Based on prior experiences, I don't normally ask for advice/help at auto stores, but in my one time of actual need Anne was there for me! She really went above and beyond. While she may not think it was much, she made all the difference. I sincerely want to thank her for all her time and effort!

I use the Preston Street store pretty regularly. I ve always had excellent and friendly service experiences there. John and Chastity have been most helpful in getting me the right parts for our Rolls Royce Silver Spur. Most of the stuff is early General Motors parts so it s just a matter of finding which GM car has the same parts. Great job.

Lazy, Lazy, Lazy told a friend if mine that he can only buy a certain part from a dealership. Which would be outrageously expensive. Long story short he bought that part at AutoZone and will never shop At O'Reilly's again.

Will definitely go back. Aaron was very helpful, he went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. He took his time to understand what I was trying to explain and honestly, I was having a hard time explaining what the part was but Aaron was super patient and very helpful in making sure I got what I needed so I didn't spend unnecessary money. I was very appreciative of that. Even the lady that worked with him was very friendly and between the two of them, they made the whole experience very pleasant, not making me feel like I was some uneducated individual that was clueless and that I was just wasting their time in the guessing game. They were both outstanding and did their job well and I will say I was very skeptical going in because I had just been treated badly by another place of business before me going to O'Reilly's where I was told ("I was wasting their time to return when I wasn't so clueless"). So hats off to Aaron for being so patient, kind and so extremely helpful, you made this trip to the auto store a pleasant one!! Thank you so much!

Always have had great service here, and the store is kept very clean. Can't say the same for the auto place right down the street, that's for sure!

I love this store All way very helpful they know what there talking about! JAMES has been super helpful he actually know what he s talking about! I will shop at this store! Only! AutoZone need to get lessons from less store people listen up if you have to go to this place ask for James knowledge!

Friday night and i need to put some fluids into my old Volvo, raced across town to get here (because the website and Google indicate that it s open until 10pm) arrived to a darkened store with doors locked at approximately 930pm with some bullcrap note taped to the inside of the door about Covid-19 etc. like the pandemic is an excuse to just give up early and send everyone home and shut down whenever you want. i ve shopped this store before, it has what i need and i can be in and out relatively quickly, you re getting one star tonight because of the great inconvenience this has created, i certainly hope that this escalates to a regional manager if not to corporate ..

2 guys behind the counter we're very professional and polite. I'm disabled and I have a hard time doing things now. One of these guys replaced a burnt-out headlight for me at no extra charge. And didn't try to sell me blinker fluid. Thank Guys!

Adam was pretty helpful, definitely knew what he was talking about. There was another employee there that was not as knowledgeable, but was pretty nice and was honest. Great customer service, will definitely visit again.

4 guys standing around when you ask them where something is located. One points....I think its over there. No one moves. No one comes to check to see if I found it (which I didn't). Good luck staying in business. LAZY. I usually goto Auto Zone & thought I'd give this place a try. Never Again.

Oh oh oh....Okay.They're okay. The staff does their best. They're generally pretty dead. Occasionally they have better coupons than their competitors

Loaned me a harmonic balancer puller, brought it back the next day, cost me nothing. Whats better than that? Friendly helpful staff, solid selection.

Not so good today had a feeling the kid gave me the wrong part was assured when I got home got me a part for 10 inch brakes when I told him they were 9We will try again tommI now have proper part number from their web site
