I made an appointment o the 2/9/24 to drive my car in on the 2/15/24 at 1pm dropped it off at 10am I called the 16th they sd they where super busy and hadn't gotten to it. I was understanding and sd ok. Called on the 17th they said the same thing. The next day I called they never told me they where closed. So Monday the 19th I started reading horrible reviews but was called and told my car would be ready in 30min..I got up there an hr of waiting and I was told they ordered the wrong part..OMG really..I went home got ready for work another day I had to find a ride to work. So I picked it up on the 20th and the next day the front end fell off I had to have it towed but not to tires plus..I'll never go back if I had been on the expressway I could have died or seriously injured..36hrs after getting repaired.

Oil change was more expensive than other locations, mechanics didn't actually start work on my vehicle until an hour after I brought it in even though I booked my appointment a week in advance, mechanics tried to upsell me on an expensive job that is not required, and cashier who convinced me to apply for tires plus card wouldn't explain why my application was denied. Just an overall very unpleasant experience and I won't be going back.

Mr.John and Mr. Dunn all of the employees have been very helpful. I will always come to this one. Had a very bad experience with the one on Preston. They were rude and not friendly at all.

Ive been a customer at this Tires Plus since 2012/2013 and have been extremely satisfied every time. Theyre very friendly, polite, direct, and empathetic. Theyre also very reasonably priced and Ive never felt taken advantage of. I love this Michel s! I wish yall did MORE car services

Super slow. Took over an hour to even get the vehicle into the garage and another half hour to even start on it. Took 2 hours for a simple oil change. Nice people though.

Great place. Got a couple flat tires at night and they had the all replaced super fast. Got some other work done later on and was likewise pretty fast and simple. Great customer service.

Took them over an hour to change one tire (after waiting 2.5 hours to get it in the shop) I have never heard of it taking this long for one tire. Highly do not recommend!!! Really nice guys but never ever againService: TiresService: Tires

On December 8 2023 I had the front end replaced on my Dodge Ram van for over a $1000 and on December 18 2023 the new tie rod fell out as I was driving across the Sherman Mitten bridge into Ky on my way to work and it was only God that saved my life I had my van towed back to the same shop and no one seemed to be concerned that I almost lost my life due to their negligence there wasn t even an apology

Called ahead said they had the tire I needed made an appointment sat for an hour half before they even touched my car then they come out and tell me they don't have the tire even though I called ahead of time and they told me they had it. Terrible service findba different place.

In a pinch, they were there for us. Vans tire blew and while sitting on the side of the road we made it to here which was the closet tire shop. We were able to get back on the road, thank you!

If I could give them negative stars I would. Damaged my car door while working on the AC. Door is does not close properly and is twisted now. They did not report it when the car was picked up and the damage wasn't discovered until shortly after leaving at the end of the day. I urge you to not waste your time with these people as they are clearly unprofessional and unethical denying that they did anything wrong to my car.Service: Air conditioning

This is the only place that I will take my car to for maintenance and tires! They re AWESOME! I went in today for brakes and an oil change, after they test drove it they cleaned and adjusted my brakes for free. This saved me about $200.00 which is what I usually pay for brakes! Thanks guys!!

I was in a bind, and did not know my brake line was that bad. Jonathan explained what was going on with my jeep brake line. He also was to the point and didnt try to sugar anything I respect that. Also the guy that worked on my Jeep (Jon) did an amazing job and knew what he was doing. Both guys were very professional. I recommend them to all my friends.Service: Brake service & repair

Would only use this place for inspection purposes or oil change only had a horrible experience needed an inspection and filters replaced, and a oil change. Dropped my car off for at 9:30am for an 10am appointment, I never received a call to come pick my car up I had to get dropped off to figure out why my car wasn t ready. Mechanic comes to tell me my car wouldn t cut on because my key died. Im asking what did you do to my car for it to not detect my key anymore mechanic just stares at me and says your car keys are dead. I call a locksmith to come inside the bay to check my key and chip to see if we need to program a new key. Locksmith tells me my key works just fine someone at the shop knocked the memory of my key off the cars computer and the car is now on theft lock. I m livid at this point since I gave no permission for my car computer to be touched that wasn t a service I asked for or needed. my car is not dated I have a 2015 Ford Escape that would have required a programmer from ford to deal with any programming. Had to leave my car outside they re shop for a whole weekend. Finally got to speak with a manager that apologized for this mishandling of my vehicle and gave me a rental to tow my car to ford. Shame on this location never getting my business again. Give them your money if your okay with not being told what happened to your car while you where away.

I would go somewhere else. I used to come here because it was close but it always took hours to do something simple. Even if I scheduled an appointment. Prices are not good either.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

When I called about 4 tires they gave me a price I said I'll be right there, I drove cross town.When I got there they said they couldn't take me right now, For me to make an appointment for tomorrow. They said the earlier the better so I made one for 7am,,,, I thought screw them!!! (((Read their response))) So then..I sent Jennifer my info,, Nothing..I believe the """Response from the owner""""Is to make them look good to the people reading this review..And other reviews..I mean what are they really going to do,, Give me a free oil change for my trouble's ( NOT )

I was driving down to Chattanooga, Tennessee and my tire pressure started to drop. I checked it out and realized I was losing air. Since I bought the tires at Firestone I had a warranty. I went to a Firestone on Broadway in Kentucky and they stated they could do it but didn't know if it would get done that day or the next. He just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Unacceptable. I then called the next closest Firestone and the gentleman stated that he was busy but I can take it to Tires Plus for warranty. I thanked him for the information and realized why didn't the other Firestone tell me that. I called Tires Plus. The said to come in. They completed it in 30 minutes. Plus they noticed a brake bulb out, which I told them to fix. Thank you so much for helping us get back on the road as quickly as possibly. Great service. Kind staff.

Terrible mess! I mean like from the center of hell type mess! They lie , the put hands on there customers. Repeated customer at that. Multiple brand new sets of tires.

Stopped in to get a slow leak in my left rear tire checked out. They had an open appointment and fit me in right away; my tire was repaired in less than half an hour. Friendly service and a great downtown location will make this my go-to tire shop.Waiting area is clean and comfortable, with coffee and a water cooler, but you can also walk from this location to a number of local eateries.

Fantastic Customer Service: I was able to make an appointment within an extremely short turnaround time; the issues with my car were fully explained to me in easy to comprehend diagnosis (for this auto repair novice); employees were friendly and respectful. AND cost for repair didn't break the bank!

They've always been really good and fair with me. As a woman, I appreciate this very much. Women can be taken advantage of very easily without knowledge of mechanics and things like that.

I went to firestone for new tires and they didn t reset my tires sensor correctly and acted like it was so hard to fix it and were giving me the run around trying to schedule me days later and telling me I need to drop off my car and hopefully they could get to it. so i called the main office to file a complaint and I was referred here to michels for them to fix the problem and they got me in and out quickly and fixed it with no problems. So about a week later I needed a new battery I hands down called them right away. They took me in as a walk-in and got me in and out again with no problems. What makes them even better is they have Great friendly customer service. I will continue to go to this store. They are truly awesome!!!!

Outstanding people, we are on vacation from Pa got a flat. They took us at once even show us place for lunch.lunch was wonderful, fix the tire, and got us on our way. Good fair honest people there.

I work across the street from these guys, and can't say enough good things. They are honest and great at what they do - first time I've ever truly felt like I could trust my car mechanic. Glad they know the secret to good business - earning the trust of life long customers.

Brandon helped me and was absolutely fantastic! He took the time to go over what I needed to fix and what could wait. I called in on a busy Friday but they got my car finished quickly and I actually understood everything they fixed! I will definitely be back! Thank you Brandon!!
