Katie is who helped us and Matt was our finance rep, they were both outstanding and professional. They went out of their way to help us out and it was by far the best experience we have ever had buying a car. We spent less than 2 1/2 hours from the time we got there to leaving in our new car! I would recommend them both to friends and family!

Was immediately greeted by J. Park and made to feel welcome. Super great guy, was able to help me look at multiple cars and was very patient with the whole car buying process. He was supper attentive and genuinely listened to questions and was super knowledgeable about the Hyundai brand. Would work with him again in the future!

I just bought a new car and the service was amazing!Christian was helpful and greeted me right at the door and go everything started and was always asking if we wanted water or coffee. He was helpful with all the details that we needed and went above and beyond his car sales performance.Joshua was the finance guy and he explained everything so that you didn t have to go through all the details.Dakota talked about insurance and got a quote for me so that if my insurance was higher I could call and get set up with insurance.Everyone that we came into contact with in the dealership was kind, polite and personal!Thank you for a great buying experience!

I had to have my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe serviced a few months ago. As I waited, I wandered into the showroom and met Carlos Cifuentes. He was so warm and welcoming, I wasn t looking to purchase, just passing the time. He showed me a few newer models which was fun.Due to a few issues with my Santa Fe. I found myself back at the dealership and Carlos was there. Next thing I know, I am riding in a 2024 Hyundai Tucson, wow. I didn t think I d like it after the Santa Fe, but it is an awesome vehicle.Carlos and the team went above and beyond to work with me. Give Carlos a chance to make you a happy owner. We went into this dealership with the thought of just test driving a vehicle. We knew the vehicle and the budget we were looking for. Katie Harmon was so helpful. She quickly found the vehicle we were looking for, drove us to the sister store where it was located and we test drove the vehicle. It was exactly what we wanted. She was able to provide us with all the information on the vehicle. She got all our paperwork filled out for the finance team very fast and worked on getting the car cleaned and prepared. Matt Bunch was our financial officer and he was so kind and helpful and answered all our questions. In the past, we have spent all day at a dealership. We were in and our in under 3 hours. It didn't feel pressured, we felt appreciated and we are so incredibly happy with all the attention and thoughtfulness that was put into our day. We want to thank all of you that helped us. We will definitely be back for any further car needs in the future!

I must admit, I didn t expect much walking into a mega dealer like Oxmoor. I expected to be treated like an idiot because it happens so often at large volume based dealerships. I was very standoffish and ready to leave as soon as we got there. This wasn t the case at all! Christian our salesman quickly recognized that I was there to buy a car and that we knew exactly what we wanted and how much we expected to pay. We very quickly came to terms that we both agreed on and the deal was done. We were there less than 2 hours and walked away extremely happy. Christian and the rest of the team earned a repeat customer. Thank you!

Carlos was amazing to work with and we were in and out with a new car in roughly 3 hours. He listened to what I wanted and they worked to get it at the price I was looking for. I absolutely love my new car and Carlos made it such a great experience.

If I could give less than 1 star I definitely would!!! Called about my 2016 Hyundai Tuscan in early December 2023 and was told this issue was covered under their extended warranty . Just to find out in February 2024 that suddenly it s not covered wow how s that happen?? This place is the worst ever!!!!

I'm so happy I ran across this dealership and Katie, my salesperson while looking to purchase my new hybrid. Katie was the perfect combination of attentive and respectful of my space while I was shopping and making my decision. She walked me through everything I needed to know about my new purchase and has followed up with me multiple times since. She's great! I'm also super impressed with my new Tucson. Hyundai has all the options I was looking for with so many perks like Blue Link services and maintenance, great warranties, low finance rates, all the bells and whistles. It just made sense to go with a new Hyundai. It was the best choice I could have made.

We got a 2024 Santa Fe and our experience was great! We worked with Carlos and would recommend him to everyone! From start to finish we were there for only 3 hours. Had our four month old with us and he was so accommodating!

They were really only interested in selling you a new car. Friendly enough but very poor offer on trade in. Traveled 2 hours away and got an awesome deal and 2k more trade in. It pays to shop around 150 mile radius. Being a large dealer doesn't make you the best dealer.

Working with Keenan, we had an excellent experience in purchasing our 2024 Hyundai Tucson hybrid. We are a one car family; our 2011 Subaru had a cvt transmission issue which lead us to need to get a car ASAP. Keenan was super helpful in getting the details we needed to choose our model and the purchase process was straightforward. We felt there was integrity in the process which made our decision to buy the car an easier one. Finally we had some minor issues with the car and Keenan and the dealership took care of us. We love our new car!

Very sketchy sales experience. I am female and young, so I had to really watch out for the extra costs they were adding on for my new car. When trying to negotiate the final price, they made the sales price of the car go from $29k to $33k and pretended it was a good deal and that it was what I asked for. They told me they d take care of my new license and registration, but I just received my license that expires in one month, and they have refused to give me new tags. I would highly recommend having someone with you that knows the car business and can watch out for you being taken advantage of. I d recommend going somewhere else altogether.

From the moment we contacted Oxmoor Hyundai we felt as though we were taken care of and listened too. Nick was an outstanding sales associate with a ton of knowledge about the Hyundai Palisade we purchased and went above and beyond locating the one we wanted! We couldn t be happier with how helpful and friendly and expedient he was during this whole process! Josh in financing was just tremendous too. Helpful, courteous and had us in and out of The office and in our new car in no time! I ve already told everyone I know to come here for the best service!

My first visit at Oxmoor, resulted in them damaging my rims, trying to low ball me, then insulting me, keeping the damage from me till the end.. they say they ll fix it. I do not trust anyone at this dealership and once they replace my rims, will never return. Hyundai of Louisville is top notch compared to OxmoorUPDATE: it is now a week later, I have just left Oxmoor Hyundai and not only did they find brand new rims, they also replaced my tires at no charge. While this does make it right, the first visit is still a dusty cloud over their house. HOWEVER, the most outstanding thing that occurred was a call from a PARTS SPECIALIST that I had worked with years prior on this same car getting a starter. For him to randomly recognize my name and contact me before anyone else, is world class customer service my company CRAVES. Andrew Sykes is why this is a 5 star review now. Oxmoor is sitting on GOLD in their parts department. Truly thank you, I love my Hyundai.

Stopped here to look at some options for a new car. Jon was our salesman and was tremendously helpful and knowledgeable about the different cars.The best thing was that he was not pushy. He gave us our space and answered questions when we had any.Once we get out tax return, we will be back!

Nick from Oxmoor Hyundai really took care of us. Honestly more than anything we appreciate the time Nick took with us NOT KNOWING IF WE WERE GOING TO BUY ANYTHING... but DIDN'T pressure us or make us feel like we were wasting the dealership's time. I think there needs to be a culture shift with making large (>$2000) purchases. Nick seems to understand this. Also TJ the I assume Sales Manager worked with us on pricing and we as a buyer were realistic and was able to agree on 2! Car sales! Justin in Finance made the small print process seamless and everyone was able to make it a positive experience all around!!

I took my car in for a recall repair and also had a few issues with my vehicle I needed to had looked at and repaired. The recall issue was completed along with the additional repairs I requested. However, this dealership charges a $175.00 diagnostic fee to look at EACH issue. Most dealerships charge a diagnostic fee of $150.00-$175.00 one-time to look at all issues or problems reported. I had 3 issues I needed to have looked at and they were seriously going to charge me $525.00 just to look at and diagnose each issue!!! I had them look at 2 issues at $350.00, one of which I decided not to have repaired. I will not be returning to this dealership for ANY further service needs. I'd rather give the money to Big O or Ken Towery's. The multiple diagnostic fees are a complete rip off and I will not be recommending this dealership's service department to anyone. Go elsewhere!

We had a great experiencebuying our new car from Oxmoor Hyundai! From the time that we stepped into the dealership until we drove away we saw nothing but excellent service. We met Hana the new general manager who made us feel welcomed. Kirby, our sales associate answered all of our questions and automatically knew what we wanted in a new car. He goes above and beyond the expected level of service. I highly recommend Kirby to anyone that s in the market for a new or used car.Justin set up our financing in record time and reviewed all of the documents .Overall, we truly appreciate the service we received.

Really enjoyed working with Randell, he was very attentive and helpful in providing information about different cars I was looking at. Responded to emails and phonecalls very quickly and was willing to get some numbers for me when I was trying to make a final decision..made the whole stressful situation of buying a car very easy. Had a great experience with Oxmoor Hyundai. Carlos Cifuentes worked with me to help me buy my first car in 17 years! Carlos was so personable, truly exceptional customer service. When you talk with him you will feel like you've known him for a long time. He was very quick to proactively provide me with updates and address and questions I had. Carlos listened to what was important to me, making sure my every need was met and was to my satisfaction. Even when I came in with an incredibly low offer, instead of providing pushback he said he would check to see what he could do. I would totally buy another car from Carlos, but I'm also sure that all the staff here are just as nice. Hana Choi the general manager also made sure every step of the process was smooth and easy. My car has some issues that Oxmoor Hyundai addressed immediately and with much empathy and sympathy. I'm not sure if I just had the car buying experience of the decade, but I'm a very satisfied customer and am happy I bought my car here.
