I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and care given to me by Cynthia and Jay. While the issue I was having with my MDX turned out to be a normal operation of the vehicle, they and their service crew still spent the time troubleshooting potential issues for about two weeks (and yes, they gave me a loaner in the meantime). They were very thorough in their work, spent significant time with Acura engineers to diagnose my issue and kept me updated during the process. I would highly recommend their service and expertise to anyone. They were a pleasure to do business with!

The service department definitely provided a class "A" service. Service department finished the required checks and services on schedule. No issues with the way I was treated. I was treated the way I will be treated if I was in another "luxury" car brand service center.Improvements:1. Make sure the coffee machine is working properly.2. I am a loyal Acura owner. I recently had a mechanical issue on my 2010 Acura MDX that required towing my vehicle to Oxmoor dealership for repair. Cynthia Stotsky has been my Technical support for the repair and I am very pleased with her detailed assistance. She was very thorough on repairs and costs. I have worked with her for new tires, maintenance and repairs over the past few years. My overall experience with Acura Oxmoor service has been great.

Kris and the whole gang in the service department are amazing. They are always spot on with diagnosis and repair if needed. They go overboard to make sure you are kept up to date with every procedure being performed on you vehicle. If they don't have the answer, they will find it for you. Their sales department is equally as great! Highly recommend Neil Huffman Acura at Oxmoor!

Always kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. I appreciate their attentiveness to the customer and attention to detail with the car. I always feel confident with their work. Cynthia in service dept is excellent as well. I choose to continue to have them service my vehicle after my complimentary service had expired, and drive two hours each way to do so. I continue to be impressed by the customer service when I have my Acura serviced here! I want to especially thank Leland Childers for finally finding the small nail that has stressed me out for many months. I've had someone look at this tire for defects or foreign objects the 2 times I received oil changes (since purchasing my 2023 MDX) which includes a tire rotations.Service: Tires

Very professional and competent staff of the Service Department at Acura on Oxnoor. They were able to get my vehicle in within 24 hours of my request. I trust their Service Department personnel to provide the best attention to my Acura MDX and took care of my presenting problem promptly. I appreciated how they clearly explained what they did and discovered. My Service Desk contact "D" was very helpful and personable. Cynthia was very professional and provided great customer service at Neil Huffman Acura. This was my first time visiting the local Acura since moving to KY and felt very welcomed.The time wait was reasonable, while the waiting area was clean and had plenty snacks and waters. Cynthia kept me updated on the process of the vehicle and was honest regarding what the car needed.I am happy to find a great location and service advisor!

No appointment needed on weekdays, first come first serve, I was there for my oil change it was quick with no problem, Cynthia was very friendly and helpful. I liked the fact you could get your services report either on paper or Email.

Neil Huffman service is just a top notch operation. Their people like the service writer Lena were very professional and courteous and friendly. There was not a person at the dealership that didn't speak and the waiting room is very nice with 2 large screen TV's and free snacks and drinks. Very disappointed with our new car purchase.May 2022 - We purchased a new car, 2023 Acura MDX, at this dealership in with delivery of the vehicle that August. As with a new car purchase, we picked out the package and features that we wanted when the order was placed, which included hands free assist on the rear lift gate of the vehicle.August 2022 - When the car was delivered to the dealer in August our handoff of the vehicle was delayed a few days so that the hands-free assist could be installed along with a few other features. When the salesman was demonstrating the features of the car, he specifically demonstrated use of the hands free feature for my son and I. There was no mention of backordered parts.December 2022 - This car is my wife s primary vehicle and after a few months of use she mentioned that the hands-free assist was not working. We knew we had an upcoming service appointment soon for the 1st oil change and as this was a non-critical feature, we delayed addressing this issue immediately.February 2023 - We made the appointment for the oil change and added the hands-free lift gate issue to the appointment. After the oil was changed, we were told that the hands-free sensor had never been installed on the vehicle. In fact, that part had been on back order for months and we should have been informed of that at purchase. Of course, we were not. We delayed the handover so it could be installed. In fact, the feature was specifically demoed for us when the car was handed over! (How if the sensor wasn t in? The only logical explanation is that we were knowingly deceived but have no proof of that so we are NOT saying that). I was upset by this and the service manager and the general manager told me that they had no way of knowing when they can get the sensor in and again the original salesman was out of the country. The general manager did offer to refund the cost of the accessory. In talking to my wife, we agreed to delay the decision on the refund to talk to the salesman upon his return to get an expliantion and see if the part status changed.July 2023 On July 5th we made an appointment for July 12th to have the 15K service performed. Before my appointment I contacted the service manager and our salesman and asked for time to discuss the issues we have had. No reply prior to our appointment on the 12th. On the 12th, I had to seek out my salesman to make the issue a priority. After a brief refresh of the issue we were having, it was suggested we go to the parts counter to see if the part was available. A quick check on the parts computer revealed the part was available and could be onsite as quickly as the next day. What? What about the back order? The parts associate did confirm that in the past this part was on back order, but is available now. He also confirmed there was no part on order as a result of the purchase/part we were waiting for. An order would need to be created. He even went as far to tell the salesman standing next to me that he would need to put in a parts order to ensure internal credit was received as the customer has already paid for this. Wow. The part was installed a few days later.This whole process has frustrated us. This vehicle was a big purchase. Once they dealership had our money there was zero interest in any ownership of the problem they created and in our opinion were intentionally deceptive. Throughout the process we had to call out the sensor was never installed. We had to visit the dealership for someone to make this a priority and to go to the parts counters to see if the part was in. Very disappointed.

I don't leave many reviews but the service at Neil Huffman Acura was fantastic. D'Andrea was maybe one of the nicest people that has ever helped me. She did a great job of communicating updates and walking me through the number of issues wrong, the cost and options. I can't think of a time where I experienced better customer service. In addition I felt like the cost was reasonable and repairs were done in a timely manner. Kudos to the staff and a big thank you to D!

Went to get some accessories installed on my new 23 Integra with my 3 year old son. I knew it would be an all day thing but the service department was absolutely amazing! Very accommodating with snacks and drinks and a kids room with toys. Can t ask for a better experience!Update: as always, this team is best in class. My service advisor, Aleena, was 100% thorough and explained the process from start to finish. I drive 1 hour from home to get all of my maintenance done here because they make it a comfortable experience. Purchased my first "big boy" vehicle about 6 months ago, which included a 2 year service plan. I expected the covered oil change, and I got it (covered in full). I was very pleased by the level of service above and beyond that, though.Friendly service, thorough report of all they inspected and when to expect to replace tires, brakes, etc. Quotes for the tires for when I do need to get them done, for planning purposes. Comfortable waiting area with cold and hot drinks provided.I'd planned to use them for the remainder of the free service plan. However, based on this experience I expect to use them beyond as well.Service: Oil change

This was my first time at Neil Huffman Acura, and I will be going back! I thought I had a minor issue but apparently my car had several issues and my service advisor, Cynthia, explain them all to me. I m not a car guy and her explanation was very informative and understandable.The techs did their work and my car is driving so much better!

We were driving into Louisville for the night when our engine light started flashing 20 miles out. We don't know the area and found this dealership on Google and called immediately. They were fully booked but promised to squeeze us in the next morning, which they did. Not only that, they DID get us in at 8:30 and promptly ran a complete diagnostic suite and found nothing wrong, which was fantastic news, but even if they had I really appreciated their flexibility in our emergency situation. I was out by 10:00 and we didn't miss a beat in our return trip home.Their professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness was consistent with the same great service we get at our Acura dealership in Chicago.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
