I went in for a Groupon discounted oil change. They told me they were out of the synthetic blend used for my car and upgraded to a full synthetic oil at no charge. While up on the rack, they noticed a plastic mesh that was wound tightly around my front axle and worked to remove it also at no additional cost to me. I appreciate the attention to detail and friendly service Ireceived. Kudos! I will be back as a loyal customer.

Great Prices, Great Help, Great people! Had Rob help us figure out our brake issues and gave us an estimate the day of! He walked us through what was, and wasn t necessary for the moment, and got us a good price. Now I have new brake pads, and new rotors with a lifetime warranty! I also had some issues with my hood the next day and they helped with it free of charge, and even topped off my oil for free. The ONLY place I will be going for my car issues from now on.

Rob has been extremely helpful with my jeep wrangler repairs. I was weird because of the low reviews at this location but From an engine leak to replacement of brakes/rotors and valve lifter issues, he s been extremely well with communication as well as pricing. They are also quick with any repairs as well.

I wasn't happy with my service. My appointment was 8am and I didn't get my car until 7pm that night. The gentleman had attitude with me. If he let me he was short on help. And its going longer. I would understand but he waited at 6pm to tell me. If I go back to Meineke its a different. This was twice with that gentleman with his attitude.

Before purchasing, I took the used car to Meineke, and chose to pay for the full inspection. They were very thorough, and the information helped me choose which car to get. (And if I had chosen that car, the information would have helped with negotiation.) And all of that was at a reasonable price.

They kept changing the prices of the diagnostic tests . Tried to get me for $180+When the invoice said $163. Then had the audacity to say they ll give me a discount when my face twisted up. A discount for what? It s price gauging.Plus I had to pay over $100 for them just to tell me what s wrong? That crazy. I ve been coming for years but this will be my last time

I ve had two experiences with this specific location and each time they have treated me with nothing but absolute respect and kindness. They don t try to upcharge me on things I don t need, and have really helped me in emergency situations with my car. As long as Robby and his crew are at this location, I will continue to bring my car here for its mechanical needs. Thanks guys for all your help with my Impala- Merriah

Rob is the Manager of the Dixie Hwy Meineke location. He is friendly, upfront and honest. He wants to help the customer with their car or truck problems as best he can. I ve been taking my vehicles there for years and have never had any problems with their work. My only small issue is the parts prices seem a bit high.

They replaced my catalytic converter November 22, 2022. It was almost $2k to replace. Then 6 weeks later my AC compressor goes out, so they supposedly fixed that, then my car starts stalling so I take it to a new car repair shop and turns out they punctured a hole in the ac compressor by screwing something in wrong. And here I am just 1 year and four months later and my catalytic converter is causing a check engine light again. I called them and they will not pay for it to be replaced somewhere I feel comfortable having it repaired. I will never use this company again. I honestly think that every time I bring my vehicle in, they do something to cause a new issue on purpose. I wouldn t trust this location or company.

Horrible experience. My car was sent here by a nearby bodyshop to fix some front end wheel and suspension damage. They allowed my vehicle to get burglarized by not taking due care of my vehicle AND they did not fix the issue correctly, requiring me to take the car to a dealership to the tune of $3000. When I tried to explain to the gentleman there that the car was not fixed, he "man-splained" my car's electric system to me using a hair dryer and socket as examples. I am beyond disappointed. Why they sent my car to a muffler place in the first place is beyond me. Stick to that. Don't let them touch any other part of your vehicle.

They aligned my car and got me right back out in the road. While there I talked to them about my daughter's car and the work the Honda dealership acoss the street was trying to do. The took it in and got her fixed right up for less than half what Honda was trying to do. Mine and my daughters cats are both working great. Thank you Rob and crew!

I recently came in for a oil change. The manager Gary was awesome. He explained in detail exactly what my car needed to get repaired in the future. I definitely would be coming back for future car repair.

Hey i went in today not really expecting to get it fix due to money issues so really just wanting to see whats wrong with my wife s car but with rob he was really friendly from the time i walked in to the time i left he worked around my budget got my wife s car fixed in its running amazing i will recommend these guys they forever got a customer today thank you rob in stay blessed

We needed an AC system recharge. We called and they said come right up. We were done is less than an hour. Haven t had to use the AC much but seems to be working fine.

My experience was great. I feel they are truthful and honest now. I had stop going there in the past because I felt they were rip off artists.The new management is wonderful. I will continue taking my car there for service.

The week prior to stopping in for an oil change I came by and was able to get air in my tires free of charge. Very welcoming and accommodating employees and great service. I would definitely recommend.

Mieneke replaced brakes and rotors in March 2023 I brought car back due to brake issues again. This time replace same things and other brake issues cost $1400. The. Bring my car home with a huge oil leak that I absolutely did not have before I dropped off my car. Also Mieneke changed my oil 2 months ago. No one said anything when I picked up my car. I could have locked my engine. Very disappointed and I do not trust the mechanics.

My experience was terrible. My car was there previously for ball joints and wheel hub. My cv axle was broken in the process so I brought it back the manager agreed to replace it. Upon pick up manager was rude and told me that my car was a piece of junk and that the axle was not on warranty and that he shouldn t have put the new axle in because it would have out lasted my car. I then proceeded to let him know that he put the axle in so if something goes wrong with it I ll be back. The manager then informed me that I would be wasting my time because he doesn t care if the axle that his shop installed fell out of my car he wouldn t fix it. Do not appreciate being told my car was junk nor do I appreciate not being put as a priority when my property was damaged in this shop. I can t help I don t have a challenger like he does. I m not a stupid or broke individual and I don t expect to be treated that way when I bring my business.

Was told they could install my TPMS sensors and program them. They did the install and was told they were programmed and to drive it for about 20 Miles and the light would go out. No light out after 150 miles. Took it back and was told by a different individual that they did not have the right reader to program my car. Took it to the dealership now they have to break down all 4 tires because the store did not record the sensor numbers. Waste of time and money because someone does not know their job. What a shame!

Rob gave the best customer care experience ever! My issue was resolved. The only I don t like is my vehicle was pushed to the side for free oil changes for veterans, other than that great service.

Incredibly kind and smart people who work here, and they do a good job. My partner and I both have had a lot of car troubles recently and the workers, especially the manager were very communicative with us about what needed to be done. When I call to schedule an appointment? When? Your customer service rap answered the phone.. When I arrived. He did everything that he said he would do and got me in right away his his personal customer service. Was some of the best that I've ever experienced. This shop was recommended by a friend. I made an appointment which was easy to do. I spoke with the manager in charge Rob and asked him to if they could give my Toyota a full inspection. The step-by-step process was great. They kept me up-to-date on the things that needed to be changed, what looked like might need attention and the amount for each part. I highly recommend this Meineke Care Care Center on Dixie Hwy to everyone. Brake work on rear brakes needed store Mgr., Robbie, very knowledgeable and helpful, explaining the checklist (free) of items possibly needing attention now or perhaps sooner depending on what I wanted to do NO PRESSURE, customers decision he sold me on his professionalism, knowledge, and a true belief he wanted to help me told Robbie first impression is everything, we have 3 vehicles, and he just gained our business on all 3 kudos to Meineke, super Mgr. and a GREAT crew of folks working there who care.
