My son and I went to Oxmoor Ford in search of a good used truck for him. We already had one in mind and upon our arrival we were greeted by Courtney. He was absolutely the best sales rep at a car dealer I have ever worked with. He was friendly and to the point. Didn t try to screw us over like some sales people do. Showed us the truck we were interested in and after discussing the price we walked away with the truck for 2,500 less than the asking price. He helped my son make his first Big Boy decision. What a great experience! Thank you Courtney for all you did and taking the time to stay late with us the other day. I know you were ready to go on your vacation but the time you spent with us speaks volumes about your character. Looking forward to doing business with you again!

Hard to choose how many stars to pick. The staff were prompt and polite. Therefore, I was happy with the customer service. But Ford, in general, charges way too much for parts. They want 400% markup. Absolutely insane! Furthermore, I came in for a service that was not performed due to a policy issue. I just wanted to get my truck to a point where it drives straight. I was already aware I needed to do some suspension work on the passenger side. In fact, I told them that before they even started. They still could have made sure my tires were straight. But at least they didn't charge me for anything, so that's a plus. If they were actually affordable, I would bring my vehicle in more often. I was very happy with the people that work there, but not very happy with Ford. Don't even get me started on how much work they won't do to a vehicle they built. Ex. Spark plugs, transmission fluid.

I was able to schedule an appointment and was received at the proper time by the service technician who was attentive and knowledgeable about my service needs. I was able to wait for necessary service which was completed in about an hour as promised. I am completely satisfied with Oxmoor Ford as usual. The service attendant made himself available for any other questions or needs.

Excellent! Went in for an oil change and they fixed a recall problem on the spot as well. They even washed my car so I will definitely be back. If you like the ease of online scheduling this is your place. Everyone was super friendly. All the stars Thanks so much.

Everyone I've met there has been courteous and professional. I purchased a used vehicle from them which had a minor defect arise 2 days after purchase. They fixed it quickly with no fuss. I can work with people like that!

I went to find the issue on my vehicle, the service advisor told me they going to charge $199.00 for diagnostics. then I explained all my issues to advisor and he made a ticket. After one week they said they found the issues and estimated over $8000 repair bill.I was not interested to spent that amount for $5000 worth of car.Then I told them do not fix anything except TPMS reset. They are not happy with that.When I went to pick my car they billed me over $1000for diagnostics only. (5X199 plus tax and $25.86 shop supplies).After long conversation end up with paying $407.10 for reset TPMS only.I had some other issues after I picked my car itself. but I don't want mentioned here all of those.In my personal experience, I never take my cars to this place for any repairs.

Employees were great! It took a couple of weeks to get an appointment. Also, escort service is not available for recall changes. I also had regular service done (oil change, etc). Escort service is available for regular maintenance. Why not for recall work? Recalls are outside the owner s control but a company issue. It seems even more important to make those fixes as convenient for the customer as possible. I think this is a corporate issue and not an issue with the dealership.

First experience at Oxmoor Ford for service and it was a great one. Ross was my service member who assisted me. He took my info and confirmed what was to be done with my truck. He told me the time in which the service would be done and showed me the waiting lobby, which had nice accommodations of spacious room, comfortable seating, and coffee. Midway through, Ross stopped by to check in with an update on the progress. My truck was completed in the time frame that Ross said it would be done. Very impressed with the professionalism and how well organized Oxmoor Ford runs their business.

The young man that was helping me shared what had been completed and test results of what else my car will need in the near future. I appreciated all of his help. The advisors I've communicated with in the Service department have been Josh and, most recently, Ross. They have both been helpful and great to deal with. I've gone to Oxmoor Ford for parts and service since I bought my truck there in 2018. To date, I've been satisfied.

This place is on point. Pull in advisor acknowledged me and smiled, come on somebody is having a great day. After watching how this place was running while checking in I found out. Everyone who came in for work was acknowledged quickly, vehicles were covered with protection and staged for the next move. Really who does it to this level. If you drive a Ford come witness the professionals your self. I ll be back.

I purchased a certified used F150 on Saturday. I honestly don't think I'll be able to put into words how amazing my experience was with Omar. I have needed a truck for over a month and have been dreading the buying process. Within a few minutes of my test drive I knew that Omar had my best interest on his mind. He made sure to ask me questions I didn't know I needed to ask. Another massive plus was him knowing the Ford Blue Advantage warranty like the back of his hand. I had so many questions about the coverage and he confidently answered every one. When my wife needs a car, I'm calling Omar, when my child needs a car, I'm calling Omar. I highly suggest, that if you're looking for a vehicle, call Omar.

I recently had my vehicle serviced and as always they did a great job. The mechanics at the service center were professional, knowledgeable, and took excellent care of my car. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle to the moment I picked it up, I was impressed with their efficiency and attention to detail.The service center not only performed the regular maintenance tasks but also went above and beyond to address a few additional issues I had mentioned. They thoroughly inspected the engine, checked the brakes, and even replaced a faulty sensor that was causing a minor issue. I have been searching for a used car online and found one listed at Oxmoor Ford. I live 100 miles from them but was willing to consider it, if I could actually see it. I phoned the dealership and they said it was not there yet as they had just purchased it at auction. I was told that they would phone me as soon as it arrived. I heard nothing for a week, so 1 week later I phoned the dealer. It was now at Oxmoor but not yet ready as it was being inspected. I kept contact with them so I could go see it when it was ready, with daily check-ins on status, and I transferred funds for a likely purchase. It was finally ready at 4:15 p.m. on a Monday. I stated that I planned to drive the 100 miles Tuesday a.m. and was told that they could NOT hold it for me unless I gave them a deposit on this vehicle, which I still had not seen. I phoned them Tuesday a.m. to tell them I was on the way, only to be told that another salesman had the keys because he had someone scheduled to come look at it later that same day. They were holding it for them but could NOT hold it for me. I fully understand that they are in business to sell cars and it is first come first served, however I don't understand how they can hold a car for someone else but not me. I resent the preferential service that was given to another customer when it was refused to me. I definitely will not consider dealing with them again as they obviously do NOT treat all customers equally and with respect. I was told that I should have put a deposit on it by Oxmoor. I don't know anyone that is willing to spend 50K on anything sight unseen, me included and a deposit means a purchase and is NOT refundable. If I were willing to buy a car sight unseen, I would go to Carvana.

No appts avail for +8 Days when making on-line. Fortunately it was something that could wait. Once at Service counter, staff was very helpful, courteous, and professional. Advised 2-3 days for repair/ Courtesy Car was avail for ride home. No complaints at all.

Thank you Omar for getting us together on our new truck purchase! Everything went as smoothly and as quickly as anyone could hope, even on a busy Saturday. We appreciate his knowledge, advice and calm demeanor. We came to see one truck, test drove it, and got the paperwork going. He never once rushed or pressured us and made sure the truck was clean. I think everyone goes into car purchasing expecting it to be stressful or a hassle and it was none of those things. Thanks again Omar and Oxmoor team!

I was in for an oil change etc. The only thing is when my car came out, it had not been washed, and it was parked too close to the car in front of me that I had to get some young man to pull it out. I was afraid that I might hit the car in front. This young man also took it back and washed it. That made my day!!!! I am very satisfied with the work, and only had to wait 45 minutes.

I had a good experience at Oxmoor Ford. Steve was a very nice gentleman, he wasn't pushy or trying to "lay it on" seemed very honest and up front. The only reason I leave 4 stars is because they didn't reset the mileage after changing the oil and was supposed to have called me with instructions on how to do it myself but I never received a call. I would recommend going here if your in the market for a new or even slightly used vehicle.

I brought my truck in because it did not want to start properly. To start I called 4 days after I dropped it off to see if they had time to look and diagnose the issue and the answer, I got was that they had looked at the truck and ran diagnostics on it. This was a lie because our company trucks have onboard cameras and GPS tracking. The vehicle has not started, moved, or even had the door opened since dropping it off. Once they finally decided to look at the truck, they notified me that they had found the issue and that it would be fixed promptly. $2400 later the truck still has the same issue that I had going in. I was told the technician didn t quite understand the issue and that they would run a free diagnostic for my troubles, but if they found an issue I would be responsible for that bill as well. I thought that was what I had paid for originally. Though I had chosen a reputable dealer clearly, I was wrong.

Oxmoor was easy to work with and my sales rep was attentive and responsive. The paperwork process and finance were a breeze.The only issue we had was with the pick up of the vehicle. I believe the detail department could have done a better job with the vehicle prep. We purchased a brand new explorer and it appeared to not even had a vacuum run on the interior carpet. The outside had quite a few streaks and dirt. The wheels also have writing on them that needed to be scrubbed off. May be picky but it is a brand new car.

I had a relatively decent service experience at Oxmoor Ford. There was a bit of an awkward wait time outside of the service area due to vehicle congestion. Also, some of the protective paper and plastic used by the service technicians to protect the interior of my vehicle was still in my car when it was time to leave the service area. I certainly would've appreciated its removal prior to checking out at the cashier. I hope to have a better service experience during my next visit.-Dr. Samuel Fitzpatrick, Ph.D.
