car is ready he said I need more time waited another hour the back to him he mentioned I can take the car and come back another day I refused to accept this type of treatment, I went and talked to the manager, then he started working in my oil change.Hopefully Oxmoor will be careful in hiring this type of hateful advisors.

Worked with Daniel Martin and Nick White today both were very professional and did an excellent job, fixing the idle on my RAV4 with almost 200,000 miles on it. Long time customer of Toyota with excellent service members plan on continuing to be a customer.

Nick helped get me in and out in less than two hours! It was very busy there and I was made to feel like my vehicle was a priority. Even gave it a little wash down when they were done. Will be coming back for my preventative maintenance this summer.

Super expensive to get put of warranty work done. 100 plus an hour just to diagnose it. I don't know if they do good work or not, because I'm afraid of what the bill would be to actually work on the car. I walked all the way thru the service bays and no one acknowledged that I was even alive. Girl working at the service desk wasn't friendly or welcoming seemed to be having a bad day. Maybe it was just an off day?

I used the dread going here for service because they always found more to fix than I brought the car in for. But they seem to have remedied their tendency to want to up-sell service. I find them to be speedy and reliable these days

Got my oil changed in under an hr. The service dept a full work up and found that I need new rear brakes. They weren't pushy and very honest w me letting me know I had some time to get $ together and that it was safe for me to take it on a quick weekend girl's trip. The chick @ checkout left little to be desired but other than that top notch service.

I've called 3 times and left 3 messages to the service department about the peeling paint on my vehicle that is currently covered by a recall on the paint from Toyota, but I have yet to receive a call back regarding this matter. I've been told each time it needs to be referred to the service manager and that my contact information is passed on but no response. I'm not sure if my information is not being passed on or if the service manager doesn't want to make any more appointments for the recall, but so far it doesn't seem like they care about the customer.

The service team was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. My mechanical issue was handled the same day that I called to request an appointment. They went above and beyond my expectations.

Well my service is still covered as I have not yet hit 2 years or 25K miles. The place is excellent. But the rate at which the prices on the sheet before they zero it out has been increasing makes me think that I will likely be finding somewhere else to service the car after the included service is over.5K service was about $35 (that does not include an actual oil change as they do that at 10K intervals on this car) and the 15K was almost $70. Wow. I guess I will see how much the 20K and 25K services are reported at.But again the people and the service are great. As is the place.

They checked out our car and said that we needed multiple things done: spark plugs replaced, batteries replaced, etc. The total bill was a couple of thousand dollars to get it fixed; obviously we wanted a second opinion. We got the same car checked out by a family friend, after driving it a bit he told us that none of those problems were in our car. We just needed a part replaced for our windshield washer reservoir which he did free of charge. Never going here again.

I was told today that my engine was shot . When I asked for more specific information, it was determined, because of misheard information I had given them, that they did not want to do much with my car because of liability issues. I would just advise you to get a second opinion if they are quoting you a high price. But also, maybe go to a mechanic that doesn t work at a dealership since their main goal is to sell cars.

Purchased a 2018 Sienna and had the 5k service done every interval. The positive: Their staff is professional and they have a great waiting area. That's where it ends.At our 20k service the service guy tells us we need 2 new tires. The have HALF the tread of the other tires. They confirmed that we had tire rotations every 5k miles. Obviously, this was not the case and the management were not willing to concede or offer any credit. Only after insisting they call Michelin did the OEM offer a 25% credit. After consulting with two other tire shops, the only explanation is the tires were not rotated. I've had similar challenges with Oxmoor Ford so we are officially taking our purchasing and service business elsewhere. Very disappointing!

Our regular go to mechanic, we've only been upsaled once here and they do honor coupons and warranties as long as you can point to exactly where it matches your service.

I do not have just anyone work on my 96 Camry. I take her to Oxmoor where I know she is getting the care. Love the staff. Especially Nick White. He is the guy I call every time.

They told me my leaking tire was irreparable during routine service, but I didnt buy it, so I decided to take it elsewhere (where it was patched for free). When I picked it up they didn't know which tire the leak had been rotated to. The guy who brought my car around said it was maybe the front right since it had been on the back left. I texted and left messages and no one called me back. It was the front left in the end, but they really could have told me this valuable information. Since apparently they didn't even follow the usual rotation pattern that the pickup guy suggested. I hate taking my car to this place.

All service tech's are very knowledgeable & friendly and only once did my car take longer than estimated, but I was shuttled to Oxmoor Mall, so I wasn't sitting around waiting, although when I have waited, the reception area is clean & comfortable with coffee to brew fresh, TVs & papers, etc...
