Has far been the best place to take my car. They are very friendly, they took time to listen to what I was concerned about, they did very thorough check, was very quick and efficient. Seems like the guys work together very well to get the jobs done! I will definitely go back! No doubt!

I took my car in in July of 2023 for multiple services, including replacement brakes. I'd been using this mechanic for several years for practical reasons. In November of 2023, a day after a routine oil change at a different facility, my car began making a loud noise. I took it back to the oil change facility, assuming something was left loose. They inspected their work and found nothing unusual until they inspected the brakes. The mechanic noticed that the caliper bolts on my front passenger brakes were loose. I'm fact, one was entirely missing, probably because it has been put in improperly and fallen out. The other was loose. In the time between getting the brakes installed in July and finding the problem in November we had driven less than 4000 miles, far less than the 10,000+ recommended before brakes need replaced. No other repair shop so much as looked at our brakes. Meineke refused to refund the cost of the front brakes, which was what we asked after this situation, which could have been catastrophic. They offered 3 free oil changes, which I declined, but never allowed me to speak to any upper management directly. Even after going through the BBB, they refused to own up to their mistakes. They also diagnosed the car as needing a new alternator and S-belt that, in the opinion of a different mechanic, did not need replacing. The other mechanic replaced the battery in October and the alternator and S-belt are still fine in auto of 2024. In my opinion, this business does not stand behind shoddy workmanship, nor will they work with customers when they are in the wrong.

As always, Meineke treats my husband and me with great respect and care. Eric is always wonderful about explaining the issues in language plain enough for even me to understand and then going over the options for fixing them and the importance of anything serious. I don't yet know the manager at the new center Eric has moved to, but as soon as I do, I will comment on his manner of treating customers. I will always follow Eric to whatever center he moves to.

Had a wonderful experience after an insurance claim for fire. Very efficient and answered all questions with professionalism. Josh was willing to deal with all my questions in a professional and courteous manner. Will definitely use them again.

I m not sure how this place has good reviews. Went there because my car was leaking coolant. Paid to have them check it and they told me oh it s not leaking at all. A few days later my warning light comes on, I go back and they tell me the reservoir needs to be replaced. They ordered it and the wrong one showed up. They get another one, it doesn t fit. They find one through the dealer, I was quoted 700 dollars. I looked online, 80 bucks. I ordered it online. Then I get a call and got a guilt trip and they said they already ordered it and it s 500, not 700. I said I already ordered it and had someone else install it. After all that , that wasn t even the problem at all so they re wrong yet again. I m going to the dealership tomorrow to actually fix my car.

Best price, actually will fix what s wrong with your vehicle, gets it done in a timely manner and they look out for veterans. I m a life long customer because they helped prevent and fix problems with my ford that would have left it useless otherwise.

This is my last time going to Meineke. The salesman withheld important information until I came to pick up my car and my ride had already left. Only then did he explain that the diagnostic fee was only good that day towards the repair cost he gave me an estimated cost of $1400. He used high-pressure sales tactics, and tried to force me to make a decision on the spot. He did everything he could to get me to sign up for the credit card. I basically paid over $250 for an oil change and to find out things about my car. I already knew. I left there feeling taken advantage of and completely ripped off. I will not be going back nor will I recommend their services.Service: Oil change

Always do good work quickly and at a fair price...don't assume they only do oil changes, tires and minor auto repairs...they can do just about anything truck or car related...have been a customer for 10 - 15 years...thankful to have them in my neighborhood

Recently purchased a used Outback and two days later all the lights on the dash came on. Took it in to get checked out and after paying $180 for diagnostics, I got a list of $2000 work of recommendations. In the end a quick google search pointed out battery issues with this model. I replaced the battery for much less at Autozone and the problems went away. Maybe some of the repairs will be needed down the road but for now the $200 spent on a new battery is way better than $2000. Feel like they should have known about the battery issue.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Had made an appointment for an oil change. Service was completed in about an hour. Got recommendations for needed service with pictures provided. Pictures are a nice touch. Sales person was very nice and professional. Have used this location for several years. Will return soon for recommended service.

I would give zero stars if possible. Poor customer service. Lack of knowledge on how to balance tires. I had a new set of tires that I purchased elsewhere mounted and balanced. Afterwards, my suv had major vibrations between 65-70mph. Top it off with air pressures varying 15 psi. Was told it was because the tire was an all terrain tire that there would be vibrations. Seriously? They had no idea about the yellow and red dots on tires. Still would not redo the balance on all four. I now have to take it somewhere else to get it done correctly. I will NEVER go back to any Meineke ever again.

I spent 1300 on my car at meineke & 3 wks later my engine blew & they wouldn't let me keep my car in the parking lot until my title came in the mail so I could junk it 7 to 10 days. And that 1300 didn't include all the maintenance I spent money on like oil changes & tune ups I've gotten there on this same car as well as previous cars. I've been a loyal customer here for years. I will never go back since they had my car towed!

I went to have a rusty brake bracket replaced and some new rotors put on. They called back, wanting to charge me $1400 to replace the entire rear brake system. Then, they tried to point out a couple of other issues with the car, trying to get me to do additional work. I declined the extra work and asked them for a quote to replace the brackets and rotors, as I had requested. I even returned to the shop while my vehicle was on the lift to show them exactly what I wanted done. They could have completed the task in under an hour. They were going to call me back with an updated quote. When they called back, they told me to get my vehicle because they wouldn't just do half a job.I will never return to this shop. Recommending unnecessary work is predatory. I am grateful that I know enough about cars to understand what they were trying to do.

I dropped my car off for an oil change on 10/5. They did an inspection and only mentioned replacing my engine and air filters. I didn't drive my car since picking it up until today. My brakes are grinding. I was told by this same location today I need new rear brakes and it will cost me $520 and that it was missed on the inspection. HOW?! I truly believe my brakes were tampered with because when I was there apparently EVERY car had issues with brakes.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Waited almost 3 hours for a oil change while tge guys in the back smoked and sat around...I could see them from the waiting room. Plus I didn't ask for a all over inspection of my car that takes a hour or more to do...all I wanted was my oil changed...they took so long I didn't even have them do my tire rotation because I had places to be. So I got half my services I paid for. Will not return.Service: Oil change

I went to this location yesterday to get an estimate on a tuneup which I knew I needed during what I like about Meineke is that they will do a full kind of diagnostic of the car and let you know what areas are good what areas are OK and what area needs work right now and a lot of the areas that needed work right now I already knew of so I wasn t really surprised. they offer a bunch of different financing options and they were able to do all the work at one time they had my car back to me the same day. The customer service was very good and I would go there again. And I also like that they don t push service on you they let you know what s going on with the car or whatever vehicle you re taking into them and they don t push you to do anything. It makes the experience of getting your car serviced that much better.Services: Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment

I went to get an oil change and the next day or two my hood wouldn't open and the latch was broken. I took it back and informed them about my hood not opening and they said there's nothing they can do. Almost $200 to get it fix at a collision place Went there yesterday for oil change, tire rotation and balance. I bought my Michelin tires there and paid for rotation and balance and road hazard warranty. Rotation and balance is supposed to be free as long as I have the tires. They wouldn't balance my tires and wanted to charge me for that. First time I've been denied of getting my tires balanced since I've had the tires.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Oil change

Spent 201 dollars to not get my ac fixed even though there is a sign for free ac diagnosis . Then something that was supposed to take 1.5 hours took 3.( im guessing so they could justify stealing 201 worth of work...or lack there of) so now im gonna have to do the work myself because i feel like shops like this rip you off and i won't be a part of that again!
