I recently visited here and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was friendly and explained everything clearly, ensuring I understood the work and costs involved. They even showed me the replaced parts, highlighting their commitment to transparency and doing quality work. The repairs were done quickly yet safely, and their reasonable and open pricing was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent service and honest approach.I ve also notice sometimes people complain that they re told certain things need to be replaced for a higher price at places, then they go somewhere else and they get a fix for cheaper. But with the in depth conversations I had with the mechanics a lot of times it s a difference between actually eliminating the problem, or doing a bandaid fix. I had an issue here that they were transparent with would be a relatively expensive replacement, but advised it wasn t needed yet, and offered a cheaper alternative solution that would fix the issue, but not eliminate it. I just wanted to mention it was nice that unlike other shops, they were truly open and honest about everything here. Shoutout to Matt here for going above and beyond as well!

I ve had a lot of car trouble the last 2 months with both of my vehicles needing quite a bit of work to be safely driven. The team at Meineke has been kind, quick and fair through the whole process. The first car was done same day and they worked with me on the pricing, and the second car was no rush (since I had another fully running vehicle now lol) but they were still done within 48 hours. They didn t try to upsell me at all and laid all of the costs out clearly.Hopefully I don t need to come back anytime soon, but if I do I know who to go to!

Scheduled online 1.5 hours in advance. Said they couldn t honor it because they accepted walk ins. Rescheduled for me the next day. Arrived and had to wait 1.5 hours to get complete. Thankfully they don t try very hard to upsell you. Nicer guys.

I ve been going to this shop for over 6 years. I found the technicians and the manager Chris deliver exemplary service. Oil changes and tire rotation are quick and they don t try to up charge you. Chris is proactive in letting you know what you re going to need in maintenance at your next visit, letting you know in advance the price. When I had a recurring issue with a leak they went the extra mile to fix it. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would, they deserve it. Your car is in good hands here.

So took my car to Meineke because another shop had told me it needed a catalytic converter and would need a shop that did exhaust work. Meineke said it wasn t the converter it was actually the transmission and cost would be $14,000! You read that right fourteen thousand! Said it wasn t even safe to drive it out of their shop. After I calmed down and could think clearly a fellow customer asked if it was still under warranty. I called the closest dealership and they said it was and I could tow it to them. Once I got it to the dealership they said my transmission was fine and it was just a clogged converter. Meineke was just trying to take advantage of me! BEWARE!!!

Didn't have a machine to resurface my rotors nor a cutting wheel to remove my rounded off caliper slide bolts. Lastly when I retrieved my vehicle I noticed that the squealing noise I had when I took the car in, had turned into a grinding noise. After removing my rear wheels at home I saw that on the passenger rear they had only put 1 brake pad back in the caliper causing more damage than I originally had.

Don't get me wrong,everyone was nice and respectful,and I would go back. But I brought in my Groupon and was serviced a 21 inspection, with top off on all fluids but they didnt fill up my windshield wiper fluid at all. And I'm assuming nothing else . Again Jeff was nice and I will go back

The team at Meineke always provides excellent service. Whenever I have issues, they help me to identify it straight away. But, if there are other issues they find, they always give me a clear understanding of what's going on and which issues are the highest priority. That helps me to work successfully within my budget...I've been going there for years, and I will definitely continue to do so!

Fair prices, good work, friendly people. This is my go-to location for our family car s service needs. They re reliable.I got my battery replaced and the one I wanted was out of stock at their supplier. The supplier sent a free upgrade, and they passed the savings on to me instead of marking it up!

My experience at Meineke in Buechel, was absolutely wonderful. My elderly mother's car had quite a bit of work done to it, that likely would have cost 3 times more any place else. I was honestly shocked at how low the cost was, I thought they'd left off the labor!And the gentleman at the front desk had wonderful manners and care towards our situation. They now have a customer for life!

The purpose of this post is to hopefully help someone else from going through this experience. I pay for an extended warranty for my mother s car. When she got her last oil change the tech told her she had an oil gasket leak. I contacted the warranty company and we started a claim. Meineke was on the list and my uncle suggested this specific location so we went. The warranty company gave my mom a number to get to the techs fixing the car to call and see if it was covered by the warranty. My mom dropped her car off Saturday Feb3 early for it to get checked out. They called back and said that they called the number and was told that the warranty didn t cover it and also told my mom the other issues they found with her car. Since she was told the warranty didn t cover the original issue she looked into financing to get the entire car fixed. My issues with the store are first my warranty company never received a call from Meineke. I called and after explaining what happened they look into the calls received about our account and we were the only people who had called. They even reimbursed us for what they would have paid for. Meineke keeps trying to say well it was the weekend they may not have got in contact. So why would you tell someone their warranty doesn t cover it vs they didn t answer do you want to try again on Monday instead of having my mom sign up for a predatory loan. Secondly they keep trying to reiterate that my mom gave her info to get her credit ran but that only happened because she was told that the warranty didn t cover what she was originally getting fixed. The other stuff they said needed to be fixed or changed wasn t anything that needed to be done urgently the oil leak wasn t even urgent at the moment. I would have paid for the additional stuff one by one based on urgency of needing to get it done. Then when they tell her she s approved we learn during the next week that they could see the details of the loan but didn t tell her. I don t know why you wouldn t tell someone they were approved for a loan with a 148% interest rate. The store manager that called me tried to use a credit card as an example but before I accept the card I can see the terms. My mom didn t see the terms of the loan until they told her the car was finished and she needed to sign the paperwork sent by the finance company which she didn t see until after the car was fixed and ready to be picked up so then there wasn t really a way around it because how else was the car getting paid for since at this point it s already been fixed. They keep trying to reiterate that she authorized the fix and the loan, but no one is taking accountability for not calling the warranty company to begin with which would have avoided all this because we would ve paid 100 as the deductible vs paying over 1000 on a loan with a 148% interest rate. I talked to the store manager yesterday and he kept talking about the facts of it are she gave us her info to run her credit and get a loan but you still haven t proven that any of your techs called my warranty company which is the biggest issues because that lie is what led to the predatory loan when the warranty would have fixed what we wanted done at the moment and got everything else done later. My warranty company has proven that no one called and made it right by reimbursing us for what was paid. The store manager kept asking what could they do to make it right and even offered a couple free oil changes. In reality nothing can make it right. No customer likes to be lied to and deceived and that s what happened. They still have not taken accountability for not calling my warranty company he was saying on the phone yesterday he doesn t know if a call was made or not and they need to figure out a better system. They only reason I know they didn t is because the warranty company keeps record of all calls. My mom and me feel like they are in bed with these finance companies and trying to push loans out over doing their due diligence and checking what they need to check properly. Be careful doing business here

Chris was very professional and accommodating. They took me back to work, fixed my brakes, then came back to get me so I could pay my bill.I didn't have an appointment and they got my car fixed in a couple of hours. I really needed this done and this type of service. The labor was expensive but I got it done and that is what was important.Service: Auto brake replacement

I had went in to get an oil change! Came out with oil change and new life time brakes. Waited a lil longer than expected but it was well worth the wait! Chris and the other guys was awesome! This is my go to place going forward! Thank you all

$220 just for a front brake change is crazy. Place is a complete RIP OFF!!! Brake for less would have saved my dollar. The post on Groupon says $75 and the dude at counter said even if I buy it on Groupon, I still gonna have to come in n pay for labor which is something I have NEVER heard about. Knew he was lying to his teeth. Never going back cuz they try to sell u other stuffs u don't even need to get done.

Good group of people at this location, but I had brakes put on my truck back in December ($1000) and they have been making noise since. I have been back two times and they are still making noise when braking.

They said first 45 min after I drop car to them .wait 3 hrs and after check when it is ready it said more time it after they give us car 6:30 pm . Still car have break issue and make voice what they put new .

The prices are ridiculous. I called two other reputable shops and asked for a second opinion on exactly what your tech told me. They were both 7-8 hundred dollars cheaper. Either your overpriced or the tech was sliding in things he didn't tell me. Either way, I won't be back.

Meineke on Bardstown road is the best in town. I tried a few others since I moved further into the city but it's worth the 30 minute drive to know my car is getting the best care possible. Thanks for always being the best!

Worst service, I went for oil change and ended up with squeak sound from the front right of the tire, I got to know that they forgot to keep shield back properly, I went there and the front desk guy was rude and the answer he gave blocked my mind from functioning, he said need to replace part which will cost 700$ approx
