Highly satisfied with the service I received from Timmy (Church) & Jack! Church sent me multiple options wishing my price range. As this was my first car purchase, I was extremely nervous & anxious walking into the dealership. Jack assured me he is there to help, and that he did! He answered every single question I had. I can't thank both of them enough, I LOVE my new car!!!!

Not satisfied at all!!!!I went to Montgomery Chevrolet yesterday 12/9 with an appointment time of 9:30. When I left a few hours later my engine light came on. When I went to check under the hood of my car the oil cap was not on. It was located near the front (oil spewed on my engine). This is now the 4th bad experience with them. And the 2nd one that has directly affected my car. Mind you I bought a brand new Blazer from them 2020. The car is great and have not had any other major problems with it. Previously they forgot to put my lugnut that had the lock back on my tire. They lost it!! So they had to replace them all. I am awaiting for a service manager to call me back with a resolution about my engine light being on. I will not be returning to this location.*******UPDATE********Received a call from Service Manager Michael P. Tues 12/12. He was very polite and apologetic. He asked if I could come back in so that they could resolve my issue however at this point my engine light turned off on it s own. He did ask if I could return so that they could power wash my engine to get the oil residue off and check my fluids. Additionally, he offered a free interior/exterior detail, which I accepted . Morgan(also very nice and apologetic) took care of me when I went in this morning. I got my car back clean and polished. I was very impressed with the interior cleanliness of my car. I was also provided a card with a complimentary oil change on my next visit. I do appreciate their willingness to do everything they could to make me satisfied. Thank you Michael & Morgan!

Just left Montgomery Chevrolet after having a wonderful experience. Jack Shelton was knowledgeable and gave great customer service. He and Shannon Shelton (GM) were able to find what I was looking for and made the transaction seamless. The entire team was friendly and not high pressure sales. This is not my first purchase from Montgomery, and will not be my last. I recommend this crew to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I've dealt with Jack the past 2 times from buying here and he is great and makes it such a great experience. He has everything ready to go before you even get there and is great at answering any questions you have. I can t say enough great things about him! If you go here ask for Jack and he will fix you up!!

When my family decided it was time for a larger family vehicle, we started researching to determine what vehicle would be best. We had a short-list of options, and began the search in September 2023. In January 2024, my husband found one of our options on the lot at Montgomery Chevrolet, so we went to check it out. Jack was phenomenal and was very knowledgable on the vehicle; however, anything he didn't know, he was diligent to find out. Jack is a 5/5 for sure.But...we had issues with the titling department since we needed to register the vehicle out of state. I wish I could write second review on that so that Jack Shelton only has 5 stars associated with his name! If you're registering your new-to-you vehicle in Kentucky, you should have no issues. Assume this is a 5-star review, and move on.However, my husband and I are students in Kentucky and have maintained our permanent address in North Carolina, so we needed to register the vehicle out of state. That process has been a nightmare. The dealership/titling office got our documents wrong twice, and I had to give power of attorney to a family member in North Carolina in order for the information to be filled out correctly before our temporary tags expired.The bottom line? If you're a resident of Kentucky purchasing in Kentucky, by all means, work with Jack Shelton! After months of car shopping, he was truly the best salesman we met! However, if you are purchasing for an out of state registration, go somewhere else.

Mario was absolutely amazing. He makes miracles happen. He worked with me even though I didn t have the greatest situation. He did his absolute best to find what would work with me. He is an honest and great salesman. I highly recommend. The finance team also did amazing making the miracles happen. They were excellent and explained everything perfectly. The sales department was awesome! The service department not so much. Bought my truck at 12:30 Friday and they took my truck back to be detailed. I returned at 2:45 to pick up the truck and they hadn't finished/or started so I waited until 3:30 and I finally had to leave with the truck not finished. Monday I had to bring it back in for a brake sensor issue. Dropped it off at 7:30am . No calls all day about it so I decided to stop by because they wouldn't answer the phone in the service department and guess what, it wasn't finished. The tech told me they could have it done the next morning. I got a bit upset and told her it gets done that day. I will not be bringing my truck here for any repairs or service. The service department needs an over haul and organization.

Excellent service. Quick and easy. I worked with Issac and he was great in helping me find the car I needed. Communication was ongoing until the day I was able to come in and see my car. He already had a list of cars for me to see. I was able to take my car home that day!!! Definitely recommend Issac and Montgomery Chevrolet!!

I reached out about a week ago to inquire about a vehicle I was interested in. Abraham reached out and was consistent in communication until I was able to come in and test drive the vehicle. Though we had a slight hiccup in the process (vehicle was at another location) he went above and beyond to get me the exact car I wanted. And walked me through the process. As a first time new car buyer I appreciate the accommodation, transparency, and professionalism throughout the entire process. Thank you Abraham and the whole team at Montgomery Chevrolet. They sell cars that they know has had problems in the past. When you try to talk to them about that they don't return your calls. And they're not above building you for unnecessary repairs that did not fix the problem. Why should you pay for a repair that did not fix the problem it was their misdiagnosis

We bought a used Toyota Highlander from Montgomery in January of 2024. The salesman and finance officer were knowledgeable and courteous. Driving home we discovered that the high beam headlights weren't working. We didn't check all the lights and functions before buying, because the salesman assured us that the dealership had gone through an extensive checklist to be sure that everything (i.e. lights) was working. Later, the service department at Montgomery tried to be helpful, but they weren't familiar enough with Toyotas to fix the problem. The repair cost at Toyota would have been several thousand dollars, but the management at Montgomery was unwilling to help us with that cost. High beam headlights seem like a very necessary safety feature. We were very disappointed with Montgomery's lack of responsibility for this matter. We feel tricked and deceived. We recognize that we were at fault for trusting what the salesman told us. Buyer beware.April 2, 2024 updateDealership manager Shannon Shelton contacted us after our initial review and expressed a willingness to make it right for us. After hearing all the details, Mr Shelton offered to pay 50% of the cost of installing new headlights. We are pleased. The sale was final, no extra effort on the part of the dealership could realistically be expected. Nonetheless, Mr Shelton was concerned and generous in helping us to be satisfied with our purchase experience. Thank you!

I had one of the best sales experiences I ve ever had from buying vehicles my salesman Mario went above and beyond to make sure that I had the best experience there. The application process was done in less than 30 minutes paperwork less than an hour. I was out the door keys in hand, I will definitely be buying more vehicles in the future from here Plus, the price of the vehicle was very very well below market value for similar vehicles

Bobby was amazing! This was my first time ever buying a brand new car. He made me feel comfortable, not pressured, and walked me through all of the new technology the car has to offer. He made me and my husband feel like we ve known him for years and not like we were just a potential sale. If you re in the market for a new car, definitely go see Bobby! You won t regret it!

If you haven t bought a car from Chip Hackney you are missing out on a fun experience. Chip is absolutely wonderful. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Montgomery and 2 from Chip. He is so patient and non judgmental. He will keep you laughing and make it seem like the process will take minutes. I am already looking forward to a 3rd experience when I am ready to trade in my 2021 Camaro. You all better be running to Montgomery for Chip to help you out. You will walk away with a fabulous experience and get to have the feeling I have had twice. HE IS THE BEST!!!!

Made an appointment with the service center for an estimate for a car water leak. There was no mention of the $175 diagnostic fee to even look at the car, until I got there. Surprise!I am rating 2 stars because at least they were nice about it.

Listen, Listen, Listen........ This was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had in my life! From the moment you walk in the door you are given such a warm welcome. My guy was Mr. Jack Shelton.... Top Tier!!! He went above and beyond to make sure we were NOT only satisfied but got exactly what we wanted a 2024 Chevy Equinox. NO beating around the bush or long drawn out process. Very Professional and Exceptional Customer Service....I would literally send my grandmother here if she needed a car with total confidence she would be taken care of.. Shout out to Mr. Rick he was super cool as well.

I was very pleased with the buying experience at Montgomery Chevrolet. I contacted Tim Churchill at around noon and we completed the sale and I drove my new Equinox home at around 3 pm. Everyone there were very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Mike, is a great service person. He has always been straight with me about the work needed on my SUV. The service workers, didn't focus on my initial service issue but the shop supervisor got it right. I will continue to ask for Mike whenever I bring my SUV to this location.

Steven did a good job helping me with my truck purchase. But the advertising of the truck was off.said truck came with keyless entry on the truck .but that doesn't mean any thing if it doesn't come with fobs .then customer has to buy them at his or hers expense I've never bought a vehicle with just one key .But I had to buy one on this truck an it wasn't cheap

We were in town for the weekend and lost our key fob. Morgan in service was absolutely amazing!! It was a Saturday so we were very concerned with time frame or even being able to find someone open and she made what could have been a stressful situation very comforting. From start to finish she kept us in the loop from helping us get our truck towed to the dealership to getting out fobs pretty quick.. thank you all so much!!

I purchase a little HHR/SS from Montgomery Chevrolet in Louisville. It was an, "As Is " purchase that had great tires and ran well but I was fully aware the car needed SOME work to make it reliable but decided that it was worth my time. The problem is; I had a problem on the way home to Cincinnati and due to the late hour I decided to have it towed home. The General Manager stepped in and told me he felt bad about my experience and told me that he would pay the tow bill. This was far more than I could have even hoped for. This shows the integrity of this dealerships management. I will return to Louisville to this dealership for all future purchases. TOP NOTCH Dealership.

Key entry odometer mileage was wrong. 8063 not 9063 at time of oil change via carfax. Overall I appreciate the upfront pricing for corvette. Most dealers rather surprise you at the cashier window.
