Neil Huffman Mazda was great to deal with and our sales person, Gary Brown was fantastic. We first went to Oxmoor Mazda and they were terrible. Glad we went out to Neil Huffman. Excellent price, service and just very nice to work with. Highly recommend!

Salesman didn't know a lot about the cars, just repeated a lot of common talking points he was given. We were interested in purchasing a car and wanted to talk some numbers, emphasized up front multiple times not to do a hard credit pull at this point and that we were going to use our financing partner. They ensured us that they could work with our financing partner and that they wouldn't do a hard pull when discussing purchasing the car. They ended up doing a hard inquiry anyways 4 times, had nothing to say about it other than a clearly repeated phase of "The Credit Report Act of 2012 Gives you 30 Days" and they have no clue what they're really talking about with how that actually works. Aggressive sales tactics, not truthful to their word, unwilling to fix their mistake, absolutely do not even recommend shopping for your future car here.

I recently ordered a Mazda CX 30 and it was worth the wait! It is a beauty. Dakari was a great sales person, patient, kind and respectful! He even put my new vehicle on the showroom floor so no one would try to test drive it.

I just purchased a 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition for my daughter. This is a lot of car for the money. William Harlow and Chris Forbes were very helpful and awesome to deal with in every way. Chris really went above and beyond to make the pickup a great surprise for my daughter complete with personalized signage and an enormous red bow that covered the entire front half of the car. Great experience! I highly recommend Neil Huffman Mazda and William Harlow and Chris Forbes in particular!

I had a very positive experience at Neil Huffman Mazda. My salesperson, Earl Drake is the best. He is personable , professional, and knows the products he sells. My buying process from selecting a vehicle, pricing, financing, and final delivery of my new CX-5 was great. Would definitely go back again.

I was interested in purchasing a car but your sales rep, Gary Brown, turned me off with his attitude. Dude received zero information from me and started the conversation off from the get go acting like because I had specific requirement of a backup camera and Bluetooth, that I would be limited on my options. Didn t run my credit app. Didn t attempt to qualify me. Total amateur. I ve got a few grand to put down for a down payment and make 6 figures, dude needs to check himself. I won t do business with your dealership if this is my first interaction with your team. There are many other options I ll take my business to.

Let's start with Mazda folks implying they were giving me some kind of fantastic deal. The joke was on me...not a dime off. They offered me $500 to trade in my car which I sold the next day for $2000. No one even seemed the least bit interested in negotiating with me for the car I actually wanted. Dylan was great...his superiors arrogant. I write a check and sign several papers when Dylan says someone should be with me within 2 hours to close the deal. I told him I (with my check) would be gone before that. The place was hardly teeming with prospective buyers. Jacorey and some man and his dog sat in an office before Jacorey came out and we closed. While my car is very nice I regret not walking out with my check or the car I wanted. Wish I had gone back to Honda. I will not be recommending Mazda/Dixie Hwy to family or friends. Lastly, Dylan set up the Mazda app on my phone. If that comes with any kind of monthly/annual fee I will see you in court. I purchased a used Volvo in August and it has been giving me trouble ever since. The first time was after having it only 3 weeks and since it didn't act up for them, they sent me on my way. However, they also said that they don't have a single technician who could work on my car either way and that I would have to take it to an actual Volvo dealership. Well, I was fed up with my car constantly having to be jumped so I took it to the Volvo dealership in Louisville. Apparently, it needed a new battery and fuel pump because the previous owner never took care of it. Did Neil Huffman help me out at all? NOPE! Why would you sell a car that you couldn't work on in the first place is my question.... if I could sell this car or trade it in for one that actually works, I would but of course it's not worth what we paid for it so now I'm stuck with thousands of dollars just to repair it. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Had a great experience here with Chris Forbes. We came in with a good idea of what we were looking for and Chris went out of his way to be as helpful as possible. He even had to jump-start a vehicle that was parked in front of the Sportage we wanted when it came time to test drive it.The prices on all the vehicles we looked at were reasonable and appeared to be fairly aggressive. Everyone we interacted with were friendly and made the whole experience pleasant, something I can't say for a lot of dealerships. We will definitely be coming back in the future for any subsequent vehicle purchases.

Within 5 minutes of arriving on the lot, I was greeted by sales manager, William Harlow. He assessed my needs and then assigned me to salesman Chris Forbes. Both gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all. I couldn t be happier with my experience, which ultimately led to me purchasing my first brand new car that same day!

I dealt with the Mazda Service Department. Kelly and his team were able to make it happen! I stressed that I was moving cross country due to the Military and that my vehicle had catastrophic engine problems that needed to be fixed in a short period of time. Kelly was able to get it done, gave me updates, and in return it eased my mind. I would drive back to Neil Huffman Mazda from my new duty location just for their Service!

Tony greeted me this morning and warned me that it would be 2 hours before they would even be able to get to me. I was there for an oil change and had time so he took me inside and told me to get comfortable and that they would try to get me out as fast as possible. I got a cup of coffee and sat for a while. I then walked around talking with several people from several departments. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I saw James, the tech that did the work, pull my car in. It wasn t long after that they had me ready to go. They did a great job at getting me in and out. I was back on my way 20 minutes before they thought they would even be able to get started on my car. Great job team! I am looking forward to my next visit. See you all soon.

I was told I had a foreign object in my tire and he said we went on and fixed it. It acted like he was doing me a favor but I thought I had road side assistance. Other than that the service was great.

Thank you Chris and Harlow! You guys went over and beyond helping out with my recent car purchase!! If you want a pleasant buying experience and just great people to work with you need to come here! They have taken care of my needs at every turn and has even helped me fix things that bugged me that were not even their issue long after the sale was done (who even does that?). These guys are just AWESOME, there is no other way to put it! The 2 year maintenance plan that is included is just another added benefit. I bought a used Jeep Wrangler from them. Not a good experience at all for me. I was disappointed to find out the Jeep I bought actually had way more miles than the odometer showed due to the speedo (computer) not being adjusted to the oversized tires on the jeep. The check engine light came back on when I got the Jeep home too (I was told by my salesman that the light just cleared out by itself)..

Everything went smoothly. Bought my brandnew CX-5 2022. The dealership did not take advantage of the current car supply shortage unlike other dealership putting additional markup on their brand new car prices no hidden charges . I m glad i chose Neil Huffman. Highly recommended. Special thanks to Melina and Earl for being very helpful.

I went in to trade a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. I was looking a few different cars (a used CX-9, new CX-50, and new CX-90). I ultimately decided to work on a deal for the CX-90.Although Neil Huffman advertises No Haggle Pricing, it is far from it. They offered me $18,000 on my $30,000 Jeep. When I showed them what the trade in value was, the sales manager said that he had made a mistake and upped the trade-in offer to $26,500.Once the trade-in value was resolved, we negotiated on what I thought was a monthly payment that included the service contract. I found out (only by asking) that they removed the extended service contract to get me to my numbers. When I asked how much the service contract was, I was told that they would discuss that during the paperwork. That was my mistake for trusting the process. When the finance manager came out, he offered a total that was less than the original agreed upon amount. This included a service contract. I thought that the finance companies must have given a better rate than what Nissan estimated. This happened when I purchased my Jeep from a different dealer so I thought the same with Neil Huffman.We finish up and I'm a happy customer. The next day, I was looking over what is covered in the extended service contract only to find out that a different model vehicle with different VIN numbers was listed on the contract. As I looked at other papers, I found the same. I called Neil Huffman to get the paperwork resolved and was told by their Finance Manager that I will not be able to keep the CX-90 for that price.I had already cancelled the insurance on my Jeep so I was trying to work out a deal that both parties would be happy with. Then, I had to go through another round of negotiating (although Neil Huffman is no haggle buying). They shot me a price that was way off and I told them to give me back my Jeep. Then magically, the price came down.Although I was told by several people that I would be taken care of, I feel that I would have received the same deal on the second car if I walked in that day and didn't have any of this other stuff happen.The only positive experience I had was with Milena (the sales person). She was great to deal with. If I could rate my experience with her, it would be five stars but unfortunately I had to deal with this other mess and I don't feel that Neil Huffman took the incident seriously enough. Be careful and make sure to check every detail of your contract including VIN Numbers.

I have been going to Neil Huffman s Mazda service department for my Mazda (bought used) for the last four years. They are professional, friendly, helpful and I love the customer lounge where it s cozy and comfortable, and easy for me to still work while I wait for my car. They feel their prices are a little high, but not terrible. What you expect going to a dealership. But they have also been honest about putting off work that doesn t need to be done yet, or finding solutions for my budget when needed. I drive a lot of long distance trips annually and they keep my car in great shape. When others ride with me, I always get comments it s so nice, is it new? And they are shocked to find it s eight years old with nearly 100k miles. Highly recommend this service department!

Milena was my sales associate and she made the process extremely seamless for me. I decided to purchase a vehicle out of state and was worried about the whole process but everything went well. I started talking to Milena via text and she was nice enough to make a video showing me there car I had decided to get which was very nice and instrumental in my purchase. We also agreed on a price before I reached the dealership and this price was honored when we got there. This location is also very welcoming and didn t feel as hostile as other dealerships I had been to. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in this location.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, but 6 hours was a long time to complete the transaction. Earl, the salesman I worked with, was not only friendly and entertaining, but was also amazingly knowledgeable about the car I bought. He did a very good job explaining all the functions and options on the car.

Excellent customer service. Experienced a tire problem on my way to Louisville from Cincinnati. They fit me in, explained the problem, repaired the tire in record time so I could make my trip back home safely.
