Good people and excellent customer service. I rented a tow dolly and discovered I had the wrong size ball. They helped me find one and put it on to get us on our way. If I'm ever needing anything in the area again I will definitely stop back

We went to Mr. Terry after having trouble with Uhauls self check-in system. We raced down Dixie to get there before he closed at 7pm and he was more than accommodating. He was quick, helpful, and professional. He turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. Honestly, when I have car trouble in the future I will probably take it here just because of this positive experience with him. Definitely give Mr. Terry a chance!

Owner was very passive aggressive upon arrival . Your frustration is with your occupation not I ! Immediately left , won t be returning . Also found a nicer mechanic who did the same MINOR work for half his outrageous price . I mean $283 for a starter come on now

Had an appointment to pick up a 15 foot rental truck and the guy wasn't there and I waited 45 minutes in the heat and being on a time frame I had to leave and drive to another location to rent a truck. In all I lost time and didn't get to get all my stuff moved because my help had to be home to get kids off school bus before 4 pm.

I went to them because of a jerking in my car long story short I've brought the car up to the shop numerous of times and it continues.. after getting a vacuum pump and a new Motor mount i figured they didn't know what They where doing or what the problem really was ... here's the catch there charging about 35 dollars on diagnostics .. lol I've came out of over 700 dollars ..my advice is if you want your car fixed don't take it to them THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY

The guy checked my truck and told me what the problem was. He told me how much it would cost to fix it and I said I'll be back in the morning because I didn't have any antifreeze with me. I asked what time they opened and he said 10. I was there at 9:50 and I waited till 10:35 before I left because no one was there.

This Mom and Pop NOT worth the RISK.I hate having work done at dealerships (and the markup that come with them). I had thought that I found a good local mechanic to take my truck to. I took it in to have the front axles replaced. I provided the axles along with new seals. Less than 30 miles after leaving, my brake caliper almost fell off and got jammed in my wheel.Things they did wrong:1. Didn't Tighten Brake caliper bolts. This in turn knocked the wheel weights off and gouged the rim.2. Didn't replace old seals with new. (even thought they already had them)3. Bent the hub dust covers, so that they now allow in water/dirt.Those are the facts of what happened, but what bothered me even more, was that when brought to Keith's attention, was his combative nature. He wouldn't even give me enough money to replace that parts that he was the cause of the damage. He did offer to fix it, but with the sloppy work performed I wasn't comfortable with him touching my car again.

Bad service he put on the wrong parts on my car! He over charge me for parts and labor for a tune up and front brakes.
