I wanted one thing done and I get told if I don't do all the recommendations then they refuse to work on it. And told me to take somewhere else and then charge me $90 for the tow as well as 4 days later tell me they aren't doing it. I called for the one thing to be replaced. And was never told about the $50 a day storage Fee and so that sucked too. As a customer I feel like if I want one thing done to my vehicle which was the transmission dipstick filler tube. Then I should be able to without being told I have to get all this other stuff done or they won't fix the Trans dipstick filler tube and an o-ring in the filler tube replaced. I shouldn't have to be forced to replace things on my vehicle unless j want them replaced.

Mr.Transmission you let us down. Told us that you could do the repair. You stated that it we be 4 hours to get it done. Then you call us and tell us that we need hoses that are possibly discontinued which I was able to find them at multiple locations. Then after we leave and arrive back at home we noticed that you didn't even close the hood to my truck. Overall we are not satisfied with our encounter with you.

Excellent services! Had my transmission rebuilt, got my car back faster than expected. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided payment options if needed and got me back on the road with no hassle. Would give 10 stars if I could, so thankful for them helping me save thousands of dollars! Car runs better than ever

Okay so here's the deal. I got my transmission rebuilt here about a month ago on my Expedition and so far so good. She's shifting like brand new and I am happy. If it holds up like I hope, you guys have a life long customer! Good work at good price.

Paid $1600 to have a rear main seal repaired and 150 dollars for a oil change. Got my 2007 Lincoln Town Car home and it's still leaking. Ask them if all the leaks were fixed and the said yes, now they say my oil pan is leaking and they would fix it for a extra 675 dollars. They stole 30 dollars worth of quarters out of my console. They are very dishonest

Super nice people, very clear in explaining what was wrong, quote was cheapest in town too! My baby is running like a dream, they did a great job and I would definitely come back if I had any other problems. They even gave great recommendations for shops that could do electric work and air conditioning since they don t do that. Not pushy and super helpful.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

They didn't take time to see why my coolant kept running out. I had it there twice, I even recorded a video of the fluid and they kept saying we can't find the leak. I had to put a jug of coolant in it every other day I could stand in front of it while it ran and watch it run from 2 different spots and they kept telling my wife and myself we can't find the leak. They either don't like black people or they just didn't wanna work on our vehicle

Horrible customer service. Took my vehicle in for transmission work. They had the vehicle for a month. Never received an update. Received notifications that my car battery was almost completely dead on my phone and called them. They probably left something on. They didn't care didnt charge it either. After completing service, they had killed the battery a second time. Had to jump it to leave the shop. Refused to do anything about the battery just said go buy a new one then. All they care about is what they can get away with charging you, dont care about you or your vehicle.Service: Transmission

I was having issues with my ABS, brought my truck in and they were able to diagnose the issue, and replaced both hub assemblies and had me back on the road the same day. Better price than any other quote I got from calling other shops. Awesome customer service as well!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

DO NOT GO HERE! Paid $2000 for our truck transmission and after taking it back several times it took over a month to fix correctly. Owner said get a rental because we just had twins that were still in the hospital and he would cover the expenses because of the trouble- waited a week after he said this before we even got the rental (which saved him money) took the rental receipt to them and they said it was too much and refused to pay it! The total came to $700 to rent a suv for a week and the owner said that was too much and he would only pay $100 because that s how much rentals are for a week and he said he didn t tell us to get a truck and it was not his problem that we needed a third row (like what we owned that they kept in there shop over a month after being paid for service) for our children to all fit in the car. He said we went out and got the most of expensive truck because rentals are not that expensive. I asked him to check current rental prices because we found the cheapest rate - he insisted you could get a rental for a week for $100 (crazy) and also said he didn t have to pay anything. I asked him why didn t he specify stipulations of the rental reimbursement before offering it and he hung up on me! After calling a million times & threatening legal action he agreed to pay $400 of the rental cost because he realized we would win in court and it would cost way more. Horrible service, horrible business ethics, horrible people .DO NOT GO HERE!!!Service: Transmission

The business does not keep good records. I had my transmission repaired there over a year and a half ago and it has gone out again after barely driving it, and they said they do not have record of the repair They are saying that unless I can show proof I have to pay full price for another transmission!!!!

They lie! Had my vehicle for nearly 3 weeks and never even looked at the car.Told me would be done in less than 2 weeks, I called and was told it would be done in Wednesday of the next week, I go to the shop thinking it would be done, told 3 more days. I called my warranty company and nothing was even filed. Called the shop back, then I was told they had my car mixed up with someone else's. I have filed complaints with the BBB and Mr Transmission. Go anywhere else, this guy is a liar!!

Where can I give 0 stars.... I sent my car here because it was the only place that stated they could complete the work needed under my 3rd party warranty. It was expressed to them it was pulling a code for a knock sensor. Christian said he could tow my car for free as a service of them doing the work! Great.... he had it towed.Christian called me the next day and stated that it was pulling the knock sensor code but my engine needed to replaced. Christian went on to say that he call Kia and there was a recall on my engine! No there wasnt... it's a life time warranty due to barring damage.... That God for Kia.... who said they would take care of me...24 hours after Kia got it, it's ready for pick up! IT NEEDED A KN0CK SENSOR!Response..... You got 0 stars because you could have performed the work at no cost to me when you had it, instead of telling me I needed a new engine... You didn't help me... you cost me a tow bill and 2 more days without a car... I told you it needed a knock sensor, the code told you it needed a knock sensor... but some how you and dip whit technician decided it needed a new engine. Guess what genius....? It didn't!

I came to these guys to get a rebuilt transmission put in my vehicle. They charged me less than quoted over the phone and since I've had my vehicle back it's been doing really good for about a couple months now. I have to go back today to see why my vehicle is reving up again, like it did when the old teaamission 1st went bad. I am still under warranty though, so that's a plus.

Go somewhere else. They lied about the turnaround time just to get my business, they treated me like I didn t know what I was talking about, and whenever I had issues 3 weeks later, they don t stand by their quality . I was basically told to kick rocks. Now I have to cancel my weekend plans to replace a rear main seal and figure out how they made my transmission leak.

I brought my vehicle into Mr Transmission based on a quote I received over the phone to rebuild my transmission. After I dropped it off they called me and told me it was going to be two and a half times more expensive as the quote the gave me because it was "All blowed up inside" A friend of mine had recommended them so I trusted that this was the case. A few months later I took the truck back for an unrelated repair. Again they told me over the phone it would be about $1200 but after I dropped it off it was "all blowed up inside" and was going to cost $2800. At this point I became suspicious and took it to another shop who fixed it for $500. Now less than 50k miles later the transmission needs to be replaced again and it is of course not under warranty. These guys are straight up con men and they will steal your money.

Very nasty called us liars didn t want to take our debit card for payment was told to go to atm get cash for payment called police which never showed up gave 2 payment Amounts was told tow was free if they completed work all very ugly took more time out of my life then they should ve I will say please take ur vehicle where you are appreciated and customer care is number 1 this place is ran by in Godly manager or whoever he was I will report folks they ain t right this wasn t right at allGood luck w this placeService: Transmission

There service is terrible told me the part they ordered for my car was going to fix and I go to pick it (note) I had resverse before I even took it to them and now I don't have reserve. I will not recommend them to anybody I will go to Greenville transmission in Indiana before I go back here.

These people are awesome I had them put a new transmission in my Vette Corvette and the first time it wasn't right but I took it right back and he put it right in and got it fixed and it works awesome I would recommend these people to anybody and are very professional these people go to school for all everything and are very friendly and nice people and they've been in business for over 30 years I would definitely use them if I had a transmission problem.
