These people know what they re doing and know how to do right by their customers. Whenever I have any automotive issue Neutz is always the first call for me an my family. They are honest, do great work, and are more than fair with their prices. Check out their dealer lot across the street too!

I recently brought in my 2012 Ford F-150 to Neutz & Tudor due to the pickup jerking and hesitating when going from 1st to 2nd gear. I had already taken my truck to a place called Vehi-Cycle as well as Bill Collins Ford. Neither one of them could figure out what was wrong with it. My sister informed me of this place and advised me to take it there. I'm glad I did. Ward, the main mechanic that worked on my truck, called me a few days later and told me that it was a faulty wiring harness located behind the dash. Ward was very patient with me, spoke with me at length at times and listened to everything I had to say. I would highly recommend this place. The truck has run beautifully ever since. Just wanted to say thank you to Neutz & Tudor and especially to Ward who was very instrumental in solving all my mechanical problems.

Brought truck in at 8am. Truck went into shop at 9am. Truck had a broken part in the ignition system causing the door chime to ring even though no key was in the ignition. They had one delivered, installed it and tested it. All fixed and was on my way by 11am. Fast service and reasonable price to fix. I would use Neutz & Tudor again.

We have been taking our Honda pilot there for the last few years and wouldn t take it anywhere else. We trust them completely. And they have taken very good care of the car It s now at almost 375,000 miles! Would highly recommend.

Brought in a 2000 ford to get a small oil leak fixed. Pretty much new it was the transmission or oil pan seals. They fixed it but the same leak started again a few months later. These guys stood behind there work and repaired it again free of charge. Will definitely keep using them for repairs as the need arises.

I had taken my car to several mechanics before my friend recommended Neutz and Tudor. My car did not duplicate the issues I brought it in for. They took extra time and care to see if my car would show what was wrong with it. I'm so grateful they did this! My wheels are rolling again!!Thank you so very much!

This shop is always accurate and professional. Better than any dealership & more reasonable. If you go once, it will be your place of choice. Remember to make an appointment. They are popular.

I really can't believe some of the bad reviews others have written on this site. I suspect they may be trolls. I have maintained vehicles with these guys since 1995 and have never ever had any bad experience whatsoever. They have had several opportunities to take advantage of me for work that didn't really need to be done, and didn't. They give me estimates and do the work I approve. They give me advice on repairs and problems. Sometimes their advice is that no repair is needed at all. They are friendly and reasonably priced. I have referred friends to them over the years and they've all had good experiences with them as well. I've also purchased vehicles from their dealership across the street off Watterson Trail and have had good experiences there also. I'm not personally friends with any of them and they don't know I'm posting this review, therefore my contribution to these reviews is not biased.

I really appreciate honest and dependable mechanics that don't see you as an ATM machine and scam you for more than the cost to fix a car.I've had horrible experiences with other shops around Louisville. I fully TRUST these other mechanics to do the right thing when nobody is watching.Finally, after searching for a honest mechanic shop by word of mouth.Neutz & Tudor was the common name I keep hearing about.Fast forward...I been coming to Neutz & Tudor for over 8 years and I haven't used anyone else.Neutz & Tudor is everything you're looking for in a shop, trustworthy , honesty , and integrity.Thank you for the excellent service, Buddy and your mechanics at Neutz & Tudor!Happy customer,Karl

Simply the best. I ve gone to several mechanics and repair shops in my life including dealerships and I can honestly say Neutz and Tudor is the only one where I felt my car was in good hands. They genuinely care about you and that your vehicle is running safely and properly. I ve learned that you often get what you pay for, but with that being said, they do high quality work while still maintaining reasonable prices. I had differential fluid changed on my car and there s been a piece of the body that came loose a while back and Neutz and Tudor fixed it for me without asking and of course no charge to re-secure it. You just don t find many businesses like this anymore. I ll stop rambling now, just do yourself a favor and go there next time your vehicle needs some tlc!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I highly recommend this auto specialist and after dealing with them one time they earned a new customer. The timing belt in our van broke while on the interstate. I had it towed to their garage on a Saturday after hours. They kindly assessed the 'disaster' the next business day FREE OF CHARGE. Also, I felt like they genuinely cared about providing quality customer service and from what I've heard they take pride in their work. Plus locally owned and operated.

My husband and I have used Neutz & Tudor for 5 years and have never been disappointed. They are honest and great at communicating with us. I always feel like I m getting the best service for the best price. My car will never go anywhere else.

Sometimes, a person just wants his/her car fixed. I originally paid to have my car repaired by a local Ford/Lincoln dealer. They did not fix my car. Instead, I received very poor service, that was repeatedly delayed, and way too expensive (i.e., I will never return to this dealer again). I then took my car to another repair shop. I asked they finish what the dealer declined to fix. This repair shop also did not fix my car. I am not sure they did much of anything. Someone recommended Neutz & Tudor. In only about 1/2 day, they (finally) fixed my car. I am very thankful for the service I received from Neutz & Tudor. I did not feel they charged me enough. So in addition to payment, I sent them a fruit basket.

I have been a customer of Neutz and Tudor for at least 20 years. They will fix your car right. Pricing is ok. The only reason it's not a 5 is a growing lack of friendliness from the counter.

I have used this place 3 times within the year of 2017 so far. They are a rip off and an over priced scam. After they charged my boyfriend a seemingly normal price for his tune up work I decided to take mine in for a look because it was making noises. They tried to call me and tell me it would be $1500 and when I asked them to break down the list they changed it twice and were trying to charge me $164 for the same part they charged my boyfriend $9 for.... they also had $500 worth of brand new tires they said I needed, $300 for a new exhaust pipe and $500 for a tune up. I also asked them to look at something and quote me on it and they decided to start working on my car without permissionAfter all of this my boyfriends car broke down after just 3 months getting it back from this shop. He had it towed back where they charged him $600 for a fuel pump replacement. Part of the charges $12 for one gallon of gas, $280 for the part, almost $300 for labor. The entire bill was a joke.I know prices for parts and labor are outrageous at auto body shops but this place is a god damn joke and I will NEVER EVER use this place again. Biggest waste of money.

I have always received the most professional and honest service at Neutz and Tudor. Buddy and the guys are awesome. Even when they could have made money from me they gave me expert advice. I won't take my car anywhere else!

We took our daughter's Chevy Blazer in to have it checked out before she left for college. It is an older vehicle and I suspected it needed some work. Buddy at the front counter was very cordial and accommodating. The vehicle was inspected when they said it would be and I was provided an honest estimate...even explaining what I could put off and what was more important. I am very comfortable with my daughter driving her vehicle a couple of hours away to college; being confident that she will be safe. I have recommended Neutz and Tudor to a couple of friends who are basically in the same situation, sending daughters off to college.

I brought my truck to Neutz and Tutor because you can trust them to fix your vehicle and not try to sell you a bunch of other services you don't need. They had my truck fixed and ready to go in one day. Buddy does a great job communicating with the customer. Only place I trust.

I have used Neutz & Tudor several times in the recent past and have always received honest and straightforward answers.They have never"pushed"repairs that weren't needed.They finish repairs when they say they will and cost estimates are really close, sometimes less.I never take my vehicles to the new car dealership unless they are under warranty or if there is absolutely no other way.

Greatest car buying experience I have ever had. Very honest and upfront. Offered a warranty with my purchase at no additional cost. I had questions after my purchase and Tommy Neutz always answered me promptly and personally. I highly recommend this dealership.

Service Quality is the VERY BEST available! Easy to make a reservation for your vehicle service. Timely return of your vehicle! A Very Courtesy environment. All repairs are explained. OUR VEHICLES repairs one time & done. Always fair estimated given before repair. NO UGLY costly surprises.Very inviting & welcoming atmosphere. Safe environment.

I have consistently had good experiences with this garage. They try to FIX a problem first, the simplest, least expensive way, rather than just selling you new parts, and they will call and talk you through it before they do anything. You can trust these people.

Do NOT expect good advice from this shop. I had them check our clutch prior to a long drive as it was making a noise. I was told it still had some life and would be safe for our long trip ahead. Needless to say our car broke down (with 2 small children in a snow storm). They put our safety at risk instead of doing the work that should have been done.

I've taken almost almost a dozen vehicles here for their entire working lives over the past 20 years. Buddy and the crew of mechanics have never, ever, let me down. They don't just throw parts at problems, their prices are very reasonable, and their knowledge base is from experience and not books. As long as I live in Louisville, I will always take my cars here.

Really pleased with my experience! They went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible, and to make sure I walked away happy and satisfied. I was recommended there by a friend, and would recommend anyone I know who is looking for a car, to this place.

I was referred to Neutz and Tudor by Valvoline, I had some wires that had been ripped and needed replaced. They lead me to believe it would only be about a business day or so before it was able to be fixed...I called them and they brushed me off saying that it was not going to be ready, but they wouldn't give me an estimated time just that they would call me. They didn't ever call me.. Although they claimed they did. It took them over a week and a half to get my car out, very rude front desk service on top of it all. NOW my car is STILL having problems and I come to find out they literally just taped up some of the wires with electrical tape and made it look like they moved things around...the same wires are still there in the same shape that they were. I'm seriously so frustrated, I will never return to this place and I'm definitely steering my friends away when they need car service...local convenience is not always the best option..

This is a company that I really like and have long relied on. Buddy at the front desk really helps me understand what s going on, and is nothing but real. Never had a problem with the work they ve done or prices. Neutz and Tudor is best in Louisville!
