Had a headlight out and requested assistance replacing it today. The staff were incredible. They walked me through the process and made sure I got what I needed. They were super casual and easy to approach/speak to. I asked and lot of questions which every time they eagerly gave me an answer. THIS is my primary auto-shop of choice.

They had a hard to find battery I was looking for. Got me back on the road! The staff inside were fun to chat with, too. Nice to have positive personalities in stores as a customer. Eli helped me out. I ll be back, for sure.

Sean was really rude and unhelpful. I dont recommend this location. Autozone next door are way nicer and more friendly employees.

Awful that's all I can say. The gentleman behind the counter was more enthralled with painting his fingernails than helping customers, will definitely not be back!!!

I normally go to AutoZone but I've been going there lately and you can't get them to wait on you they got some kind of crazy music I've never heard before playing people with big things in their ears and things hanging out of their nose and playing video games and the music turned up real loud so I went to O'Reilly's that was very satisfied and they act professional they even had their clothes on right LOL I don't know what's going on up the street but it's amazing those people are going to end up making that store close

I use to go to Auto Zone because it was closer, but their service and inventory has gone down. O'Reilly's is my go to place now. The inventory is always good and the service is good. They have what I need when I need it.

This place was great. The guy working kept be from buying the wrong part. I also purchased an alternator and I was told that if I had my old one I would get $15 off, but I didn t have it. So he allowed me to bring my old one in and he gave me $15 for it.

The young man who was there was amiable, which is always a refreshing change from the norm.I had an intermittent check engine light on. He came out to my car and plugged into the diagnostic port and told me what the issue was. We opened the hood and he pointed out the part that needed attention. Nothing critical, thankfully. This is a great free service that they offer.

My wife and daughter was there to just get a conv. Qt of oil. They told them that They must buy full synthetic. Even after I was on the phone with they still sold the full synthetic . I ended up at autozone wher that gave me a qt of the oil I needed after hearing my story. Cudos to Az. Your store is right in my neighborhood but I ll continue doing business with AZ . Your Employees are a big liability !!

Always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Takes time to find the right part, offers to price match any other store in town. Fast shipping for ordered parts. The service is excellent.

So, ive never really left a review but here goes nothing! As I was pulling into the lot I heard a pop and grumbling noise. Sergio took notice that I was just parked in the entrance and came out to investigate. Another employee helped me move my car cuz my cv axle broke. Sergio and the team were super awesome, helped me out in a pinch due to driving to Texas and did everything in their power to help a complete stranger out. The customer service was over the top and they went above and beyond the call of duty. I couldn't have asked for a better store to have broken down at!!

I had to order parts, called in the morning and by 2 in the afternoon i received a call saying they were ready for pick up. Knowledgeable about autos and always willing to assist even if they have to send you to a competitor, proud supporters of veterans, oh and well "Great scott!"

This is the best location! Everyone here is so helpful and so nice. Never have to wait, always smiling and always knowledgeable. Will never go anywhere else. Plus 10% first responder discount is a plus.

Employees were unprofessional in front of customers with profanity. When they didn't have the proper wiper blade in stock they were going to tear apart a more expensive blade to make it work. Did try to find the right part at another location but would have required a trip back to the store.

Staff is completely inexperienced. Ordered me the wrong part three times in a row. Had to waste my entire day walking back and forth between them and Brakeway because ordering a rotor that fits my car is too hard apparently. Thanks O'Reilly you completely wasted my day by turning an hour long brake job into a 6 hour ordeal. I will 100% without a shadow of a doubt never do business with these actual fools again.UPDATE: Been waiting for my rotors to come in from Auto Zone(they had to order from them for some reason lol) and guess what? The parts are wrong again. That is 4 seperate orders O'Reilly made for me today and all 4 of them had the wrong parts.
