I finally found a Chevrolet dealer service department that knew how to correct a transponder key that didn't match the VIN#. I also noticed the USB charging ports in the customer lounge chairs.The customer service lounge had many neat dealer history photos. This confirms that THIS DEALER has been around a long time, serving Chevrolet customers in the Louisville area.

Awful. Service advisor tells me 30-45 minutes. Its been 1.5 hrs. So far. Just a simple TPM on passenger side front. They didn't have part on Monday. Said they'd call when it arrived. Two days later I called them. Part was in the parts dept. Have seen nor heard from service advisor about why the longer time. Just do what you say. At least explain why you were mistaken.

I just recently purchased a 2017 Chevrolet trax . This was my first buying experience since 2011and I feel chip made it so easy ! He had patience, I did not feel rushed, and he was very professional and kind. Truly an amazing person also the whole crew pitched in to help being that I was chip s first sale at this dealership. The car is great it fits my family size perfect. It also runs smooth and was cleaned before I picked it up . I received a great deal on my purchase and I am totally ecstatic about my new buy !! Chip has checked in with me to make sure I am still enjoying my new car which also makes me feel secure in purchase . If you are looking for a new car/used car this is the place to go . They will make sure you get what you want !

Deserves 5 for the actual customer service, but they lied on what they did. I received a message to download the PDF of what they serviced. It said everything passed inspection. However, it said they checked my wipers and blades and everything is ok, but that's impossible considering my passenger wiper arm isn't even attached! So how did they say it was working fine when there was nothing there for them to check in the first place????

I would not recommend their service. I have spent 3k for an engine light issue, error code P0011, P0420. The same error code and engine light showed up one week after I refueled the tank. The mechanic did not figure out the problem and solve it. In addition, the mechanic changes the timing belt without my permission. The timing belt does not relate to error code P0011. I would not recommend their service to anyone.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

This is my second vehicle with Montgomery Chevrolet. This experience was very smooth and easy with the restrictions in place. Thanks to Mike White who had my information one day and had my car ready, papers signed in less than an hour the next day. He made the transition awesome. He was very courteous and friendly, explained everything to me about the car and why the way the transaction process had changed due to the virus restrictions. I will be sending all my friends to see him. Love you Montgomery Chevrolet.

Placed my car in the shop 7/22/21 due to a concern with a clunking noise while driving (assuming it was bad ball bearings). I purchased my car brand new in 2018 from this dealership, so I didn t think it was due to anything major. Received a call from the service center that it could only be two issues (based on the Chevrolet protocol repair book) that was causing and that it would be fixed. The customer service provided by Marci and Micheal was awesome, and after agreeing to proceed with repairs, I was ensured multiple times that the service provided would fix the noise I was experiencing while driving. My car was held in shop for two days (no rental provided) and after picking it up on 7/24/21, I noticed the noise was still present, but very minor during the course of the day. After driving it for a few days, the noise increased and I tried calling the dealership about the problem and never got an answer or received a call back, regarding my car issues after being charged a couple thousands in parts & labor. Really thought I could trust bringing my car to a Chevrolet dealership for repairs, instead of any other car repair shop. Don t know moving forward how this issue will be fixed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brake service & repair

I bought a new 2021 Camaro from Montgomery. I dealt with 2 different salespersons because 1 was leaving for vacation. Brian K. and Dave P. were awesome to deal with. The entire experience was pleasant and easy. Thanks to all at Montgomery! I could not be happier.

Y'all, I took my car here bc it was still under warranty so i had to. There was no oil in my car, the oil cap had come off. They told me that I needed to buy a new motor, well I told them no. They put oil in it, and it was fine. Then in the paperwork it literally said, "There is noise heard if listening with a stethoscope. " Like, no. They tried to get me to pay at least $4,000 for an oil change an change problem.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Very Bad, When I got home I noticed that the trim on 3 of the 4 doors wasn't put together correctly.The right pillar was missing the AirBag Plug.They had cracked the speaker grill in the Hatch.I was notified that my car was very dirty on the inside.The Lady that waited on me was Very Rude...DON'T I REPEAT DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD!!! I took my car in to be repaired they kept my car for over a week, when I got it back it still had the same problem. I took my car back in, they had the car for 5 days and no one ever looked at it. We ended up picking the car up unrepaired. Horrible repair and customer service. Go somewhere else!

I bought 2 New Vehicle in 2016 at same time, first time owner of a Chevy. I have had nothing but trouble with both vehicles, ( 2 different Models) and with the Services Dept. The last time is the Icing on Cake. I take my car up for the 2nd time Cruze Limited for a Major water leak Passenger side. First time I was made to look like a fool and that it was my fault, the 2nd time I had them do a oil change and rotate tires, and they tried to tell me that the lines that drain water gets plugged all of the time. Come to find out something wasn't put back right from the first time or so they say and water was pouring in for who knows how long, cause no one usually rides on passenger side. Well they had car 3 days and said it was fixed and that they detailed my car out. We get car home, wife goes out and back floor board had visible water still in it. So she took towels from house left doors open and got it dried out, and then she happened to notice that the tire we had to replace was still in same spot, keep in mind we paid for a tire rotation and oil change. This was on a Saturday when we picked up and they was closed. I took it back up there on Wednesday after talking to them Monday. New Service Manager told me that he is going to make sure that nothing like this will ever happen again, guess what, it hasn't rain since we pick car up till the following weekend, my wife goes to get in car there is at least 1" of water in front floor board and it goes to back on passenger side, this is after they told me they fix it and after it only sitting in a afternoon and overnight off and on hit and miss showers. I was fit to be tied at this point but kept my cool. I am glad this is a lease cause there is no way in HELL I WILL KEEP THIS CAR, NOR WILL I EVER BUY ANOTHER CHEVY AGAIN. They better hope they fix it or they will be eating the rest of the least. I will also report this on Car Fax so who ever see it knows that the car has water damage. Counting the days till my lease is up. DO NOT BUY A CHEVY!!!!

The Chevrolet Body shop dealer At Preston Hwy is a good option to leave the car for fixing good service , organizing by punctual appointments , trusting , professionalism with a very kind staff inside ..if you leave your car for long hours to change any car part you can assisted with a taxi or lift to go back home .

2019 CHEVROLET SILVERADO Z71- My vehicle was left here for an entire day . My tire pressure monitoring system was never diagnosed. The original tire could have been plugged and was after I made the mistake of taking my vehicle here. The tire was diagnosed and I was told my tire couldn't be plugged, 8 hours later I arrived at the service center because I could not get anyone to answer the phone, My truck was sitting in the middle of their service area in between all of their lifts on a floor jack, with the tire removed , no jack stands . I let them know I wanted the spare put on and I was taking my vehicle somewhere else. After sitting in the waiting lounge for an hour the service manager stated the tire they received had collapsed sidewalls and said "That's not my problem". If my Tire pressure monitoring system isn't your problem, the damaged tire YOU ordered isn't your problem and the mold on the ceiling in your waiting room isn't your problem, what is your problem?

Will milk you dryIf you have a minor scratch don't take your car to them for repairs. They will milk your insurance company and then ask for more. Trust me find a reputable mom and pop.

They do not stand behind their brand.Selling vehicles with faulty parts not sending out notice nor do they want to be responsible for the repairs. Upper management needs communication skills, customer care gives misleading information wasting time. The entire process was a waste of time and a money getter for them. POOR BUSINESS!!!

Don t go talk to Dillon Corner the sales consultant he s a liar and can t be trusted for anything. 5325 Preston Highway is a waste of time. On top of that don t say you re paying in cash they will keep hounding you wait till the end. the dealer knows he has no opportunity to make money off you from financing

Took my newer camaro there. First off , thomas in service was very rude. Then when I picked up my car 3 days later.. for only a 2 hour job.. my speakers were stolen out the trunk and my motor cover was stolen.They wouldn't even look around..Paid $1200 for repair just to have my stuff stolen..LMPD is looking into it!

Came in with the hopes and encoragement after seeing an advertisement that they are needing used cars, offering over the KBB value on their trade. They also said they are working with people with negative equity in their trade becauae banks are making it easier to get a loan with bad credit. Well that's a lie unless you have an addtional $5000 to pay upfront. So they wasted my time and got my hopes up because my family could use a bigger vehicle. Don't fall this.

I was there four times along with the other one that bob Hook Chevrolet you going to say after 5,000 more for your trade and you wouldn't even look at my trade or help me then whenever I ask somebody they told me that they are pretty sure that I would not get approved when not even run my credit
