I've never experienced a more friendly and efficient auto service. They assessed the issue, were able to order parts on the spot, and fixed the problem with speed and proficiency. Seriously, I won't take my vehicles to any other place in town. It's locally owned business which is the icing on the cake.Looking for honest mechanics with fair pricing and efficient, friendly service? Go no further than Nathanson's. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent service. Got to me at my appointment time, provided exceptional customer service and did not cost an arm and a leg. If you want quality work for your car and someone who will take care of you, come to Nathanson! So glad I was referred to them!!!

I first went to Nathanson for help with an ignition skip problem. He replaced the plug and coil in 15 minutes. It was incredibly fast, no appointment two weeks in advance, no waiting in line. And absolutely adevate and fair price. If my car needs repair, I know exactly where to go, to Nathanson.

I got an estimate from a mainstream auto repair shop that tried to charge me 3k after already spending that prior there. I got recommended this shop and figured I'd try it out. This shop saved me a ton of money and my car didn't need any of the work the previous place told me I needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a car repair. Been to Aaron twice now and he's done a great job both times. Very communicative and transparent about the diagnostic and work that needs doing. Fair priced. The only draw back is how busy he is! People know this is the place to go.

Aaron is Very Professional and Has Great Customer Service!! He was upfront about cost and didn't waiver from the amount he gave me. Normally mechanics will hold on yl your car for a day or two. My vehicle was done same day! I had to get my steering pump replaced! He placed a new one with Lifetime Warranty. We will Definitely be using him again. He has a new customer for sure!

I have seen Aaron for car repairs for several years now and there is no one else I'd rather bring my car to. He works so efficiently and always does an amazing job. He is also super fair about pricing. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to be transparent about all the work he does. Bring your car to him, you will not regret it!!

Aaron is a rare find in the car repair world and I m lucky to have found him years ago. He s been servicing my cars for all issues but the latest was when my AC went out and I had multiple other shops in SC and TN on a road trip home incorrectly assess the issue. I knew I needed to just get the car home to Aaron and sure enough he found the correct issue and the AC is working great now. Just a great guy to work with.

This guy is the most nicest,most compassionate person I've ever met... on 10/13/23 I was a victim gas theft... Unbeknowns to me someone had drilled a hole in the bottom of the gas tank that morning and drained all the gas... me being unaware that had happened... I just thought I needed gas, so I proceeded to the gas station to fill her up... HMM no sooner as I put gas in it ran straight out.... I'm totally dumbfounded... then out of Nowhere this guy walks up and I ask is this normal.. 7 o'clock in the morning. He knew Immediately what happened. Well, to make a long story short, he owns a A mechanic shop caled NATHANSON just right around the corner... HE OFFERED to fix right then and there. AMAZING!!!!And he did indeed fix it. He is an awesome fair person. I would recommend his shop to anyone... you want disappointed....

2013 Subaru Premium with a b0420 or bo420 however it reads in the diag. It is a message indicating that the catalytic converter has gone bad or needs to be replaced.I contacted the dealership who had originally quoted me an astronomical price. I waited because the issue was not effecting the performant of the car. I searched and searched I t I found a person who was trustworthy enough for the work.I located Aaron at this location and he communicate clearly, the cost was very reasonable and much under the price from the dealership. After he started the work on my car I had originally asked for more work but after the primary cause of the issue was resolved he was a to inform me that the issues I was having were a result of the primary issue.My original quote came in under more than $300 by the time the job was done. This is more than 1k below the original quote. (Well well under the original 3100 quote)Service: Exhaust

Nathanson Auto Repair was recommended to me from a co-worker. I was in a bind bc I was leaving town and my car (Mercedes)was misfiring. He told me to drive by and he would take a look at it. Within 2 hours it was fixed and I was on the road to New Orleans. I have been using him for almost 2 yrs. As a female I am confident I will not be scammed. Whatever he diagnoses will be nothing more than what is causing the issues at hand. However he will let you know if there are other things that need attention but can wait. He puts forth much effort to always accommodate. He is very professional, very honest, and very knowledgeable.He will be working on my BMW next week. I highly recommend Nathanson Auto Repair!In my opinion he truly is a master at his craft! Aaron is a dedicated auto repair genius. We had a Camry in need of extensive complicated work, involving a timing chain with broken components, an oil pump, and a water pump. The new replacement timing chain cover was missing bolt holes for mounting the power steering belt tensioner. The car had to be dismantled and corrected. Aaron actually came in the repair facility on Saturday and Sunday to get the car ready. This is a professional auto repair facility that sets a high bar.

Amazing shop, fast and very helpful. Aaron was quick and communicative on text to setup the appointment. I am on a roadtrip and my wiper motor broke mid- torrential downpour. He got me fixed up in less than 10 minutes! Thanks so much

Aaron is an HONEST mechanic, which is a rare find these days. He had me fixed quick and back on the road. I highly recommend Nathanson Auto Repair. He has done several of my friends repairs.They also send their friends here to get a fair quote. Thanks again Mr. Nathanson!!

I can t recommend Nathanson Auto Repair enough. Aaron is extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, and honest. He s transparent about what you need, but also offers tangible timeframes on when those things might need to be done. I was recommended by a neighborhood friend, and I m so glad I now have a mechanic in my area that addresses my vehicle maintenance issues and needs with care. Highly recommend! Fast service, knowledgeable, polite, helpful, trustworthy, and more than fair prices. Overall a great experience!I am from out of town and was passing through Louisville when my serpentine belt snapped on the 2nd street bridge after midnight. He replaced my belt, air compressor, and recharged freon as soon as he had parts. I was stranded, scared, and frustrated, but grateful to know he was helping to get me rolling safely ASAP.

I cannot say enough positive about this small business, he is not in my area but I would drive across town any day to do business with someone I can trust!! The owner could easily have charged me more or for unnecessary repairs because I know NOTHING but he did not, he was upfront, reasonable and SUPER quick! My son has an older car (and no $) but he treated him and his car like it was his own. Hopefully we will not need to go back but I will definitely use him again. Aaron Nathanson is a pro! He has an extensive knowledge of many vehicles and an understanding of the fine details of what makes a vehicle run efficiently. Aaron has done work on both of our cars and we could not be more pleased with the work done and the honest price for the work. I have recommended his shop to others who also feel the same way! Aaron takes the time to understand the issue you are experiencing and does not begin work until he knows precisely what needs to be done (as well as possible ramifications of a job, which is a reality in fixing cars). He will lay out alternatives when possible and work with you to get your car on the road and running the way you need it to be: reliable and ready. Aaron is great! He's my go-to for anything wrong with my cars and I recommend him to everyone I can. He's reasonable with prices, knowledgeable, and honest. On more than one occasion, he talked me out of a repair I didn't really need, rather than taking the easy money I was convinced I needed to spend. At the time of this review, he still offers at-home service calls two days a week. With how busy we are I'm happy to pay extra for this convenience. Though even if he stopped that I'd still drive to his shop rather then (fill in chain autoshop) that's 2min away.For reference on what service he's done for me - Fixed AC, fixed rough running engine, fixed emergency brake that wasn't holding, replaced wheel stud, fixed bad wiring to license plate light, and I'm sure more that I can't remember. Also diagnosed many things that we've chosen to not get fixed. Often times pointing things out that look worn down or broken, as he's looking into the actual problem I called about. Not selling me on fixing them, just explaining what's wrong and what problems it may cause.

9/06/22: took my '06 grand caravan here for the first time. good honest mechanic, doesn't try to swindle you. finally found my go-to guy.edit 3/07/23: brought my van back here for sparkplug replacement. no complaints! cost was $210

Aaron, replace water pump and alternator in less than two hours to get our Rav4 back on the road. By appointment only...but he took our Toyota in on the spot .(has good heart for stranded travellers ). Is an honest person and excellent mechanic ...
