Matt went above and beyond when I brought in my 7 week old Tesla that was hit by a rock on the same day a car wash got scratches all over the hood. He took his time explaining what can be done, what options I had both short and long term. Short term he touched up the dents and buffed out the scratches. I will be using them to go the long term route. They are an approved Tesla Body Shop. Thank you Matt!

Excellent customer service and awesome staff. Very attentive and always kept me updated with my family s vehicle while it was in the shop for repairs. Highly recommend Miles, Marcus, Wiz and Martin for all your collision repair needs.

The person who did my estimate was friendly, efficient and thorough. However, the front desk staff was a lot less friendly in person and over the phone. I was told to call and schedule a day to bring my car in if I was okay with the estimate. When I called to do that, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and no one picked up. I called again the day after and was then told to email my estimate to them and they would call me back to schedule a day to bring my car in. I asked if it was possible for them to pull up the estimate since they were the ones who gave me the estimate. It took Addison, the person who picked up the phone, about 5 seconds to pull my estimate up - so why ask me to email it to them? She then told me that the earliest day I could bring my car in was one month later and it would take 4 weeks to replace my back bumper and taillight. Not only was the process of emailing my estimate to them in order to schedule a day backwards, Addison was dismissive, unfriendly and borderline rude. I was able to get my car to another body shop within 1 week, got it fixed it 4 days and paid $1300 less.

Oxmoor recently did some repairs on my CX-50 after a hit and run. They expertly fixed my car and kept me informed throughout repairs. They even got the repairs done a week ahead of schedule. I would definitely go back in the future! Marcus is awesome and provides great customer service!

I had a great experience here. I worked with James Constant, he was awesome. He kept me informed about my car. I was able to get my car 2 days sooner then the date we was shooting for. And they did a great job with my car. It s good as new. Very happy with my first and hopefully only experience with oxmoor collision! Thank you so much!

Prepare to be ripped off. They did a dangerously bad job. They doubled the estimate and when I declined to accept, they charged me to get my car back and gave it back in dangerous condition. The car was functional when I dropped it off. I declined their repair offer after they doubled the estimate, and they charged me for the disassembly and reassembly of my car, but they didn't reassemble it; they disconnected my left hand turn signal, making it dangerous to attempt a left hand turn in an intersection.The car had functioning turn signals and a functioning hood when I dropped it off. They wanted about twice what we agreed upon with the estimate, so I declined and asked for my car back. They charged me to take apart and put back the car with the same parts. Except they didn't do that. They didn't reattach my front drivers turn signal. This is the same turn signal that you use to signal left turns in intersections. The lamp is still there and still functions, they just left the bulb detached and dangling free in the car below the headlight assembly. Please see attached photo. They charged me to put my car back together but they didn't do it. They took a functioning headlight assembly and made it dangerous by not replacing the functioning lamp back in the assembly. But they did charge me for the reassembly, which they didn't do.To reiterate: the estimate doubled once they had our car. Initial estimate was off by almost 200%, they disassembled the car, and refused to do any repairs unless the entire new estimate was accepted. Proceeded to charge over $400 to put the car back in the condition we dropped it off in, but they didn't actually do that. They left the turn signal bulb, though functional, unattached from the headlight assembly.Before they agreed to reassemble and return the car, we were told that we may have to have the car that we successfully drove for the past six months towed if they stopped work or we did not approve the doubled estimate. The repairs were mostly bodywork seeing that car was able to be driven for the past six months. It was visibly unsightly with a dented hood, a cracked headlight, and cracked front end assembly. When we voiced our concerns about their gross underestimation of the cost of the repairs, their defense was that this is a common practice and that they were good at their jobs. I understand estimates are not written in stone but an estimate that is off by that caliber is no longer an estimate. It's more like a bad guess. They charged me to damage my car.I've attached a photo of my now detached signal lamp. I can't open the hood now, either, to reattach it myself. Which is weird because this wasn't a problem when I dropped the car off. I've been driving this car for the past 6 months since the collision with functioning signals and the hood has been bent, but operational. They damaged my car when I refused to pay double the estimate. This is just petty swindler behavior.

Unfortunately I had an extremely negative experience. I gave one start bc zero stars is not an option. I had rear work to do and side work. The rear work went so bad that I went to Tony's Body Shop in Shepherdsville for the side work. (Wonderful experience with Tony's btw.)First time I picked up my car from Oxmoor, I get all the way home and learn the brake lights are not working. (I live 45 minutes away. Drove here for the "certified specialist")Take it back in, I was informed the brake lights were burnt out and they replaced them.Now I am back here AGAIN many months later because I was informed by a Deputy Sheriff that my tail lights are supposed to be red and not white. Thankfully he did not give me a citation.My son is taking his driver's test in 2 business days in this car and they are dragging their feet in fixing the back lights, still trying to determine if they are going to fix it or not.

Amazing work. Tesla owners have a limited supply of choices with body shops. Only 2 in Louisville. The second shop had no openings for months but Oxmoor squeezed me in within a week and got me going. There was a terrible back order with Tesla parts but Justin stayed after it and got the parts expedited from other sources. He remained patient with me as a frantic, impatient car owner in a vulnerable spot. He put me at ease and kept me updated.Car is good as new and looks immaculate. If you own a Tesla, you WILL NOT be disappointed with Oxmoor CC s service which is much appreciated at such a difficult time.Service: Body & Trim

After a month I still don't have my car. The last time they called me was about 2 weeks ago and I was told that the car was going to be ready by October 23rd and today once again they need 9 more days.They always have the excuse that they have been taking so long because of the insurance company but all the work has been approved by the insurance company and I have an email to proof it.I tried ro get my car out to take it to another shop and they wanted $3600 because they already had the car in their shop and they ordered parts. The truth is that that was 3 weeks ago and they told me that the parts they got were damage and they had to ask the factory to resend them.There is so much more I could say but you get the point. Go somewhere else and thank me later.

This place has had my car since mid-September and I just found out today that some part they re waiting on to fix my car won t be delivered until on or after December 5th. I am without a car! If you can t go without your car for many months, I would suggest going somewhere else. They tried to blame my insurance company, USAA, but it became clear after I spoke with them that they have done everything they need to in a very timely fashion. Oxmoor has been paid over $10 Grand to fix my car. The fault lies squarely in Oxmoor Collision s lap!

Thank you for your hard work and doing such a great job repairing my family members car.Personally I ve had two other vehicles repaired (paint, body and general repair work) and each time they came back to us showroom ready so naturally I recommended my family to them for their repair needs.The staff was personable and easy to work with, listening to my family member and their concerns. I would like to thank James, Chloe, and Matt for the wonderful service they provided. They helped me work with Silver rock in order to get repairs done to my "new" to me vehicle. I was treated with the utmost respect and was given timely updates during the repair process. The staff treated me like family with the utmost respect and courtesy. Did work with the time I was promised paint my number the wrong color and then when was told about it gave me two choices and what I chose then told me they couldn t do it the finder they fixed has a big ole paint drip and they don t update you on anything they do so if u like your car fixed right with the right color do not go to this place just want there because my wife did work there and I fugurued the work better I was wrong

Ask for someone else at the front counter if the dude-bro, long haired kid (who will certainly be on his phone scrolling through TikTok or Grindr when you approach the counter) is the one taking your payment at pickup. He's too incompetent to operate the payment processing equipment they use there and will overcharge your account to the tune of several thousand dollars.

I can write a book about the odyssey that occurred with my Explorer. I had vandalism that included water damage to my truck in October 2017. Hit the GEICO adjuster, and the location I was originally supposed to go to was backed up. So I was referred to Oxmoor. The truck sat a bit before the next adjuster from GEICO looked at it. He authorized a few things, and then things kind of fell apart. Mold and all that other good stuff that goes with having standing water in a truck happened. There was a significant lack of communication, and it got to the point to where my wife wanted me to call daily. I'm certain I became a pain for them. Meanwhile my daughter got rear ended - so we took our car there too.My daughters car was done so fast I was surprised. In. Out. Communication. A PLUS WORK!My Explorer was still there. Lack of communication. Then at the end of December we got the call that we could pick our Explorer up. The body work was A-plus. There were mistakes on the interior, and the smell was still present. Arrangements were made to take it back. MUCH FRUSTRATION.Here's why they get 5 Stars. They came out when I dropped it off the second time. They literally had a team together to take notes. They acknowledged that things could have been better. They found us a loaner to drive. Then they got to work. They had a few delays on parts and insurance company approvals, but when I picked my Explorer up on January 31, 2018 - I couldn't believe my eyes. The 3 month odyssey was over!I sat in my Explorer, and honestly felt like I was in a new truck. They went through the truck - top to bottom, and made sure that what they presented to me was A-Plus. They also stated that they had put some new processes in place to prevent anyone from falling through the cracks.My explorer was a nightmare when I dropped it off. I was very upset and angry at them in the first round - but they owned it and made everything right - and I would highly recommend them. I cannot begin to convey how happy I am.I *WILL* use them again in the future (even though they would probably cringe at the sight of me walking in the door).

Searched for a reputable collision repair center and found Oxmoor. Being a certified Toyota collision center made them that much more preferred to me. Upon arriving, the receptionists were always nice, polite, and helpful. Upon meeting Clint, I felt a weight lift off my shoulders. Not only did he help communicate with the other persons insurance company who were trying to give me a hard time, but he also made them stay on their toes with what was needed to get the job done right. He stayed in communication with me every step of the process and with any delays and was always quick to return any phone calls or messages I had. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Oxmoor Collision Repair Center. Their work quality was excellent and I am extremely satisfied with the repairs on my 2019 Toyota Avalon. In particular I give Shirley Robinson a 5 star rating for her excellent customer support and timely communications on the progress of my car's repairs.
