Wow! Got a muffler delete here and just wow. Exceptional customer service and they made my truck sound . Definitely worth it. Great price too!

Hands down the most reliable and HONEST car repair shop in Louisville Metro!I moved to Louisville several years ago and randomly chose Exhaust Pro for my car repairs. And I'm glad I chose them.100% honest pricing, honest workmanship and quality repair work.

Outer Loop Automotive/Exhaust Pros are Simply The Best !! I highly recommend them for the expertise of exhausts, short to no wait time for service, and the staff is the most helpful,friendly, hospitable. We were on our way to Florida from Michigan for a family emergency on the day after Christmas and the muffler came loose and was barely hanging on. We were 1 state away in the first leg of our trip. Every other place we called in this town was either closed until after the New Year or had no openings to help us, finally one lady said to call this place so we did. I called and explained the situation and circumstances and the receptionist said sure no problem we can get you in right now, we drove there and immediately they got the car in there to repair the muffler. This place was so eager to help us in our time of need, we were in and out of there within less than a 1/2 hour and back on the road to Florida. So grateful and appreciative for their willingness to want to help us, it was impressive!! And the price was more than fair and reasonable. I forgot the place of business that told me to call Outer Loop Automotive (but I did let the receptionist know) and I'm so glad that I called. Both staff that were working were amazing with us and treated us so well, their kindness and willingness to help us is all I needed to write up a good review which I told them I would, but they went above and beyond for us, cant thank them enough !! They are the Exhaust Pro's !!

Great and honest shop. I needed a starter installed. They got the job done quick and for the right price. I've been in the auto industry for years, and I've seen plenty of shops do people wrong.The staff here are A+, and will treat you right. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

This is an excellent auto shop. I've taken my vehicle here twice now, and both times it was taken care of extremely quickly and proficiently. Everyone here is also very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm definitely going to continue coming here in the future, and i recommend others do as well.

Be careful here as they tried to scam me. They paid $561 for a part and tried marking it up to $1288. They also charged 8 hours of labor for 3 hours of work. The standard markup for most automotive businesses, large or small, should not exceed 51% on parts. These people are complete scammers and couldn't even look me in the eye when I questioned the charges.

I wouldn't go here for anything other than an oil change. Any other work, expect to be grossly overcharged for parts and labor. I got scammed big time.

Great friendly people. Half the price of bluegrass muffler. Did a great job. The credit card surcharge was a little steep but considering the money I saved it was worth it. Definitely going to be a return customer.

Honest professional establishment. I have had two of my vehicles serviced at this facility. They stand by their work. Whenever my vehicles need this type of specialty service exhaust pro will be my go to place. Do not sleep on exhaust pro.

The absolute best auto service shop! We were traveling home to Indianapolis from Nashville and had automotive issues. We had stopped at 2 previous shops and called 5 other mechanics to no avail. They were able to investigate immediately and resolve our issue within minutes. I can't speak enough praise about their awesomeness!!

I had a weld that broke on my exhaust and it was loud. Took it to the exhaust pro and they had it fixed in under an hour. I'm a certified auto tech,but I don't weld. I'm picky about who touches my truck, but these guys are awesome and the price was cheep. The service writer and the techs were friendly, i definitely recommended them and I will go back to them for my exhaust work.Service: Exhaust

I went there because my engine was running loud. Without an appointment they had my truck in the bay, repaired and back to me in under an hour. Very efficient work! Plus an old fashioned Pepsi cooler.

Very honest about your vehicle. Been going here for years. Started going there when Richard was the owner. Kept the business in the family. If Aaron doesn't know exactly what's wrong with your vehicle then he will tell you he is very knowledgeable and honest. When you see people that continue to go to exhaust pro over and over then you know they are doing something right.

This is the only place that I will ever get my oil changed at. The staff here are great and they know what they are doing. Don't waste hours at the dealership. Go to exhaust pro in and out in no time.

These guys are great! They repaired my muffler quickly and at a very reasonable price. And super friendly too! In fact, I'm dropping my car off again tomorrow, since someone was kind enough to steal my catalytic converter. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Been going to Exhaust Pro for about 16 years, starting around 2006 if I remember correctly and they have always been great. I used to work off of Old Shep and it was convenient but even after my company moved locations I still come out to get my car serviced at Exhaust Pro. Now I live in Oldham county but even still it is definitely worth the drive and I will continue doing business with them. They really are the best in Louisville and I always recommend them to friends and family. Everyone there is fantastic, their service is fast and the prices are GREAT.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I accidentally pulled in there for an oil change one day a few years ago..and it was the beat mistake i made. It's nice to have somewhere to to go where you know you can trust their integrity. They always deliver the service I need with care and honesty and always meet me with my name and a smile. They never try to upsale me and they are always very reasonable. I almost hate to post a review because they have been my best kept secret.

First time there. Previous owners of vehicle had services done there.Arrived right at 8am (opening) and they got me right in and finished in half an hour. In addition, I noticed that a reverse bulb was out. I asked Ivan how difficult it was for me to replace. His response was to replace it without charging me.I plan on returning .Service: Oil change

I came in to very friendly faces and they got me checked in quickly! The wait wasn t very long and they addressed and fixed the issue in my exhaust the same day. We had an issue with our exhaust. Had called ahead of time to see if we could swing by at the end of the day for them to look at it to see if it would be something the could fix while I waited. I was fully prepared to bring it back the next day. We were literally there 15minutes. They fixed it same day. I can not recommend them enough. I have definitely found my new go to shop! These guys do great work and they are fast! Just had a part to my exhaust fixed and the price was great, I was back on the road in less them 30 minutes. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for honest great work.

Definitely the best decision I've made bringing my car here. Greeted by Gary who was very nice and professional. I explained my concerns that wanted the parts repaired rather than replaced. He said they'd do their best to honor my request. My car was fixed quickly. The price was fantastic! The car sounds great!! Highly recommend this place!

Went in Tuesday because my muffle fell off over the weekend. Within minutes they had it up in the air and had an estimate for me. It was a whole lot cheaper than I thought it was going to be. Very reasonable price. They finished the job quickly and I was on my way. Totally painless, very friendly, quick, and affordable.
