Had to buy a new battery. 7� and my old battery died . They were very helpful and had exactly what I needed. The store is clean and neat staff friendly and knowledgeable. I prefer O'Reilly over auto zone !!!!

The Best Service Ever!!!! Clyde (asst.manger) & Billy (manger) went above and beyond assisting me with my unexpected vehicle issues. Motivating, calm, laid back, knowledgeable professionals; reassured that I would get the pulley my vehicle needed in order to operate again. Indeed True Exceptional Service!! I stopped by the store on 2100 Broadway to get a check engine light reader done to see the problem. There were 3 register workers and only 1 was helping a customer. I stood there waiting for 10 minutes. while the other 2 played on there phones. I was told that they don't have any that they haven't been delivered yet. Went to another Oreillys and there machine was a handheld that they always have on hand. It made me feel like they didn't want to help me because of my race because I was the only white girl in there.

I have made O'Reilly Auto Parts my place of choice, every store I have been to is like all the others. Their professionalism, knowledge and interchanging is second to none

Terrible customer service. Staff was rude, particularly, an employee by the name, Julian. Management needs to check the surveillance cameras and just watch. Event occurred on 2/1/23 at 7:40 AM. I hope other customers don t have a similar experience. I will take my business elsewhere. If I could give 0 stars, I would have.

Employee was extremely rude and seemed to not want to help me at all. I have been an O'Reilly's customer for many, many years but I will never return to this store ever again. Any business that allows their employees to treat their customers the way I was treated today doesn't deserve my hard earned money!

Going to O'Reilly Auto Parts is always a good trip for me! The store is always clean, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the prices are cheaper than most other auto parts stores. Also they are very good about keeping up with your warranty information.

I called and spoke with Raymond about a problem with my battery and I didn't have my receipt, so I could not remember if warranty was still valid. He was very patient and courteous and professional, as I gave him numerous phone numbers to check. I highly appreciate his Outstanding Customer Service. Unfortunately, in these times that is very hard to come by. Thanks a lot Raymond!!

I just got turned on to them this year and I'm very excited because I've been going to AutoZone for years and I feel like they've been taking my money they don't have consideration for the people down there but when I step into O'Reilly's they're either greeting me are paying close attention to me to assist me quick fast in a hurry and I always refer them to others what a blessing to have them in my neighborhood that been there so many years and I didn't even know they were there thanks O'Reilly crew stay safe

They are incompetent and rude. They gave my fianc� the wrong battery twice and they gave him the wrong oil as well! And when I called about it they were rude to me on the phone!

I went into store to get supplies for an oil change...didn't have a clue what I needed but no problem...the clerk was extremelyhelpful...I came out with everything I needed...I appreciated it so much...she took a stressful situation and my day .!!!Thanks...I'll be back

I m always impressed by the customer service and readiness of O Reilly s employees. My experience was okay today, but the line to check out was long and only one cashier was consistently open.

Always no long long wait in line like across the street at AutoZone I'm becoming more and more a fan O Reilly also because the don't say they don't have any more of a part ever Auto zone sends me to O'REILLY SO OFTEN GOOD THING MY FIRST CHOICE IS NOW O'REILLY'S.

Ordered a part at 12:11, told me that it would be there at 2:55. I showed up at 2:40, waited until 4:15, no truck, hence no part! Good thing I wasn't needing it right away

Worst experience ever! Guy sold me the wrong spark plugs for my car now my car is ruin check Engine light Came on never since i got my car threw my computer all the way off i will never come back sales guy does not know what he doing with the computer in his face with all the answers!!

They actually had two cvc axels all AutoZone stores had zero they are hiring only one worker give that guy a bonus and corporate aught to visit employees that work 5 times a month all by them selves starting with the employee that sold me the CVC axle

I pulled into orileys Auto Parts with my car running at about 260 I pop my hood to let my engine cool off so I can diagnose what the problem is the day before I purchased a water pump gasket and some gasket seal I thought I had fixed my car by replacing the cooling elbows but on the way home from work my car started overheating so I went to orileys I still buy my car for 5 minutes while it was cooling off and one of the guys came outside and said hey bro are you going to buy something because if not you gotta go I replied to this gentleman by saying no I'm not going to buy anything however I have $100 worth of parts in my front seat that I might decide to return that I was waiting on my car to cool down so I can figure out exactly what I needed and didn't need the gentleman proceeded to tell me that I had to leave that I was loitering on his property after asking for the manager the manager comes outside and states that his employee was correct in telling me to leave because I was exhibiting suspicious activity my hood was popped in there was a trailer water leaking from under my car how is that suspicious I look around the parking lot and there are other people in the parking lot sitting in her car talking on the phone hanging out behind the building smoking cigarettes and at that point I notice that I am the only Caucasian person on the premises if you are Caucasian you are not welcome in the store I have had multiple problems in this store they are very rude they are racist and they are unprofessional unless you are African American. the fact that an employee from orileys Auto Parts approached me with "hey bro are you going to buy something if not you have to go" instead of saying" excuse me sir is there anything I can help you with" is unacceptable.. the fact that the manager backed his employees unprofessional ethic is inexcusable.....I will never shop at any orileys again. The worst part about this is that I have been doing business with this store for over a year.

The staff can't seem to comprehend what right parts are. Nor are most of them knowlagable about vehicles. Which should be a requirement to work at an auto parts store.. To have a general knowledge of what does what on a vehicle.. Not be like duhhhhhh what's that ..
