For several months I ve been rebuilding my GSX-R. Finally finished it this morning an wouldn t u know?.! Could not get it running an thought I d tried everything (not a mechanic)I was able to get it into MOTOARIA around 11 this morning. Unsure how long it may take to be able to get out on it an ride for the first time this season Dean took a few moments to introduce himself, inform me of his mechanical background an proceeded to ask a few questions regarding the bike. Dean covered all the bases all while making me feel positive I ve brought my bike to the best place possible! He hadn t had my bike off the trailer for much more then an hour an had already solved and fixed the problem! I was super shocked how knowledgeable one could be an also super excited I was going to be able to ride this evening. Dean was very informative and thoughtful of my questions an concerns. I d recommend anyone to put faith in his ability to get your pride an joy up to par regardless what it may be. Very fair in price in my opinion an very confident their service is outstanding!!Being that Suzuki was a bit to busy to get to my bike right away I discovered exactly why SUZUKI recommended MOTO ARIA for my needs.Thank you so very much Dean !! My bike is running better then it honestly ever has!I can t thank you enough for the outstanding service provided.RegardsJames ( j-bone) wiggintonRide safe brother Much respect !!

Moto Aria is a great find. Always great service, very knowledgeable, and they take on difficult work with great success. My 2003 Aprilia Tuono is running amazing after their help.

I own a classic '93 GSXR-750 and trying to locate a shop to work on it has been difficult. I recently took it to Moto Aria and Dean took it in without hesitation. All 4 carbs were rebuilt and synced. Dean was able to trouble shoot the erratic idle and replaced both ignition coils and wires. The free safety inspection revealed bad front brake discs.I can't believe the difference in the motorcycle. It runs as well as new and all of the work was done at half the cost I was quoted by other out of state shops. Dean did exceptional work.

I took my K1600 GA to Moto Aria for it's first service last month. I had never heard of Moto Aria before. I found Dean to be very professional. I came away feeling like every detail of my bike was given attention to. Well worth the drive for me from Glendale.

Dean was fast to respond with any text or phone calls prior to me doing business with him. Once I decided to go with Moto Aria for new brakes and tires, his service was just as fast. Thank you for the 2 hour turn time today. I ll be back for any future work I need on my Goldwing!Services: Tires, Brake service & repairServices: Tires, Brake service & repair

First visit today. Dean got me right in when I realized I needed a new tire right before a big trip. He suggested and performed a few additional maintenance items I didn t realize I needed. Dean and the shop are awesome! He has a happy new customer and I ll also recommend Moto Aria to my friends. My R1200RS thanks him too!Services: Tires, Brake service & repairServices: Tires, Brake service & repair

I got in touch with Dean via phone then filled out the online form for a service request and he got back to me promptly. Brought my Ninja 636 to him in fairly poor and unsafe condition. His communication is efficient, as was the turn around time on my bike, especially considering the amount of work it needed. Pricing is fair and when I got my bike back, it was in excellent shape. Finally feels safe to ride it again! Will definitely be using MotoAria for all my future bike maintenance!Services: Tires, Engine repair, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Dean was great. He took the time to sort out a few problems that made a big difference just because he has an attention to details. You can see it when you see his shop which is clean and organized. He sorted out my bike which was neglected and now I feel confidence when riding it and I get more enjoyment as it just operates so much better. His price was very reasonable as well. Thanks!Services: Carburetor cleaning, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Dean is now my go to guy for my BMW K1200LT. I had an issue with my bike and was having a difficult time finding a qualified mechanic to look at it. Dean was recommended so I thought I would give him a try. I am so glad I did! I explained to him the issue and even mentioned my wife and I were getting ready to take it on a trip but that I understood if it was too short notice to figure out the problem and fix it. Dean diagnosed the issue very quickly and had it running like new surprisingly fast. I highly recommend him for his professional knowledge, his obvious years of experience, his personable and friendly customer service, and his pricing is very reasonable. You will not be disappointed with his service!

This was my first experience taking my bike to get worked on and it couldn t have been a better one. I called other shops before calling Dean and I could tell immediately over the phone that he actually cared about trying to help me fix the problem. Other shops just told me to drop it off and have a price per hour without much concern with my questions. Dean took the time to talk about what was going on and my concerns that I had. Being a new rider it was especially helpful for me that he took the time to explain why everything needed to be done instead of just saying things I didn t understand and giving me a price. The best part of the experience was feeling like he cared about my bike like it was his own. He didn t just fix a problem and send it back, he took the time to really inspect every aspect to make sure it would run as good as possible. My bike was bought used from a dealership which was inspected before I bought it and he caught multiple things that they didn t. His attention to detail and knowledge really shows in his work. My bike has never rode as great as it is now. If it possible I would give him 7 stars. He will be the only person I trust to work on my bikes from this point on.

Fortunate to have a shop like this in Louisville. Dean is an experienced moto mechanic and provides excellent customer service. I've had routine work as well as diagnostic/repair work done on two of my bikes (R1150R, R1200R) and he helped me out when I was in a pinch. He knows BMWs well, but he's a good moto mechanic in general.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Brake service & repair, Oil changeServices: Electrical repair, Tires, Brake service & repair, Oil change

If you have a BMW and you live near Louisville, then Motoaria is the shop to go for service. Dean is personable and respectful of the customers wants and needs. He has decades of experience with BMW Motorrad. I went for new tires, but Dean went the extra mile and found a safety issue that needed immediate attention on my crash bars that effecting steering. I won't be going back to BMW/Louisville. I am now a loyal customer.

I took my BMW R1200R in for 6000 mile service today and couldn t be happier! Dean was so nice and did an outstanding job at a great price. So glad to have a great independent shop in the East end of Louisville. So glad I don t have to get service at the dealership.

As a first time motorcycle owner, I bought a 20+ year old V-Star that needed some work. Moto Aria came highly recommended by other folks in the motorcycle business and that recommendation was spot on! Listen, I'm a bona fide "car guy" and know both the retail and wholesale car business and, in all honesty, I greet all mechanics-just based on experience alone-with a high degree of suspicion. Dean is a true professional. He quickly diagnoses the source of the issue, fixes what truly needs to be fixed, and gets you back out on the road; all for a reasonable fee. From this point forward, Moto Aria will get ALL of my motorcycle work. Thanks, Dean!Services: Electrical repair, Tires

Dean is a true craftsman, paying the closest of attention to all of the details that make a bike sing. He's an expert at finding the best balance between by-the-book approach, and practical upkeep & repair. The result is a beautifully maintained motorcycle, at a sustainable cost for our modern machines.

I initially brought my bike in to get the turn signals re-wired and Dean not only fixed the initial problem he diagnosed a few other critical problems with the bike. There was a broken spring in the carb the air filter had disintegrated and the the petcock was leaking. When I got the bike back it felt completely different in a good way . It runs sooooo much better has more power and sounds better. Also Kawasaki super sherpas are notorious for taking a long time to warm up and now the bike warms up in half the time. Really great work.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Electrical repair, Brake service & repair, Oil change

He is an awesome mechanic doesn't overchargw for labor or parts. Only charges for actually labor he actually puts in on your bike. Man still has to make a living and eat. And he does it all by himself with the help of a driver who picks up bikes from anywhere for only 40$!
