Friendly employees, fast service! Zach listened to all of my needs and offered extra needs to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive and well maintained. He kept me updated the whole time. Tom worked on my vehicle and made sure everything was fixed that I wanted done and told Zach the extra needs that I needed to get done soon to keep vehicle maintained fully. He was very careful and fast fixing my vehicle. I appreciate them all so much!

Excellent service!! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I thought I needed rotor and brakes for my van. After the technician inspected my van he informed me that the rotors were still good and could be turned. Very honest,since I had told them I would need rotors I would not have questioned paying for them. I would definitely recommend and will now be a loyal customer.

Charge me over 800.00 fix brake line replaced brakes rear Charge for brake cylinders, brakes sponge, brakes went to floor, left parts off, had to do repairs myself our leave it their another 3 days again. Don't waste your money back yard wannabe mechanics. Horrible!!!!!!

I have been going to this store for 2 years for tires. Batteries, brakes tires and some major work recently. The staff are professional and courteous. Everything explained and price . I have no reason to take my vehicle anywhere else! These guys explain what needs to be done and what I can wait on if I choose! Great people and great work!!! Thanks

I had a really great experience at this store. I m not very knowledgeable on cars, but Joey and his staff were very honest and got me a great price on my brakes. I fully recommend this location, I guarantee you ll be happy with your service here!

Great experience! Did what we asked. Did not try to up sell us anything. We have done a lot of business over the years with Michael Tires (Tires Plus) and will continue to do so. Always have been helpful too us.

Worst place in the city to get your brakes done. Whatever you do do not go here unless you want to lose six or $700 for nothing. Took my car here because I had a little noise coming from brand new rotors and brakes . Ended up having to go back three times and it still wasn t right. They turned the rotors which ended up ruining the pads and the rotors and told me all they could do was refund me the $200 from turning the rotors after coming to see them three times.. They do not stand beside their work . Easily the worst experience I have ever had getting work done on my vehicle. I m still in disbelief really . If you re going to go to one of these places, go to the one on Bardstown Road it is much better. They actually have some competent people. Again, one of the worst experiences I ve ever had. The manager, Joe is a complete clowns. 100% do not belong in the business that they are in. If they knew anything about brakes, they would have listened to me and when they told me there was a ring before they rotated them. The first time would have let me taken them back and got them on warranty instead, they said it was OK and now I hear I am with front brakes and rotors ruined . But they said everything would be OK. It most certainly is not . Whatever you do, do not go here go to a different one . Also made me feel very uncomfortable from the racial slurs that were used during the argument we had . I ve seen other bad reviews on here talking about the bad things the other people that work there do . Do your research before you go here

I had a decent experince working with this store. They were fair with pricing and it was lower than other place I took quotation. Total job took one hour to finish include wait time. I had to make appointments for my issue and they came up with quotation less than 20 mins.

This automotive repair/tire shop was highly recommended by a close friend (she has been going there for over 20 years and won t go anywhere else for work on her vehicle) and I can really see why : the entire staff (Zach Ehrler, Noah, Brian, Steve & Anthony) were extremely pleasant, personable, polite, knowledgeable and professional at all times and took very good care of my car (explained everything very clearly and always made sure that I knew what was going on at all times!). An overall great automotive experience!!

I took my car there for an inspection on my tires and a sound i heard that had me worried, i am woman and have no idea of cars at all! Anyways they made me a huge list of things that was wrong with my car, trying to charge me over $500 which had me thinking and i decided to left, went to another place, got my car checked and the issue was pretty much nothing. I ended up paying only $150. So yeah be careful here they will try get your money and make you pay for things that your car don t need. I don t know if they though that because i am woman or hispanic they could take advantage of that. Very annoying!

Always go to Michael Tires in J Town for a service on my car. They are so responsible and get you " in and out " in remarkable time. Very honest people, have gone there for years.

So the review by Jay Wheatley is completely incorrect and full of half-truths. Mr Wheatley came to our location in November after he had put new pads and rotors on the front of his car. He admitted to us that he suspected the person who put his brakes on may have done something wrong and wanted us to check. When we checked, we found that his front brake hardware had broken and was scraping a ring onto the rotor. We advised him that we could replace the hardware and turn the ring out of the rotor. He agreed. The total price was 219 and some change. He called a few days later and advised us that he was hearing a different noise. he came back in and we advised him that his rear rotors Were making noise as well, which was not his original concern and recommended replacement. We also advised him that his front brake pads were semi-metallic and his car recommended ceramic to avoid brake dust and noise. He states he would change out the rear brakes. After missing 8 consecutive appointments over a 3 month span for the same noise, he finally came back in to which we told him his front brakes were still making noise due to semi-metallic brakes and that now the brake rotors were warped. We recommended he warranty out the front brakes to address his issue. He proceeded to get very upset in which we offered to refund his original 219 for the inconvenience. He demanded we refund him for his brakes that he had bought from a parts house, which we refused.i am unsure of where the racial slurs part of his review came from as all of our calls are recorded and multiple people heard his argument. That part is completely false.Regardless of the differences, I wish Mr Wheatley good luck in any future endeavors.

Took in my f350 diesel service truck in for a full brake job, starter motor and two shocks replaced. Zack at the front desk was very professional and took the time to explain everything the truck needed. Service was done within the day. Thank you michel tire!!

I needed (2) Trailer Tires replaced in a hurry on my work Trailer, due to a flat and bad spare. Not only did they have the tires in stock at a great price, but they slid me into their busy schedule and had me back on the road in about an hour!

The people at Tires Plus are always in a "help" mode willing to help you with any of your concerns. If it is car related, they will give suggestions and take the time to resolve the issue.

I went in thinking I needed everything replaced on my breaks and they ended up saving me money and the went above and beyond by asking if I wanted them to flush the coolant because it was low and so I did it and they were fast about all that they did

Zach and Noah are top notch! Their attention and customer service are great. It's was Sunday morning on Memorial Day weekend and these guys are happy to be working and kept me informed of everything that was going on. Terrible customer service managers are very unprofessional & I believe Joe is racist I overheard him making racial slurs during the wait time while I was sitting in the office will not be returning for future needs.

They supposedly did work on my brakes but had to return TWICE because of grinding noises when I braked. They tried saying it was my fault for not driving more. The guys at the front acted personally offended when I told them my frustrations. I will never recommend this place. They are clearly taking advantage of people here.
