My previous review was posted for the wrong location. This is the correct one - This place is a bit of a mixed bag. Been here several times over the years. There are a couple of really good employees. The young guy with glasses is great, very attentive and forthcoming. The big lesbian woman is also good, although a bit slow. Not very knowledgeable but she at least attempts to be helpful. But there are a couple of other older dudes here, getting them to help you is like pulling teeth! They must eat lead paint chips for breakfast. Slow, and poor communication skills! One guy in particular just stands there and gawks at you until you say something first, and then is extremely slow at processing what you tell him. Not even a greeting, "good afternoon!', or 'how can I help you?'. Very grumpy and rude. He acts like he doesn't want to be there and that YOU are an inconvenience for making him work! I stood around for nearly 20 minutes just to sign the little form to recycle old transmission fluid. He kept letting other customers go in front of me, even though I was there first! Should have taken less than 2 minutes. Where do they scrape the bottom of the barrel of society to find these people?? Recommend coming here on a weekday, not the weekend! Even so, it's still better than the AutoZone down the street. I'm pretty sure that place is managed by Bozo the the Clown! There are two other O'Reilly's further north or south on Dixie. Recommend either one of those before this one!

Had to stop here and get my battery tested as my battery died about an hour prior. Walked in and the gentleman with a great beard kindly tested my battery. I would say happily but he didn t seem happy. The woman behind the desk helped me locate a new battery. I carried it out and thankfully they had tools I could borrow to install the new battery.

I spoke to Ben and tried to reserve a part for pick up and was treated with absolute poor customer service and zero interest in helping me make a purchase. Would highly recommend not to have him answer phones calls, pitiful and disappointing quite frankly

I used to go to AutoZone all the time for my parts until I recently realized that AutoZone doesn't have the parts for my car majority of the time and I've noticed that the price difference is definitely better at O'Reilly's. So if I don't need to end up leaving without the part I came for by going to O'Reilly's and I save a few dollars here and there seems like a no-brainer to me. Thank you O'Reilly's for always being one step ahead of the competitor.

I walked in to purchase some oil, and had to walk out immediately. The whole store smells intensely like Marlboro cigarettes, and as an asthmatic, my throat and lungs started reacting immediately. Entirely unprofessional to have employees smoking inside a business. They put me at risk, and other potential customers as well.

Greatest experience I've ever had. The cashier bought my son a little truck set bc I didn't have enough cash on me to get it at the time. It literally touched my heart and made me cry bc there aren't many ppl in the world nowadays that are so kind! Just the best and greatest O'Reillys I've ever been to in my life and I recommend anyone and everyone go there. They're very friendly, knowledgeable, know where parts are, can help you as much as they can! Just so awesome

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I've visited this location numerous times over the years and never had an issue. Today I asked for help with a purchase, no one was willing to help me. On top of that not a single employee in the store was wearing a mask as mandated. I get that I was the only customer, but upon entering no one put a mask on the entire time I was there. The one person whom I interrupted from their phone for help could not find what I needed and none of the other 3 employees there would help. Absolutely terrible experience from the moment I walked in the door, and I will not return.

Worst parts store I've ever been! 2 employees outside working on customers cars all while smoking cigarettes and NOT wearing masks like your sign on the door states is mandatory. Upon walking inside no one was at check out or parts. Waited around for a few min and could see people in the back of the store and no one paid any mind to me. I was picking up a part for my work since no drivers were available. No one seemed to know where is was or the paper work. 1 guy out of the 4 working knew where it was and he was one that was in the back not paying any attention to the front store. I don't know what you expect out of your management team but that's not tolerated any where I've been until now. On top of ALL of that I was waiting at the light by that store and 1 of the employees working darts around me at a red light and runs the light right in front of me. Re staffing is Definitely in order for that whole store!!

Well this is a really good place to get parts they seem to have everything you need when you go in there all the people work there pretty decent even that blonde lady well she is my daughter I'm not being partial yeah go ahead and break down get you some parts just joking

This store don t do match price like all the others O really stores. I showed to the guy at the desk a receipt from 10 days ago from another O really location and he just said the price at the receipt was to low. But all the others locations do the match price. This O really is not following the politics what they should be follow with their company customer

Not my area of expertise. I usually have someone work on my car for me but large selection of wants/needs for your vehicle, good customer service, fair prices, staff knowledgeable and helpful, clean atmosphere, and convenient hrs of operation. The only thing ill say and this is no one's fault is be careful. Its a dangerous/very busy section of Dixie hwy.

Bought a new battery. Got some dollars off for bringing in the core battery. Service was speedy and the customer service offered a good experience. They got me everything I needed.

I go to O'Reilly's because they always have the part I need, if they don't have it they will have it the next day, the employees are knowledgeable and are always helpful.

WOW 5213 Dixie Hwy Louisville KY. The worst experance I have ever had. The young female employee was sitting on the check out counter talking on her cell phone the entire time I was there. The young man who waited on me said it was his first day So I think it was the Manger sitting on the counter not sure no uniform or name tag. Maybe it was a customer? I will never visit this location ever again. Corporate needs to visit this store.

I frequent this O'Reilly Auto Parts store and I couldn't be happier with them. They are always very helpful and friendly. They usually have the parts I need or can have it within a couple hours. Good prices and good parts.

Wonderful service, fast, friendly, and such a neat and organized store. They even have a discount section and got some great deals! Most times being a lady in a parts store I feel treated difrently but not hear I was one if the family.

Had to return a wrong part,the service Tech that sold it to my son didn't know what he was doing even with a computer to guide him, The tech we returned the part to saw it was the wrong part right away and did his job well.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. I went in to purchase a service manual for my daughter's Mazda CX-9. They didn't have any so while there I purchased a AC Charging kit with a 18oz. Can of freon with the gauge and hose that was on sale. The only thing that I have to say is I wished that they sent out flyers as to what they have on sale for the week. The parking lot and the store interior both were clean.

Took a battery in to be charged came back 4 hours later and it was behind the counter and never charged one of the employees said it was charged got it home was the same as when I took it to them went somewhere else and it s fully charged

Come on!!! Really, Google Maps??? I've never been to this store and you're asking me to rate this and another location because I "looked up directions 2 days ago"???I'm giving this 5 stars anyway because it's not O'Reilly's fault that you're going overboard with these ratings to the point that I'm about to ot out of your ratings thing plus other issues I've repeatedly had that are totally annoying af, but I have been to a couple other O'Reilly's and they were awesome, so I will assume the two locations I looked up 2 days ago are awesome as well, but if I could rate Google Maps ratings system right now, it would be zero stars. I may delete the app.

SALE PERSON WAS NOT FRIENDLY!!! When in to purchase windshield wipers for my car, had questions about which ones I should purchase he pulls some up on the computer screen and just start to scroll.I just pick one . Sorry for asking him to do hs JOB!!!

Autozone doesn't have what I look for but oreilly has the part but my opinion orelliy cheaper than AutoZone..

Go I d wat I was looking for..and even was able to borrow the tools from employers. They help verify I had the right parts. This is a great store to shop for yur car parts needs
