Not only were these guys knowledgeable but extremely funny. He noticed my tesla hat and found out I was a nerd and showed me the pics of their Flux capacitor and Mr. Fusion in inventory. Funny as hell.

I planned on spending money in the store but the guy working the counter had no customers but me and wouldn t take a couple of minutes to run diagnostics. Honestly that s just lazy. The never have any customers in there and I guess I can kind of see why.

I went in looking for upper and lower radiator hoses spark plugs and thermostat for a 25 year old jeep they had everything out on the counter for me quickly.

Needed a battery for my Mustang & they had it in stock for a good price. The cashier Audi helped me a lot & was a pleasure to talk to while he installed the battery . Thanks

Initially I thought O'Reilly was a little silly for putting this location so close to an Auto Zone. Yesterday, I was so glad they did. I went to Auto Zone to have my battery tested and they were unable to help me. Frustrated, I went down to O'Reilly and Joe was friendly and exceedingly helpful. He absolutely could've sold me a new battery but he was upfront and honest that I didn't need it at the moment. But when I do - you can bet that I'm going back to Joe!

Went in this location today to return faulty brake rotors. Jackie was the employee who came to the counter all smiles until I said I have a return . Immediately changed her approach to help being very rude and unprofessional. It s very sad when you spend thousands of dollars a year in a store to be treated like this when you have a return. I will never purchase anything from another Oreillys. This was a manager treating a customer like this I front of other employees. Oreillys used to be a great place to shop unfortunately has gone down hill just like the rest. Order your parts from rock auto.com and save your self from dealing with this. Also oil is cheaper at Walmart I have found.
