Pleasant, convenient car wash. Did a commendable job of getting packed ice and road salt off my car, especially for a touchless system (Not perfect, but better than expected)

Great car wash , prices are reasonable and it did a good job washing my car , will most definitely recommend this car wash , I wash my car once a week and it has always been great experience, I love the soap smells

Does well, and the prices are good. Full wash for a hair under $15. Equipment is slightly dated for touchless.

Stopped in to get a quick wash. Made my selection. Put a 20 in the machine and nothing happened. Lost my money. Called the number listed went straight to voice-mail. Its been hours and still no call back. Do yourself a favor and keep on driving by.

It's great just maybe instead of 15 sec bug wash a 20 other than that it's a great wash.

Do not waste your time or money. The touchless car wash is terrible! The $15 option does not give you what it says it does. The tire and wheel shine option is broken in the bay, the equipment is outdated, does not clean the car leaves a residue on the surface of the paint on your vehicle.

Waste of money. Dryers didn't work and there was still soap left on my car. $10 for a Minute of a wash.

This is my favorite local car wash. I enjoyed it because they have a touchless wash bay that you can drive-in. It won't scratch your car. I highly recommend this car wash. Just a simple note that the basic car wash does not give you a underwash spray when you enter. Prices range from $8 to $15.

This car wash is terrible. I put money in both vacuums and neither worked. I payed $9 for a basic wash that took about 30 seconds. A machine sprayed my car with a chemical and then quickly rinsed it off. That was it. I feel ripped off. 0/10.Edit: As a reply to the owner's reply, I already contacted you before I even wrote this. The purpose of the review is to save other people from experiencing the same thing I did. Rather than offer refunds to everyone who complains, maybe you should fix your equipment and change your prices/descriptions. In my experience in business management, one or two bad review are inevitable but when there are many and there is a pattern in what they say, you have a problem with your service.

I never received 10 dollar refund after providing address. Do NOT use the carwash machine to get quarters.

I got the $11.75 car wash in Bay 1 immediately AFTER going to Fountain's car wash first and paying $9, which I will NEVER go back to again. My car looked no different when I left Fountains, so I came across the street and paid to have my car washed again.At least time it got washed for the most part. There were still a few dirty areas but you can't expect perfection in a drive-thru car wash I guess.I'll say this much....I'd go back here again (even though it is a bit more expensive). I'd rather pay a few extra dollars and have my car cleaned than to pay money and have my car coming out looking the exact same way. Great job Moby's!!

I paid 8.75 for soap to be put on my car and rinsed right off. I could have done this at home. There should be a description of the options that are being chosen. It didnt even blow my car dry. I could have paid 5 dollars for a detailed car wash down the street, they just closed early. Dont go here. A total waste of money. I didnt expect much when I saw it,but it was worse than i thought.

I don't know how this car wash stays open. I went to this car wash three times in the last month and it has not worked right. I've had to call the owner every time and he has to give you a code to go back through. The last time he kind of got smart with me and I told him he's lost my business for good because the cap never works right.

Well it was the best in the area. I have used it 3 times since my original review and now i have to change it. Using the touchless side barely knocked the the dirt off the last 3 times. I just came back from there this morning after trying to use the brush side hoping to get a better clean. The card reader would not read my car.dThought out might have been my card,so i switched to the other side. Oh well,top of the line wash didn't even get the bird poop off the hood,or get the windows clean.

A good carwash and kept up, unlike others around the area. Also, I went once and put a twenty in and it was out of change. I called the owner Tom and he was quick to offer sending a check, or giving me a code for free wash. I put it aside to use at some point, which was 3-4 weeks later. Tried the code, didn't work. Quick call and was given another, I didn't realize I had a time limit, but was graciously taken care of. Thanks, Tom!

I just tried to get my car washed, but I couldn t get the card reader to work. So, I called the number provided to ask if I was doing something wrong. The owner quickly provided me a code and gave me a free wash. I thought it was very nice of him.

Unfortunately I wanted a quick wash while I was out and stopped here. Got the top level wash and the machine drop several big clumps of wax on my car that I didn't notice until the next day. Now the wax isn't coming off even after some scrubbing in another car was the next day. Will never be back to this one as it seems their machine is not well maintained.

For an automatic car wash, Moby's does the best job I've found. There are 2 convienent locations. The machines take cash, debit / credit for the car washes.Almost always an easy 'in & out'.Their wintertime washes remain open to temps of 20 degrees.Unless you do it yourself, you can't beat theMoby's experience.

Paid $13.75 and my car was still filthy!! Dirt and handprints ( from the neighbors kids) still on my hood!!! Will NOT EVER use Moby's in Hillview!! No contact info on the receipt either.

Worst car wash in Louisville. No water pressure - does not complete the rinse on one side of the car. Even the windows did not look clean

November 16th at about 6:20 pm, I pulled up, picked the Moby's Monsoon for $13.75, pulled into the bay till it told me to stop, a lighr spray came on, it sprayed my trunk and 1/2 of the backdoors and then the sign said my wash was complete at 6:23pm...not very happy with Moby's. I haven't called them yet, but I expect a refund.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! CAR LOOKED WORSE COMING OUT OF YHE CAR WASH THAN GOING IN paid 13.75 no tire shine and didn't clean the car just put streaks all over

For 13.75 I expected a much better wash. Got the sides ok but missed the back in several places. Ive had better washes for half the price elsewhere.

Not sure who would ever give this place more than 1 star, don t waste your money here I ve had a $5 wash somewhere else do better than the $8.75 wash here. The picture I posted was after two washes at moby s

It is convenient to my normal travel schedule and I have had good results with the car wash. Sometimes the lines are long, but if it wasn't a good place no one would be here.

Car is still dirty. Dryers started before rinsing finished so not enough drying time. Paid for tire shin and did not get it. Vacuum not included with deluxe purchase.

The tri-color foam barely worked and the tire shine was non-existent. I use Moby's in the east end and rarely have issues, but not sure I'll be back to this one any time soon.

Does an adequate job as far as the wash goes , but a little pricy .The vacuum was horrible , though . $1.00 for a vacuum that was less powerful than my DustBuster !

Very disappointed, went through car wash twicevand had to,pay before it would rinse off, called the number and the gut wad rude but did give Me a code for free car wash. Won't go back

First time I used this place and I was disappointed that the service was not complete. Air turbines to dry the car do not work. I noticed that they don't work on the other side either. You pay for a service but you don't really receive it properly. I will not return to that place
