The customer service was great. Everyone was so nice even a little funny. They got all of the parts that I needed for my car. I didn t have to go and buy any parts. They ordered the tires that needed to go on my car and they fixed everything that needed to be fixed And my car sounds great. It is driving great they are awesome. I highly recommend going to Meineke.!!!

I was visiting the city and my car started to steam. I was able to call and get my car in the day of! They were able to fix my car before I left town. Chris and Stacy were extremely kind and helped me get my trip back on track! Thank you so much to the place as a whole but especially Chris and Stacy! I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone in the area or visiting!

I took my car in to the Broadway location on Tuesday morning. Car was ready by Tuesday afternoon. Chris was great keeping me informed through the whole process and made sure I knew about finance options. It was my first time here, probably won t be the last. Efficient service near my house. I m well pleased.

Meineke on Broadway gave great service and one of the Customer Service people named Chris was outstanding. He helped with everything that was needed and made sure you were able to pay for it. If you needed help he got in touch with people that could help you or at least try to.I love the service that I was given and would always return thanks Chris and the rest of your crew. I had a great experience

On Friday, March 15, 2024, I took my Jeep to Meineke to be serviced. When the time came to make payment with my Synchrony Car Care credit card, it declined on the payment. So, I call Synchrony (customer service ) and spoke with a representative who appeared to be rude and very unhelpful. She (representative) told me that my card had been deactivated because my card laid dormant and that if I wanted a new one I just need to reapply.First and foremost, I didn t have any ideal that this is something that any customer would have to be faced with when the need came to make a payment. It was very embarrassing. Secondly, If there had not been any activity made on my card, then that should have signified that I had no need to use it at the time. Therefore, the $2,000.00 spending limit that I had should have never been denied to me when I really needed to use it on Friday, March 15, 2024. The money should have been still available to me when I needed it, but it wasn t. I had successfully applied and been approved for the $2,000.00 credit limit by Synchrony, but I guess my money is not good enough.This is not fair nor right to anyone that has successfully applied and been approved for the credit limit. Had I known that this is how Synchrony does business with their customers, I would have never applied for the card. It seems like they had a hidden agenda and ulterior motive from the beginning. People, please hear me and hear me good, do not apply for the Synchrony Car Care credit card because they want to force you to use the money when you don t need to use it and when the time comes when you do need to use it, the money will not be available to you because you re not using it how Synchrony wants you to use it.Needless to say, I am grateful to Stacie, Manager and the entire staff for such a wonderfulexperience and awesome service that was rendered to me. As soon as I walked in to the building I was greeted with a friendly smile. The girl behind the desk was very informative and the whole procedure went very smooth and speedily. I even got a text letting me know of other services I needed done to my car. I've never gotten that service before anywhere else. So I will definitely be back to the Meineke on Broadway!

Chris has been super helpful with both my boyfriends and my cars. We had 3 flat tires within a week and they got us in same day and made sure we were taken care of. Super personable and quick. Free towing with sign up of membership as well.

I had to get a tire plugged after an unexpected flat. They got it plugged and back to me in just a few hours even though they were very busy. Great service at the front desk and the gentleman that brought my tire out was very polite as well. Second time I have used them and happy with the service.

Stacy was extremely nice and helpful. Everyone at the place was friendly. We were traveling and had a wheel issue. Stacey told us to come right over. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. They saved our trip from being a disaster!!

I highly recommend this shop! I was visiting Louisville for the weekend when my oil light came on - ugh - always when you're out-of-town, right? They checked it out straight away to diagnose the problem, added oil, and absolutely refused to let me pay, saying, "That's not who we are - we take care of people." And, boy, do they! I was on my way in under 20 minutes. THANK YOU, Meineke! :D

Went into the facility at 9:30am and told Brian I would like to have my rotors replaced considering they previously informed me that they needed replacement. Dropped off vehicle and Brian said he could get the job done. 8 hours passed with no update on vehicle. 6pm I called them because that was their closing time. I called them they did not call me. After holding my vehicle all day they said they did nothing. Completely unprofessional.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Went in on a whim to inquire about getting my check engine light diagnosed, not only did Chris and his friendly staff diagnose the problem, but was able to order parts and service my Jeep all in the same day! Excellent service Excellent customer service Excellent care!

Replaced a transmission cooling line due to leaking. Had to bring it back 2 more times for still leaking. Was advised the radiator was cracked. Which wasn t true I took it to jay barker on Taylor blvd. The line Meineke installed was crossed threaded and I did not need a radiator. I will not go back for anything. The salesman Chris was trying to convince me that because my car was old that s why I needed a radiator. Poor customer service.

I had a fantastic experience, with a special thanks to Stacy, Little Scarlett & The Gentleman at Meineke East Broadway. They seamlessly honored the deals I found online amid construction and a water main break in front of the shop. When my car needed more work than initially expected to be road safe the guys worked together to get me taken care of quickly so my 2 year old and I wouldn't have to walk back a second time because I left my house key on the key ring. What could have been a frustrating day was made a great one. I highly recommend!

I brought them a tire that needed to be patched due to a puncture, one of the most simple things to repair. They proceeded to ruin the tire completely somehow, they then told me they would order a tire to replace the one they destroyed, however the tire did not match the others and is of inferior quality. It has now taken a couple weeks and they have told me the matching tire is in now ready. At least they are making it right and have only wasted a couple hours of my time for a 15 minute repair. I think the management is good and they are trying, but maybe they are victims of the worker shortage and are having trouble finding employees who know what they are doing. I don't know, but I will definitely be going somewhere else the next time I have a minor or complex problem.

Dropped off at 8 am. Told them i needed a new CV Boot, and that my heat was not working and that I wanted that fixed. 4 hours later they called me with a list of everything wrong with my car, but they hadn't worked on my car. I told them needed a new CV Boot, and that my heat was working. 4 more hours later they called and said my car was ready. The replaced my CV Boot, but the heater was not fixed. I'm not sure why they called me to say it was ready to be picked up when the heater still didn't work ... it seems they didn't even check if they fixed the problem. They charge me $500 to replace the thermostat, but that didn't fix my heater. Terrible ... DO NOT use their service.

Very friendly and professional Manager, Stacey, while waiting for the service to be performed she interacted with the customers in the waiting area to make the time pass much quicker. I like this branch and have been coming here for years, this was my first problem. I showed up for a 9am appointment for an oil change and was told I was also eligible for a free tire rotation (sweet!). The receptionist quoted me 45min and I told him that was great because I was trying to get out of town ASAP that morning. The oil change took over two hours and I had to ask the mechanic to skip the tire rotation because I was running late. Everyone was apologetic but still Service: Oil change

The staff here were incredibly helpful and I was able to drop off my vehicle in the morning, have a significant amount of brake work done (replaced pads, rotors, calipers, tie rods on front axle), and was driving home safely by the end of the day.

Worst place. Will not fix the problems. I went in for a break job they gave me a long list of other problems and then they said they couldn t get it done today. I need my vehicle back so they put it back together and let me drive out of there with a broken vehicle and now it s not running right so they did something to the engine because they are upset that I couldn t leave my vehicle there overnight. Don t take your vehicle there if you want it to be running right after they get done working on it
