Absolutely outstanding service! I was driving to my next command across the country and heard grinding in my rear breaks. I called an hour before closing and they took care of me immediately. Shane stayed after hours to get me back on the road safe. He checked my fluids and tire pressure to make sure everything was in order before I got back on the road to make sure the rest of my trip would go smooth. This shop really went above and beyond and I would recommend there service to anyone.

Jeff and his team are incredible! I am very sad not to live in the local area, as this would be my permanent mechanic shop. I drove 8 hours to check out a used vehicle that looked like a good deal. Their team took a last-minute appointment, did a phenomenal inspection of the vehicle, and throughly talked us through the results, as well as giving recommendations on the deal when requested! They saved me from a very expensive purchase, and I strongly recommend this shop. The inspection was also 4x times cheaper than a nearby dealer. A gem of a shop!

I ve been coming to Meineke for a few years; got disheartened when a former manager had told me the repairs would be around 4k to fix damages from hitting a pot hole.The new manager, Kenny, not only reassessed the car; he informed me that it didn t need the repairs from the original estimate. Total repair cost was under $700.If you want quality and knowledgeable service, go talk to Kenny.

I needed my car fixed within an hour and a half of close after work and they re one of the only car shops that could get me in. Excellent service and amazing crew. They got my problem fixed quickly and were very polite. Recommend to anyone I know who owns a car.

I came in 3 days ago to get brake pads replaced, was told they were busy come back the next day at 11am. I did, then they claimed the appointment was 10am so I rescheduled today for 10am and showed at 10am. The manager took my key put it in the shop. Then at 11:30 the manager made me aware they have yet to work on the vehicles brakes and instead they did an inspection and wanted to replace my rotors for $370 as well as a couple other things totaling at $846. I also bought a Groupon for the brake pad replacement that the manger claimed they couldn t take because he didn t know how to do it, then he said I actually had to pay an extra $75 (already paid $144) because it wouldn t be worth his time. Front brake pad replacements only for $144 but not worth their time?? Then when I asked him to just take the vehicle down he got in my car rolled the windows down parked it outside on the street with the key in the ignition came back inside and said it s out there. Left my car outside running with the windows down for anyone to steal. Unprofessional and unethical business.

I gave a bad review last week, but I am recalling my review and giving a new one! After giving that review the manager reached out to me and he took the time to listen to my issues. He asked me to bring it in the next day, which I did.. and they really took care of me. My car needs a lot work done, but besides that! Their staff is wonderful and they all are very respectful, professional and care about their customers! I would like to thank everyone at Meinke for your service and taking the time out to assist with my issues!

I got into a highway multi-car pileup while far from home and moving to a new state. It was the weekend and most car-repair and collision shops were closed. I had no idea if the damage to my truck was cosmetic or serious, and it was impossible to start making plans and handling my situation until I knew its condition.Even though he knew he wouldn't be able to do any body work if it was cosmetic-only, Jeff offered to assess the damage as soon as I could get the truck to him and kept me updated each step of the way. He was able to verify the damage was cosmetic-only and got me back on the road within a few hours.I couldn't be more grateful for his compassion, willingness to assist and prompt responses.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. The store manager is friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating. They are timely, courteous and do an excellent job of determining the services that need to be done with a thorough explanation. I highly recommend this store! They are the best!!!

I had the absolute BEST experience here! Jeff and his guys took my car in when my brakes went out on my way to work. They were efficient and treated me like family! I m so grateful that I now have a place to go for all my car maintenance needs in the future! I went to Meineke for an oil change. They were slow. The oil change came with a full inspection at no cost. I didn't want a full inspection, because that would take an hour. No inspection should take that long. Their competitors can conduct similar inspections in half the time.

Service was good. I got an oil change with synthetic oil, and the total was about $100 before I used a coupon. A little expensive, but they did a good job. No complaints at all.

Jeff was outstanding in accommodating us. Our car broke down out of town on a Friday afternoon, and after having it towed to Meineke that night Jeff had a diagnosis Saturday morning. The car was repaired before the end of the day Saturday, allowing us to get home. Excellent communication and impressive commitment to customer service.

I have a commercial service van, I really cannot afford to just drop off the van and not work unless I take a day off. I had an opportunity,I thought to drop van off at this location and take care of a customer across the street. That granted me around four hour window for them to Repair/diagnose some minor issues. I thought I made this clear when I made an appointment, and check vehicle in. But apparently not. After 2+ hours I went to van to get a part, and saw it was still sitting and having been looked at yet. I knew this would not allow time for diagnostic and fleet approval. So I took took van and canceled appointment

This store is so awesome. Jeff has helped me a couple times with my vehicle. I trust them with knowing what needs to be done and what can wait. I appreciate them looking into what was wrong and helping steer me into the correct solution.

I've used this auto shop twice. Typically, for oil changes or new tires. I've grown to trust them. They seem very honest. I took my mom cars in for an oil change. It was around 60 dollars. The place she usually goes to charges her 100+. The guy at the front desk always has pleasant conversation. I would recommend this place.

Employees were nice and super helpful. I had an appointment and there was no wait before my car was taken in. Waiting area was clean. And i felt like my car was treated well while not in my possession. The final price was lower than i initially walked in expecting. I'll definitely be returning for more work to be done.

Got me right in at 8 and changed out the brakes and did an oil change before 2 pm. Wished it would have cost less but per the Google it seemed to be industry average. The convenience factor was what made it work for me.
