Had the worst customer service experience! Was given the wrong parts. No accountability by the employees , was lied to several times about what they could and could not do without managers approval. Totally suggest you go to another auto parts place because this place has super bad service ! I definitely will never go back!

Used them quite often but will go elsewhere from now on, the customer service is non existent. "Mike" has a bad attitude acted like helping a customer was an inconvenience and the store had nobody in it.

I stopped in to get some batteries for my car fob. They didn't have them in stock, but they looked everywhere trying to help me.

There's still a place that turns drums and rotors. Maybe I shouldn't put that out there or they might get busy. If you work on your own cars this is the place. The gentleman on days that turns the rotors is very knowledgeable. There are some there that try, but struggle. All in all it's still a great place.

Most of the staff is really helpful. They usually have most of the parts I am looking for and can have them there fast if not in stock.

I visit the store quite often I have to race cars crazy combination of motors so finding any parts is hard to do it's not a just type it in that Michael the manager goes more than out of his way to help me every time I'm up there I have several friends the shop at the store now just because Michael it's such a great employee and willing to help

These folk know their business. I used to deal with auto Zone more than 15 years ago. But every time I went there they were out of ( After I had called to confirm availability) what I went to purchase. And a lot of times they would supply the wrong part.I switched to The O. O Reillys has never let me down and the employees are kind and considerate. Plus the windshield wiper installations are fantastic for us short guys. O Reillys is the only auto parts store I recommend and the only store I will purchase my auto parts needs. I just wished they carried rear wiper blades for my 2012 Acadia. I have to go to the dealership for that.Mark Mathis

Good staff! I needed a rental tool and they checked to make sure their computer inventory was accurate before I drove down. Consistent with what I can expect from an O'reilly's.

Store help can be a little questionable. Friendly, clean store an well organized. Parts are far better than what Aut*z*ne has to offer, and more often then not oreilly has the part u need without having to order it an wait 4 days.

Its a GREAT place to get all of your automotive needs, if they don't have it they will find it, everyone there is friendly and vary helpful with your vehicle, they also offer military discounts.

I love this place.auto parts stores are a dime a dozen, but I was looking for a piece of nostalgia, an old school lace up steering wheel coverb now unfortunately I did not catch her name, but, I walked in, asked her if they had any, and she took me right to them! Now that is a knowledgeable, and well experienced customer service technician, and that's why I do Oriellys auto parts. Thank You O'Reilly's

Needed to make a return and manager refues even though I had a receipt and the body filler was nearly full. A bad product costed us $500 in paint supplies....but she know more about it than the professional

I did not care for the service. We were on a small trip to change out the flowers at our families gravesites and to visit with other family when rain storms came in. Our wipers were working poorly so we pulled inn to have them changed. We bought a set and tried them and they were worse then the old ones. They wouldn't even touch the windsheild on the passenger side. The gentleman said it was because our spring was week and went inside. It began to rain again before we pulled out and it truelly was like having no wiper. We had him come back out and he said the only thing he could do was replace the arm or put the old one back on. We finally ended up with the manager exchanging them for a different style and they work.

I like this O' reilly's. Everyone of them Josh, Michael, Mike, Michael, the new young woman, and Old school on dayshift have commonsense! Best one to go to!
