Good customer service. They always have monthly specials online and are almost less busier than AutoZone which is a plus. Just wished that they could prioritize online orders a little better cause I've placed an order online before and it wouldn't be ready til a couple days later even but other than that they're great.

Went to buy oil filter wix 57909 napa wants $93 Amazon wants $42.I Wanted a 5 gal pail but they don t sell lids to go with how am I supposed to put used oil in it without the lid?Way over priced and a fool orders pails without lids.

I must say Beth you was my hero an saving grace. Broke pull cord on blower, out working, no Allen wrench. Mower shop wouldn't do quick fix. I go to Napa. She buys set Allen wrench let's me use one i needed to fix blower. Said she needed set herself. So Beth I'm not sure if ur the owner, employee, manager or what. But you are awesome. Keep up great work an your kindness. U made my day. Thank you.

Customer service is a joke. They all stare at their computers when you walk in and say nothing once they finally do look up they are rude. I'll just order online instead of ever going in there again

Just left there... Customer service was horrible. Tried to over charge me for a headlight bulb that only cost 2$ he tried charging 36$. After i told him thats incorrect he pulled the "female" card on me! Excuse me i know all about my car!! Wont go there anymore i rather pay auto zone and pay 20$ just because customer service is better!!

Machine shop was a joke due to the fact that the proprietor named Charlie acted as if he was unable to do the job required to fix the issue on an exhaust manifold. Then he did it anyway and was unsuccessful in the attempt since he didnt complete the job and left a rusted bolt stuck in the flange. When the mechanic seen this he sent me back to Charlie which then proceeded to shift the blame onto me saying that i didnt tell him to do that one too. Obviously this Charlie is like a little boy that needs to be lead around by the hand and wants to blame the customer for not reconditioning the part completely.When this situation was presented to the management they then took the side of the joke in the back they called a machinist. Rather than have a battle of wits with their unarmed assistant manager , I decided to take my business elsewhere.In closing just let me say if I had a choice I wouldnt let them do any machine work for me , nor buy any of their over priced parts.

I wish they would hire people who understand what customer service is and people who actually know something about a car and not just how to type on a computer I needed a harmonic balancer (crank pulley) the guy had no clue what it was nor how to spell it he was in his late 30s

Only NAPA in town that had the parts I needed. But when I showed up no one was there and the doors were locked. This was within normal business hours as well. If you need a NAPA store that you can rely on this ain t it.

I got left on hold for 30 minutes when calling this location. I tried to call back to make sure I hadn t been forgotten and I was put back on hold before I could say a word. I waited about another 30 minutes with no answer before I hung up.

Assistant manager gave me the wrong part then refused to return because I didn't have a sticker on the hose. When I asked who's fault it was he said it was his, but still suggested I make another trip home, dig in the trash to find the three parts of torn sticker to return the part. Thanks for the wrong part and inconvenience for your mistake BRAD.

Nathan that works at this location is the rudest person in the planet. Person like his should not be working for a prestige company like this. Talking loud grabbing the item to check out with a bad attitude and talking loud and rude to customers.

Had some hubs and bearings pressed. Did a good job. They even took the time to clean up the knuckle I didn't have time to clean before I took it in
