I had my car told to the shop to have a stater installed in my car they had my car in and out very quicky I only had to wait less then 30 minutes after the my starter had arrived. They gave me excellent service. I will always return and recommend others to this great shop. I love there service. All though I live downtown and could go to another repair shop closer to me I will never go because I receive such great and wonderful service here I will never go anywhere else. Thanks for the great service

I recently went to Michel Tires Plus frantic. I needed an oil change and had some other issues with my Camry. They calmly and quickly diagnosed my issues and corrected them. They have yet to let me down.

Excellent experience a manager named "Sid"really helped me stay within my budget for my new tires and oil change. It's nice to see management actually cares about customers. Will recommend to friends and family

These guys were awesome - took our Hyundai there today for a squeaky sound coming from our engine. They diagnosed the noise in 10 minutes, fixed it in 20, and kept us updated along the way. Could ve easily replaced the non-faulty part for an up-charge, but instead they told us that a bolt was loose and they fixed it for $40! Excellent, honest service. Highly recommend!

My elderly Mother has went here for years and really likes them. Every time she goes I always ask for details just to try and be sure that she isn't getting scammed or ripped off, because there aren't a lot of honest mechanics around anymore, and I've never felt that they've tried to do her wrong. I just went here and had a full brake job done and they were half the price of another local reputable mechanic. They did have to replace the rotors which increased the initial quote but I had never had rear brakes replaced in my 180k mile van so this made sense. They also replaced an idler pulley for me and they admitted that a belt broke when they pulled the pulley off, and they replaced the belt at no additional charge. I found out that they used Duralast gold ceramic brakes too which was nice. I initially thought they'd use cheap brakes so it was a pleasant surprise that I didn't have to pay for an upgrade for ceramics. During the whole process they were honest and fair. I'll go back for sure.

Although they were really busy they took a look at the car and were friendly . After inspection they did not charge anything.

So husband took truck there under warranty "Ford warranty " they fixed the truck no problem but held my husband's truck until they was paid from the warranty company 2 additional days. Never will use them again and calling BBS on them this was ridiculous. Told my husband he can pay the entire amount and they would reimburse him once they got paid. The foolishness they acknowledge it was an legal contract but refused to release the truck. I will show receipts later but beware.

Took my car in to be looked at for several things. Robert listened to all my needs and questions and addressed them. The mechanic Rob was very honest and did great work. I had previous work done at Kia East and they are not honest at all. They told me I needed front and rear brakes and when I had Michel Tires look at them they are completely fine. You may have to drop your car off and then get it later in the day but completely worth the time because it is hard to find honest people these days!

Teddy is absolutely wonderful.! The first time I called him under duress from a failed rental, I was able to go ahead and get my car fixed. He assured me that I would be taken care of and has done just that over and above. I have patronized the business several times and I am always satisfied. Teddy will explain and break everything down to you and will even show you the parts that are replaced sometimes. Such peace of mind to know there is someone to fix my car. Thank you Teddy and the rest of the staff. I appreciate your service greatly!!!!!!!

Good people here always faster service than i expect. I dont go anywhere else but here for tires or anything related to tires.

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I got there 5 minutes early. They took my car within 5 minutes of my appointment and had it done in about 35 minutes. I had downloaded a coupon from their website and was having trouble bringing it up on my phone. The service writer told me to not worry about it, that he had already entered the coupon. For about $42.00, I got a synthetic blend oil change and tires rotated. Great price and great, friendly service.

Poor customer service provided by Brandon , had an appointment scheduled for 7:00am ,showed up a few minutes early , doors were open, came in and he asked me to leave and wait outside until 7, not sure why doors are open to public but then you have to wait . The estimate from yesterday was $100 off . Asked specifically to see the tires I was buying and his answer was I had to wait until they open because he did not have room to put it up . Keep in mind there was less than 5 minutes to open and he was sitting in front of a computer . Also asked for estimate waiting time the day before when i called and Steve told me 2 hours the most . When I asked again today Brandon said it could be 3 1/2 hours . Will not go back to the shop and will not recommend it to any of my friends or family .

Zack was very helpful. He got our car in for repair & out very quickly. The mechanic was on top of it. Even tho they were short people the worked together to keep business going.

Brandon and his crew at Tires Plus had not problem working with grumpy me and my car. My starter died and when i called I was not in the best of moods but Brandon took it all in stride, told me my starter was under warranty, and to bring my car in right away and they would fix it up.They called and let me know the status and when i could pick it up. The car is running just fine now.I have brought my car here for over 10 years and I have never had any complaints with the work they do and I truly appreciate how they treat me and my car (14 yrs old and going strong!).Thanks Guys!

Teddy fixed a problem with my windshield washer reservoir & also gave me an excellent reference for something else I needed.They've come a long way since a Mgr. named Dave (can't remember his last name for the life of me...but he was a Jerk!) used to work there.I'll definitely be back!

came in to get my lifetime alignment done and while in the process of getting it they called me to tell me that my shocks were leaking and then I need some work done for an oil change. I didn't told them my Honda dealership did my oil change last week on both the transmission and the regular oil change and my shocks were inspected by a Master Mechanic and that they were checked out as being fine. Have them checked out by the Honda dealer again and there was absolutely no issues. This location lost all of my respect. Did not try and hustle somebody

My land Rover was parked outside the business overnight without my consent.. The catalytic converters we're stolen and I had to argue with them for taking responsibility!! Not to mention after they had the converter fixed they wanted nothing other to get rid of my vehicle and never even did the original repairs my automobile was there for in the first place!! The management at this location is the lowest class of any reputable business I have ever encountered!!! DO NOT TRUST OR BRING ANY VEHICLE TO THIS BUSINESS!!!! NOT ONLY IS THE LABOR RATE EXCEPTIONALLY HIGHER THAN ANY WHERE ELSE... THE MANAGEMENT QUALITY IS FAR BETTER AT MCDONALD'S THAN THIS JOKE OF A PLACE!!!! UNFORTUNATELY THIS WAS NOT KY ONLY EXPERIENCE THAT WAS LESS THAN POOR QUALITY WITH THIS PLACE!!!! SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR CAR!!!!!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!!

If I could provide a 0 rating for this place of business I would. I took my vehicle to this location for an oil change and drove off with several issues with my vehicle. My vehicle was in very good condition and required no other service than an oil change. Two days later my vehicle would barely start.Thankfully, I have a trustworthy mechanic who informed me that my MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) Sensor was disconnected. He informed me mechanics will often do this to require you to come back to their place of business.From experience I know how challenging it is to find trustworthy mechanics. You will not find that at Michel Tires Plus. When I contacted the manager of this location, he justified himself by stating, "I was 380 miles away from this building it's not my problem". He attempted to try to call my complaint heresay. At no point, did he lead or finish with an apology.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION. You may leave with more than you bargained for!!

We had our oil changed there and they were absolutely so careful and accurate. Some of the other places that have changed oil have somehow gotten it inside the car on the seats but not at Michel Tires. They also checked our tires. They made sure everything else was running smoothly which gave us a feeling of confidence as we were driving away in a safe car. We will be back Michel Tires, thanks!

They are good at oil changes and the staff is friendly. However, they are ridiculously over priced. For example, they just charged me $46 to change a headlight bulb that I could have done myself if I had time for about $10. They consistently quote outrageous prices for services such as around $600 for changing 2 ball joints. My dad and brother are both mechanics (too bad they're 300 miles away) so I know exactly what this stuff should cost, and it's MUCH less than what they charge.

No respect for time. I dropped my vehicle at 1pm didn t work until 4pm on it because they were sitting around. I literally dropped my vehicle while they were not working on anything unreliable workers. Do not come here! You have been warned!

Don't waste your time, money, patience, or anything else at this place! There was a time when they serviced my car regularly. Then, the employee's were honest, friendly, and convenient, but how times have changed. Oil prints all throughout my car, long waits (w/appointment), unprofessional staff, lousy work, and overpriced. You live, you learn, and find another shop.

Overall bad experience. Patched my tire but damaged my wheel. Had the wheel repaired. Didn't cost me anything except for time and fuel for extra trips to the shop. Tire lost pressure and manager didn't want to mess with me anymore so suggested I go to another location where I did and that manager Jeff took great care of me. It's okay to make a mistake but if you do you owe it to the customer to fix it correctly. Won't ever go back to this location. No integrity.The area manager however does have integrity and called me to make things right so thank you Jason. I will continue to go to your store in J-Town.
