I was a first time buyer for a new car. I m young, new to the car scene, & wanted a good outcome/experience. I have to thank Barry my salesmen for helping me understand my new car + fancy gadgets compared to my old car. He was patient, informative, very nice, and just the type of sales person I needed for the process! Bubba was great to meet & made everything simple. My finance person was Logan who simplified the info (as a new buyer like me) & didn t try to over sell me anything I didn t want. I really appreciated the authenticity of this dealership & would come back again!

We purchased a used car online for our daughter. I asked the online salesperson Britney to take a look at it the car and describe it as if she were purchasing it. When we showed up today, it was just as she described. We were greeted by William Adrio today to complete the sale. He took great care of us. Would highly recommend Britney and William! P.S. when I arrived home, our daughter loved her car!

Had a great experience here, we never felt pressured for the sale. Cory Morris was our salesman and he treated us with total respect listed to what we wanted and made sure we got exactly that. We walked out with a brand new 2024Toyota rav4. Thank you Oxmoor Toyota, we are customers for life.

Had a wonderful experience with Oxmoor Toyota today buying a new vehicle. Megan was so helpful on the phone initially last month when I called about a new vehicle and followed up with me exactly as I had hoped when they had what I wanted on the lot. Jordan greeted me the day of and was wonderful to work with to complete the sale. He was super knowledgeable, super patient and absolutely not pushy! An absolute painless process from beginning to end. Would give them 100 stars if I could!

Jason and Brianna were very nice with me. Briana gave me the best deal with my full coverage insurance of my new car. Jason explained with patience the gap thing. And Joseph treated me like family, he even brought me to my house to get my license and buy my car. I was very happy with him and the welcoming treat he gave to me. He was nice to all my family and we had a good talk. If I come back it will be definitely with him.

Noah darpel at Toyota oxmoor is great to work with! I wanted to come back to add to this review, Noah has been helping me out since New Year s Day and was able to put me in a car the exact day I was ready. The car was ready for me to pick up the second I was able to and I honestly couldn t be happier! If I know anyone or anyone does need a car you should hit up Noah!

Juan Fuentes helped me tremendously! I really appreciate him taking the time to show me all the different models that were available. He was also extremely knowledgeable with the inventory they had available. Juan definitely made this process easier for me! Every question I had, he was able to provide an answer. The entire car buying process was very simple with his knowledge and help! I will definitely refer all family and friends to Oxmoor Toyota and definitely to Juan as well. Thank you all so very much!

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle at Oxmoor Toyota and I couldn t be happier with the experience. Both times I ve purchased have been from Barry. He s an amazing asset to their company. Barry is knowledgeable, laid back, and not pushy in the slightest. Any questions I ve had were answered and not dodged, I was allowed plenty of time to mull over any decision, and I was left alone to make my decisions as to not seem pressured. I highly recommend getting your new vehicle at Oxmoor and asking to speak to Barry today.

I have to say I was very impressed with Oxmoor Toyota! My salesman was Cory Morris and he was AWESOME! I have purchased vehicles in the past and the salesman wasn't great and it took hours to get a vehicle. Cory Morris made everything so quick and easy! He was down to earth and professional. Not only did he get me approved for a great vehicle, but he went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was perfect for me. I am a happy customer and I will definitely be back in the future. I love my new Toyota RAV4!!! Thank you, Cory! You Rock!

Excellent experience at Oxmoor Toyota of Louisville! Online research was easy to navigate. Carfax information was included with each car. After sending a request through their contact site, I was able to meet Cory Morris. He got the car and listened to what I wanted in a new vehicle. Returning the next day, Cory had a different but perfect car for me. Cory and Oxmoor Toyota are the best.

On 2/24, I purchase a 2021 Pilot SE. The vehicle is pristine. My salesman, Omar was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and low pressured. The management staff worked with me to get a good deal. This is the second vehicle I have bought in the last year there and am very pleased with the purchases and experiences.

The salesman made all the difference! William Adrio is an energetic, young man who knows his cars and is honest, attentive, and friendly. I will ask for him when we buy our next car. In addition, Oxmoor Toyota of Louisville is a clean, inviting dealership with easy access off the interstate and Shelbyville Road. Everyone we worked with was friendly & efficient. Maybe it s because they have Sundays off! Great place! Great car! Great salesman! Highly recommended!

My wife and I drove 31/2 hours to look at a specific truck we saw on the Oxmoor Toyota website. We were greeted inside the showroom by our salesman with a friendly personality and very knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted to see. Cory made us feel like we were family and put no pressure on us to buy the truck; he was straight forward and honest with us through out the process of buying the truck (which only took about 20 minutes after the test drive ) After we went through the financing department (which was a breeze also) Cory brought us to their on site insurance person and he personally called our insurance company and added our new truck to our existing policy with printed new insurance cards. I can t express enough how pleasant our experience was with Cory and the Oxmoor personal. If anyone is thinking about buying a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend using Oxmoor Toyota and ask for Cory!

I ve been using Oxmoor Toyota for service for a couple of years, but this was my first time purchasing a vehicle with them. I started with an internet inquiry for the value of my car. Melissa was very encouraging and even made a personalized video inviting me to the dealership.Once I arrived, Camden was my primary contact. He was very attentive - even offering to make me a cup of coffee. The selection of SUVs was excellent and I found exactly what I was looking for. Camden walked me through every step and made sure I had anything I needed! I will definitely return when shopping again!Finance was easy and quick! Options were provided for several different scenarios. But best of all - absolutely no surprises!

Cory Morris was absolutely fantastic! I had a car I had been looking at online and he made the process fast and easy, but took time to explain everything throughly. This was the best experience possible buying a new car I highly recommend him and Oxmoor Toyota!

Overall was pretty good but was disappointed that after spending a large amount of money the gas tank wasn t topped off. It s a small thing but shows appreciation for the customer by the dealership or the salesperson. I also called in to see if the oil had been changed while the truck was at the dealership and never received a call back. So after spending $40k I had to spend additional money on gas and an oil change. The salesman was nice and the finance person was able to answer all of my questions.

After doing some research and shopping around online I decided to make a trip to Oxmoor Toyota this weekend. I had an awesome experience working with Phillip! He worked with me by listening to some of the specifics I was looking for, was patient with me during our test drive, and was overall super helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to go over the details of my new Toyota RAV4 and made the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend working with him and the team at Oxmoor Toyota!

As soon as we met William Moberly we knew we liked him and wanted to buy a car from him. Friendly, Knowledgeable and Experienced. Very polite and no pressure felt at all. Would recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to go see this man. Bought my 3rd Highlander from him and couldn t be happier!!!

We serviced our car and my husband trusted that everything was fine. Then he took a trip and realized that the cover that covers the engine was missing. When we went to ask about this case, the manager, whose name is Steeve, behaved in a very rude and unethical manner. We made a complaint to customer service and the response was that the manager is like that. which is not a reasonable response because customer service is important. When you attend maintenance he verifies that it is delivered to you with all the car parts. This happened to my husband because I completely trust the staff! And it looked bad, it is worth mentioning that the cover did come with the purchase when it was purchased because before the maintenance the engine was cleaned.
