The salesman was very courteous and nice. I bought a battery and he installed it right there (saving me the trouble of finding out when I got home that I also would need a new battery terminal).

Excellent customer service at this location! The representative really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He custom ordered a part and printed some sheets with part numbers for me.

Signs up all over the place saying tools available for loan, but the guy at the register said I had to buy a lug wrench so I could take a lug nut off *in the parking lot* for comparison so I could buy some lug nuts. Then he sold me two different size lug nuts to go with my shiny new wrench.

Very knowledgeable staff. They will troubleshoot your codes, sell you the right part the first time, and put it on for you if it's quick and easy to get to. Let you drop off your used motor oil for free.

Went in to help my father in-law purchase some tail light bulbs. The gentleman at the counter was super nice and assisted finding the number bulb needed. I ended purchasing some crows feet sockets for am O2 sensor job. All in all, it was a good experience. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Very nice and helpful! The store was clean and organized. I've been going to AutoZone for many years, but the last couple, I've had issues with items being in stock, including rental tools. So far the rental tools issue has been resolved with this store!

Pretty small, not at clean. This is a newer location, too. Never able to get my parts, that is claimed to be in stock. Either their system is really bad or they have problems with employees stealing. I know that I cannot stand going to this location. However, it's still way better than the National Turn Pike location. I think it's time to just give up on O'Reilly's, it always more hassle than its worth.

As soon as I walked in personnel was at my service... They got me all, parts I had on my list with my approval, In my range price... then give the highest military discount possible ! The young man made me feel comfortable... Without taking me though the coals...Very happyDJ

Friendly, very knowledgeable. Whatever the issue they will try to help and are honest about what you need rather have you buy unneeded parts or run arounds. Anytime they didnt have a part i needed if early enough they would have it sent from another store, it never took longer than the next day.

Super helpful. Had actually suggested a lower cost option to what I was looking for which I appreciated. I really did want the more expensive option which they sold me and gave me a single use anti-seize compound for free. Very pleased.

I love this store. The people are friendly and very helpful. They will take the time to explain what you don't understand. Price's are very competitive, if not alot better than other parts stores.

I went in and tried to get a refund without my receipt for some things my car didn't need and the young girl here was extremely lazy and lied to my face when she said a refund couldn't be done I had just come from the O'Reilly in valley and they refunded my spark plugs , this O'Reilly in shively is the worst don't shop here they employee the bottom of the barrell

people that work here like to talk to the local customers which is not a bad thing until you have 4 or 5 customers waiting in line and having t o listen to this while in the back of your mind saying this is not a social gathering spot its a auto parts store can I just buy my part and not make the person that give you a ride there( because yours doesn't work.)come in and see whats wrong because they have somewhere to be and has took time to take you up there only to have wait a while
