I recently took my car to Neil Huffman Collision Center after a car collision and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The quality of workmanship is exceptional - my car looks as good as new! Not only did they fix all the damages, but they also provided a thorough cleaning both inside and out, leaving my vehicle spotless. I would highly recommend Neil Huffman Collision Center for their top-notch customer service, expertise in auto repairs, and attention to detail.

I took my car there after talking to the other party's insurance company. My car came out nice and clean. They washed and waxed it. I'm giving 4 stars because I had to go back 3 times to get my car for various reasons.

Put my 2020 Escape in the shop after a wreck. It was a few days before they could look at it bc of being short staffed( who isn't?). Turns out it was totaled. Brittany was especially good at keeping us informed

Very friendly and professional service. Brian was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. My repair was completed faster than expected. They also handled my rental drop off which was super convenient! Added bonus - my car was squeaky clean upon pick up!

Beware!!! The body repairs were mostly satisfactory but there are a couple of spots that the sander missed and the finish is matte. Also, they didn t make any attempt to clean up the body filler or paint dust from the interior of the trunk leaving a residue all over everything. When contacted about the problems, they are stating they have no responsibility and offered no solution to remediate the problems.Service: Body & Trim

Have aFord Flex that was rear ended. Other insurers insurance (Progressive) recommended as best body shop. Took to them for repair to bumper and any other damage. They had for a week. Replaced bumper skin and damage associated with bumper but missed damage to lift gate. Did not realize until I picked up and got it home. Had to take it back a week later for that repair. Got it home and paint had orange pill in paint and contamination in paint. Had to take it back for that. 3 trips to get an exceptable job.

The staff at Neil Huffman Collision was incredible. Not only did they work with my insurance to schedule my repair, they made sure I had a ride to my rental car. The repair looks great. I will definitely use them again.

When I say thank you baby Jesus, I'm including them. I was scared to put my mb cla 45 in the shop at all, they made me love it even more. They did an amazing job and was very helpful. Came through on time, highly professional! Oh yeah and they cleaned my car so good with a shine that made me blush. I wanna go back for my detailing. If you didn't get it, let me say it. Took my car in for repairs and 4 weeks past without a word from them. I called to check on my status and the claim to know nothing about my car being there...they lost my paperwork so for 4 weeks my vehicle just sat.

Dropped car off.Took a while for their company to send the parts.But once they arrived we got our car back lickity split.They cleaned out car.Detail cleaned.They were nice and kept us up to date to the best of their ability.Honestly I will now forever go back here if I need to have my car fixed.from an accident.

A couple months ago another driver swiped the rear end on my MDX. I called Acura and the recommended Neil Huffman Collision Center. Not gonna, lie I was a bit nervous about the work to be performed with specifics to paint matching. However, they came through. The rear end looks as if it was never scraped. I've had body work done on previous vehicles but it never did get repaired to look back to factory specs. So in the future this is where I will be taking my vehicles too.Also, I worked with Shane, exceptional customer service. Very thorough with communication and detailing what work would be done. The turn around time was very good. And they took attention to detail on the condition I keep my vehicle in and Shane was proactive on not running it through a car wash to clean it up. I have dealt with many different auto body shops over the years. This WAS BY FAR THE MOST POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.I have ever had. This folks are professionals, they go out of their way to do a top notch job. Took my truck in to have insurance work done. I have to say they are on point very efficient, detailed explanation of each and every step of the process sent me text updates with photos and stages of work being completed. Cost break down of each item replaced received a full report when i picked up my vehicle. I am very pleased with Neil Huffman collision center definitely the right choice. Vehicle was done 5 days sooner than estimated. Recently took my 2012 Ram to get service work done did not bother going to that Dodge dealer up the street if your driving a newer vehicle you may get good service if your not driving a brand new vehicle service is garbage at that Dodge dealer. Neil Huffman has very high customer reviews for a reason.

I want to give a HUGE shout out for Neil Huffman Collision Center. I have used them for almost 20 years and I have never anything to complain about. They always go above and beyond in getting things done, keep you in the loop not to mention just do a good job at fixing auto body problems. My last visit - because I was sideswiped when I was caring for my husband and was picking him up from the cancer center. They did their usual great job and then some and then... They cleaned my whole care and got my oil changed. They always surprise you with the little extras. Personally another big thank you to Tanya.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Clearly the manager didn't actually read my review before they responded. I did not have a great experience. Part of it was bad, part was okay. My review:It was just before Christmas when I had my accident. I didn't appreciate their threats to charge me a storage fee if I didn't clean out my van forthwith. They were closed for 3 & a half days, & never open in the evenings. I had no vehicle & no one to take me there to deal with my van in the days leading up to Christmas. I did the best I could to get there, but they didn't make it easy. Once I got it cleaned out, the lady was really nice & helpful with the paperwork.

When I got my vehicle back there were things on my vehicle that were broken that wasn't broken when I gave it to them. They then tried to say that it had to deal with the collision when I know it wasn't.They also did not reinstall other cosmetic parts or reinstalled incorrectly. Then when I called about when I would get it my vehicle back on day 3 after I was told it would take 1 or 2 days they told me that there was one more thing that needed reinstalled I told them I just wanted my truck back and not to worry about it. Then they thought the phone was hung up but it wasn't and she said to her colleagues that I was lying and started talking bad about me. Which is extremely unprofessional. and they are going to charge the stuff they broke back to my insurance company. I will never take my vehicle back to them and urge everyone I know to do the same. Final note, if you want information from them you have to drag it out of them.

There s no type of communication. I have been waiting for my car for almost 3 weeks they keep changing the dates for when my car will be ready. I currently stay in Chicago and I m paying out of pocket for my rental car. I ve been told 3 different dates and none of them were correct, I m just basically waiting on a call back that I m never going to get because I will have to continue to call them and check on my status on the car. I will never go back to this place or refer this collision center to anyone and I m also disappointed with my insurance for giving me there information.

They worked on my girlfriends car, when we picked up the car it looked like a new car. They had washed it, buffed the paint on the complete car Plus detailed the interior of the car. The young lady that helped us was Fantastic to work with.

I considered not getting the dent fixed because I was concerned about the paint matching. I picked it up today. Even my husband said it was a good job and he used to be an auto paint inspector! Everyone was super helpful. Thanks Neil Huffman Collision.

I had to reopen a claim to fix an issue where water was getting into my car because Jeff Wyler s collision center didn t fix it correctly the first time. Lucky for me I was told to take it to Perry Ferrell at Huffman. Perry treated me like family and spoke to the insurance company for me and got them to reopen the claim and cover the cost to fix the water leak correctly this time at Huffman s collision center. The man who did the work was Chris Guess. He was a top notch professional. Not only did he fix the water leak, he took care of the smell from water getting in, and fixed my windshield washer fluid container while he was at it. Chris walked me through all he did and was fast and efficient in his work. Perry may need to give him a raise to make sure he can keep him. Chris seems destined to take over a body shop with his abilities.

EXCELLENT REPAIR TO MY HIGHLANDER. You couldn't even tell some truck backed into my read. Extremely happy with the repair and would definitely recommend. Endorsed by my car insurance company GEICO. Hope I don't have to come back but if something happens to my car I know where i am going

Worst collision center ever. Had the worst experience, they got the wrong bed for my truck, it was a shorter bed and it was a standard bed instead of the LE. Then they wanted two thousand dollars to fix the dents and paint it. And i just found out they put my tool box back with the rails and you cant even lock it in so it slids around. They half did all the repairs and pulls on the frame, and didnt even make it to where you can put a bumper back on it. These are the laziest, worst repairs i have ever seen on a vehicle. It cost 4000 dollars and i wouldnt have paid them 50 cents to do the work they did. I would not recommend this place to anyone, even if insurance is paying for it this place is a joke. Way over priced. They told me it was gonna be 2000 dollars to have it painted, i had it painted for a fraction of the price at mid city body shop on dixie and they said the would have done all the work and painted the entire truck for the same price neil huffman charged me. If you're looking for a good body shop dont go to neil huffman. Go to Mid City Body Shop they do a way better job at a way better price.

I will never take my vehicle to this place again. They will send it out with more issues than it went in with and then claim they had nothing to do with the issues. That they don't make mistakes. Well last I check nobody is perfect so yea they can make mistakes just not adult enough to claim their mistakes.

It s like I never even had collision damage on my car. I love these guys. Very professional. When I picked up my car the manager and tech both came and shook my hand and thanked me. I loved that and made me feel good.
