Worst experience with trying to purchase a vehicle. Located the vehicle online and checked to make sure it was still available. Drove to the lot and vehicle was not on the lot. I was told that "one of the corporate representatives was driving it." I then made an appointment to see the car the next day. Received texts the next day from sales representative wanting to negotiate price/trade in prior to my viewing the car. Then I learned that the corporate representative "still had the vehicle" and I may not be able to view it. Eventually just got tired of dealing with the sales representative and decide to head to Quantrell Cadillac in Lexington, KY.

I went in to trade a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. I was looking a few different cars (a used CX-9, new CX-50, and new CX-90). I ultimately decided to work on a deal for the CX-90.Although Neil Huffman advertises No Haggle Pricing, it is far from it. They offered me $18,000 on my $30,000 Jeep. When I showed them what the trade in value was, the sales manager said that he had made a mistake and upped the trade-in offer to $26,500.Once the trade-in value was resolved, we negotiated on what I thought was a monthly payment that included the service contract. I found out (only by asking) that they removed the extended service contract to get me to my numbers. When I asked how much the service contract was, I was told that they would discuss that during the paperwork. That was my mistake for trusting the process. When the finance manager came out, he offered a total that was less than the original agreed upon amount. This included a service contract. I thought that the finance companies must have given a better rate than what Nissan estimated. This happened when I purchased my Jeep from a different dealer so I thought the same with Neil Huffman. We finish up and I'm a happy customer. The next day, I was looking over what is covered in the extended service contract only to find out that a different model vehicle with different VIN numbers was listed on the contract. As I looked at other papers, I found the same. I called Neil Huffman to get the paperwork resolved and was told by their Finance Manager that I will not be able to keep the CX-90 for that price.I had already cancelled the insurance on my Jeep so I was trying to work out a deal that both parties would be happy with. Then, I had to go through another round of negotiating (although Neil Huffman is no haggle buying). They shot me a price that was way off and I told them to give me back my Jeep. Then magically, the price came down.Although I was told by several people that I would be taken care of, I feel that I would have received the same deal on the second car if I walked in that day and didn't have any of this other stuff happen. The only positive experience I had was with Milena (the sales person). She was great to deal with. If I could rate my experience with her, it would be five stars but unfortunately I had to deal with this other mess and I don't feel that Neil Huffman took the incident seriously enough. Be careful and make sure to check every detail of your contract including VIN Numbers.

Bought a vehicle here a while back. While the deal was good, the staff was extremely rude and the encounter took a bit over 8 hours. The salesman smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and would leave us waiting for over an hour in the lobby between small decisions that s took my husband andI about 5 minutes to decide on. We even informed them that we hadn t had the opportunity to eat that day to try and speed up the process and were completely disregarded and ignored. We even got up to search for him multiple times and he was nowhere to be found.Terrible and rude company. Would not recommend to anyone.

Dealership was NOT willing to fix the imperfections (broken headlight, chipped paint, and dent) on the car my fiance and I were just about to purchase. When we stated over the phone that we were not going to go through with the purchase because of the imperfections not being taken care of, our salesman (Robin) just blatantly hung up on us.Sad to say, due to the lack of professionalism and accountability, we will not be returning.

We bought a car from them 4 weeks ago. It has been in the shop for 2 weeks. Found out the engine is blown and needs new engine. Neil Huffman stated they do inspections before they sold it to me but Kia mechanic said this would have shown up immediately on any inspection. It is now going to take 2-3 months to get fixed. DO NOT BUY FROM NEIL HUFFMAN!

We bought a car that we were told had passed a 200 point inspection and had it delivered. When it was delivered every light on the dash was on. (they were not on when we test drove it) We called the next day and they said there was nothing they could do, and we could bring it into the shop to fix it at full price. 3 months later. we are spending $1600 on Struts, and $2000 on a computer module to fix all the lights that are on. They straight lied about passing the inspection. Theres no way to explain that by the time they delivered it to Mt. Washington that all the lights came on.

Brought my Honda here for a new battery, service department was friendly and their prices beat everyone else's and had an additional coupon for the service! Plus they were quick... like super quick. I didn't even have time to eat my lunch quick! Thank you for the awesome experience!

Easy and painless transaction. Lower fees than in Kentucky. Worth the drive over the bridge! Tavis was super chill so we liked him much better than other salesmen we have met. Found us just the right Honda Fit she wanted even though Fits are a scarce right now. Thank you!

I definitely recommended anyone car shopping to go here. They are all so kind. We had the pleasure of dealing with Bill Cline. He was amazing. He didn't try and pressure us into any vehicle. He listened to what we wanted and needed. Very awesome to deal with. They stayed open past closing to help get us out of the door in a new car. My 5-year old son with us and started to get antsy so Bill actually sat and played with Lego's with my son.

Athough they have a few good people in service, parts, and reception, their sales and corporate people don t seem to care at all. There seem to be constant management changes, resulting in disorder and lost paperwork. They procrastinate, fail to return phone calls, essentially say not my department , say anything to get you off the phone, and then fail to follow through on promises. Also, repair prices seem to have shot way up, which of course means you need to buy one of their new cars, right? ;) Sorry, I can t recommend it.

Bought my car from the Neil Huffman Auto Group and I always choose the Clarksville location for my services. We have tried other Honda dealerships in Louisville but it is worth the bridge toll to head across the river to Neil Huffman. The service is always fast and friendly. Most of the time I just walk over to the Bass Pro Shop during my wait and the car is always serviced quickly.

I sold my car to Neil Huffman. The process was very simple and Kevin Green made it better. Assuring me how it would all go and everything happened as he said. Would do it again given the chance.

I bought a vehicle from Neil Huffman about 10 years ago. For some reason they put their name on it as a Lien holder even though I had a loan from the bank for the truck. I am trying to get my name removed from it and there is 1 guy there apparently that handles liens, and he NEVER answers his phone/email. I have been trying to get ahold of him for 4+ weeks without any response.

I bought a 2001 Toyota Tundra from Neil Huffman on Shelbyville Road and this vehicle had a bad engine. So they had me sit at a table and give me Diet Cokes while they grinded me down. This dealership is corrupt from the top to the bottom. Your wasting your time with these double digits!

I live in Canada, but if I lived in Alabama or near any other NH distributor, I would surely go there first. Thank you for your prompt action re the employee who hung the Alabama Governor in effigy.

Quick oil and tire service but had to wait longer for them to give me the full court press for services I didn t need which was frustrating, unnecessary and time consuming.
