My daughter took her van there about 6 months ago for new tires and alignment. Everything was good. In January she hit a curb and poped tire. She took it in and they misteriously found a whole list of issues, that was going to cost $4700.00. There was a bearing that was not just bad but gone on a half shaft and said there was a nut on tue rod that was loose, who done alignment? I let het drive my car and over a couple months we ordered parts for under $1000.00. I replaced parts and she tookit back to get tire and alignment. 5 days later esp bas light came on. She took it back to them and they told her either the tie rod ends were the wrong ones or were pur on wrong. They were willing to sell her new ones, mind you those were only 5 days on car, but not adjust them for alignment. They said they could not do alignment, but suposedly done 5 days prior. So did they do alignment? Who knows! They were going to charge her $400.00 for a $120.00 tire and alignment. Now the steering wheel is 180 degrees off alignment to tires. You guys are taking advantage of a young woman. You will be hearing from me or someone about your service and b.s. shanigans at your store.

They are good ppl. I went to get my AC repaired and the guy at the front desk (Dan) was very professional and helpful. Very friendly staff and great performance with reasonable cost. I would recommend this locations!

They have an Excellent squad there. Dan took very good care of my car. The next day I took my niece's car to be serviced. I recommend them to anyone needing service for their vehicles

I love this Meineke!!! I came upon it 3 maybe 4 years ago randomly for an oil change. Been coming here ever since. EVERYONE here is professional courteous and does what they can to assist you in all aspects of you visit. Dan, Eric and the rest of the staff at Meineke have kept my cars running well from alignments and oil changes to torque converter replacement. Came here for a tire repair, for my older vehicle ( bought a set of 4 "Cooper's" at the location in Buckner, KY; Nov 2022, with great service and recommendations. Didn't get the "Road Hazard" warranty).Great service, across the board, for a chain store! This location treated me as though I'd originally bought the tires from them. Will definitely go here for tires on my new vehicle, when the time comes!

I would not recommend this place at all. One they try and add as many repairs as possible on to your bill and they also try to force their financial company. Second they mess up things on your vehicle for you to return two of the three people in the waiting room complained of the work they did and the repairs they had after leaving this place. Third they made the bolts so tight on the brakes after they replaced them that when I tired to replace them again they had to cut the bolts off so that was another cost on me. Do not waste your time or money with this place

Had an appointment Monday at 4pm was told it would take a while to repair and to return the following morning at 9. Did that and apparently the business was short staffed all week and didn't get my quote until Thursday. Was told a discount would be applied for my inconvenience and still had a $2300 total in the end. 2nd experience at this location and my 2nd disappointment. Over priced and understaffed. Should have referred me to another location for a timely service.

I took my truck to this business location on Friday July 21 2023. I was having trouble with my alternator and/or battery. I returned the next day to pick up my truck to discover that the inside of my truck was trashed, the glove box, which was locked, was broken and sitting open, completely empty. Other things were damaged and few things were stolen. Based on what was taken and what was left behind it really looks like an inside job (allegedly). And there are oily finger prints inside my truck in places they shouldn't be. I immediately went inside to tell management. The person I spoke to who I assumed to be the manager responded to me with "I'm sorry man. We've had a lot of break ins. We even had a car get stolen one time. I'm sorry man." Then he turned and walked into the garage. He wasn't helpful at all. I asked him about checking the cameras and he said he didn't have access to them. He said only cooperate can look at the cameras. 20 minutes after I drove off their lott my truck started experiencing the same symptoms it had before I took it to meineke. I basically had my car towed to meineke just to get robbed. And it looks like one of their employees did it (allegedly). I will NEVER take my vehicle to any meineke anywhere ever again.I added photos of my broken glove box.

I took my 2016 Infiniti Q50 to Meineke to have a good amount of maintenance done. I spent over $3,000 on repairs/maintenance. When repairs were complete they had an issue with getting the check engine light off. Only to bring it home with more issue than before. So I thought that returning the car to Meineke would surely take care of the newer issues with my car. I had none of these issues before letting Meineke work on my car. After paying for the diagnostic test again to fix whatever issues they had caused I was told it needed a starter. Which made no sense to the ABS signal showing on the dash and remaining on the dash, a Chassis Control Warning Light, and not starting. Thankfully I decided to get a 2nd opinion from Infiniti. I found out that there had been multiple issue caused by previous work done on the car and the only place to work on my car was Meineke. Hard lines were cut and spliced back together with rubber hose. I was told they only broke one hose but fixed it! Definitely not a fix but a makeshift job. Wiring routed incorrectly as well as items left Disconnected. These and other problems caused will cost me over an additional $4000. I don t have the money to have these issue taken care of nor should it be my responsibility due to how these issues came about.

Very happy with my experience. I went in for an oil change but I knew there were other issues with my car. They gave me a very detailed estimate, including pictures, and the manager explained everything thoroughly. There was no pressure or making me feel dumb for not knowing a lot about cars. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! They over charged me ($855) for a 4 cylinder tune up (spark plugs and coils) and my car wasn t running the same afterwards. To make matters worse, my check engine light started coming on in which it never came on since I ve had the car. So I took it back and explained to them the issue only for them to tell me I need to spend $1500 more to fix another problem. This is not a good company and I would recommend you not go here and have service done to your car.

Got my brake fluid flushed and it was perfect, I was in and out fast, all the employees were nice, the brakes feel great and the best part was the fair price, I will be back!

I normally go to Meineke for some of my car care needs. They are always friendly and super quick with the services they provide. However, I did go to a different location that wasn't as quick. I waited 2 hours for an oil change and to fix a slow leak on a tire. I had an appointment at 10am. Nobody told me there was going to be such a long wait and they also lost an employee that week. So the guy at the desk gave me a discount for the wait. Thanks.

I am literally 9 months pregnant, getting induced this evening. I showed up early for my appointment only to have to wait well over an hour, for them to try to up-sale me! I only need pads. They looked at the rotors and completed zero measurements!! just trying to make extra commission! Rotors are not needed!!! This place has unethical businesses practices that try to take advantage of emotional pregnant women!

I needed to get an alignment done on my car and my mom sent me Meinekes. As a younger girl from out of state, lots of car places dismiss me and talk down to me and here that wasn t the case. Car same to have more problems then it did when I took it, which is ridiculous now I have to go to the dealer and get it done the right way very disappointing to have to spend your money and not be satisfied now have to spend more money at the Lexus dealer which I should ve went there first and it would ve been done right and all Problems would ve been solved and not to mention, I asked for oil change, and that was oil all over the bottom of my car very messy job now I have to clean that too in the alley would ve been better

Dan is amazing. I ve taken my care there for 2 years now. He always explains everything to me and how it works, and why certain things are needed. I know other places scam people, but not this Meineke. I was very pleased with the out come of the repairs . Although I wasn't pleased with the amount of time it took. Seems that parts ordered were the problem. I suggest they have several suppliers available or stock parts that will expedite the process.

I went there they did not tell I have to Pay for inspection regardless I pass or I fail. I failed still pay and I went somewhere else Jefflube I pay less for both and if you don t pass. They won t charge you. !!

Just by being a standing customer. I ve witnessed great customer service skills. Time was taken to listen to every detail of a customer s car concerns as well as my own.While listening to car concerns, some may look at it as a money opportunity; however, other money saving suggestions are offered to customers being that every penny counts.My service experience was just as great as witnessed experiences!
