I had the pleasure of getting my car serviced at the location on Shelbyville in Middletown. I have to give kudos to Anthony, the customer service gentlemen. He was extremely polite, not just to me, but to every customer that walked in the building. I watched as I waited for my car to get fixed. Anthony even handled a difficult client on the telephone very well. I mean, very well. Stayed pleasant the whole time.I can say, after getting quoted on some other things that my car still needed, and wanting to "look" around for another deal, I won't. I'll be returning back to Meineke all because of Anthony.That man deserves a hefty raise or bonus!

Great experience. Needed alignment. Used a 50% coupon. Great deal. Advised of other needed items but not high pressure. They showed me their work as well needed items. The manager did a great job of taking calls, covering appointments and walk ins.

Meineke Car Care Center on Shelbyville Rd. is my place to go for my car. Their customer service is top-notch! Chris up front and the guys in the back really take care of you and all of your concerns. I noticed that they will not try to oversell or up-sell you; they do a thorough analysis and fix what is absolutely necessary. They focus on safety first! Also, the inspection that was texted to me was incredibly detailed with photos, charts, and explanations of every inspected angle. It was a great experience overall!

I am new to the area and I chose this place because I needed a fast service and I really didn t know where to go. I made a wonderful choice the manager Oscar was awesome and the guy really got my car in and out fast. I didn t need anything serious, but if I do in the future, I would definitely bring the car to them.

Easy to setup the appointment on their website. Very polite and professional. They did exactly what I needed done and much cheaper than the Kia dealership. Car got fixed properly but I was told it'd be an hour and a half or so. Waited two hours, my car was still in the garage. I then proceeded to wait ANOTHER half hour watching as no one did anything to my car before going and asking what was going on, after which, they finally closed my hood and pulled my car out.

I had an oil leak and I chose Meineke as they were one of the few places open on MLK holiday. I definitely made the right decision. Oscar was very friendly and polite and made sure I got my car back the same day. I felt my car was diagnosed correctly, fixed and I will visit again.

I had such great service on my first appointment here that I decided to come back for a grease job ann oil change. In the process, they discovered one of the cells in my battery was not charging properly. So they advised me to go back to the original vendor to see if there was a warranty. I did that and sure enough there was a warranty. It cost me exactly nothing for a replacement battery with a two year warranty. Thank you for the excellent service and cost savings advice. I even got an adjustment for being referred by Costco.

I brought my car in yesterday for an oil change and for another small repair. The gentleman who checked me in was very thorough explaining everything to me and giving me prices for the work. I waited for my car and they completed the work in a short period of time. I was very impressed that they did a thorough inspection of the car and told me things that I would need to have repaired in the near future. I ve never had this experience before anywhere, but I was very pleased because I know I have to save to get the work done that they said I would need In the next month or two. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend Meineke on Shelbyville Road.

I brought my pickup truck in for a small welding repair, a few other issues were discovered. I had an out of town trip scheduled for the next day so the tech stayed late and finished the work by the next morning. Great job, thanks

I'd give these guys more stars if I could. Customer service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and helpful, very understanding, didn't break the bank like I had thought. Definitely coming back as a regular

I visited the Meineke Center on Veterans Day for a free basic oil change. The staff was very friendly and they serviced my car and had me back on the road very quickly. I recommend this place, especially since they .have military discounts all year round.

Came in for alignment and oil change was told sway bar links needed to be done. I asked, do they need to be done to do the alignment. Gary said yes . I have never seen stock links that are adjustable or affect the alignment. So just a scummy dude lying to make a sale. I was in hurry and didn t want to argue. Also was told 2 hours and it took 3 hours. I will not be back and would advise anyone not to use this location because they will lie to you.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Great service shop. Very friendly, wonderful communication, and great cost. My car was fixed promptly, and they even texted a full vehicle report with pictures illustrating some potential issues.

Charged me $181 to look at my coolant leak and tell me I had a cracked radiator and tried to charge me $1952 to fix it i called around and found someone to do the same job for 1200 and that was enough to do it there instead even with the 181 dollar charge they were going to give me. when i called them back to tell them they told me they could do it for $1800. they over filled my coolant by an inch and told me it would leak out before i made it anywhere, mind you ive been driving under the same conditions for a year just topping off my coolant as I go. after I got my car back i called around some more and found someone to do the same job for $700. even with the ridiculous $181 charge I'm saving $1000, thats quite a bit more meineke! before that they sold me tires for about 200 a tire after that i looked into those tires and walmart was charging only 115 for a tire. 2 stars because they do good work they just scam you while they're doing it. Update: Job was completed by Steves shop on Patti Lane for $700, a wonderful small business.

Dropped off my sons vehicle and they had it fixed the same day. They found a leak in the flex pipe, quoted a reasonable price, and got it fixed. Service was great.

Life Savers. I needed to get my old (2006) car in shape for the drive to St. Louis over Thanksgiving. Meineke rose to the challenge. Identified the problem areas and when authorized made the repairs in a timely manner. They identified other areas that needed future attention and I know where I'm going to go for those repairs. Thanks Meineke.

The manager or owner I m not sure was very helpful. He answered all my questions. I was very frustrated and irritated because of my situation and he tried his best to do all he could to help me. I really appreciated all his efforts. I can t recall his name but he was so helpful.

3 Grand on A/C repair. They did not put BACK on the low end or the high end Schrader valve caps; caps missing now. They did not unclog the A/C drain like they said they did. Floor board soaking wet on passenger side, clean water. I do not expect to see any dye in the system when I return tomorrow. I wonder if they even changed the compressor and condenser or the expansion valves, or if they just recharged the system?When you can t put the Schrader valve caps back on or take a few minutes to unclog the A/C drain, it s difficult to trust you did anything else.

They did a pretty good job of fixing things with just one mistake I'll have to get them to finish. When they did all my wheel and break work they did not hook back up my emergency brake so until I can get back over there I don't have an emergency brake to use.

Was referred to this location to speak with Marty. I was told he was the expert so of course I wanted an expert. My 2016 Chevy Silverado z71 digital gas to empty fluctuates! I can put gas in my truck it was go to half day I m 223 miles to empty before I pull off it will say I m 187 miles to empty. This been going on for a week. I was told fuel pump or the signal in fuel pump would definitely be the problem. I was charged 1224.85 for a fuel pump and module replacement. I got my keys started my car up it said 226 miles to empty. All I did was get my baby out of my mom s car and put him in my truck and it said 237 miles to empty. I went back into the store and spoke with an African American man by the name of Oscar and said come look it s still doing the same thing. He gave me a hug what like look and I told him to come look at my truck it s not fixed. He said well you never told me the numbers were going up I said I told you both it fluctuates so why does that matter. I was told by Oscar all cars with digital readings will fluctuate. I asked him to pull up a truck or car that has the digital reading on the dash and show me how it start fluctuating within second by just staying in park. He then said I can t do that I m not saying all of them should do that. I m 5,5 34 look 19 year old mother and I believe Oscar tried to play me and talk to and as if I was a fool. I told him if it was my girl pump that needed to be replaced then put my old on back on and I pay only for the labor and not that part. His response again I m sorry but you never told me your digital reading numbers were increasing you only said you was losing gas. I then lost my cool yes I did because I dropped my truck off and showed the person behind the desk a video of me sitting outside Krispy Kreme and my digital hand was moving from 130 to 131 to 130 to 131 back and forth for almost 3 minutes. Oscar confirmed another associate stated he seen the video so I was confused why Oscar was even talking about what he didn t know when he isn t the technician working on my car. I spoke with Marty he said he doesn t want me to pay for anything that wasn t wrong with my truck and in my eyes clearly it isn t the fuel pump if the same problem happen when I only started my truck up. Slippers count I should of double checked behind their work before pulling out any money but the way this was handled today when it should of been a quick pick up my truck go to my grandmother funeral and be good but no I was assured my truck was fixed with no more issues stating the gauge hand isn t moving anymore but my whole reason for bringing my truck was due to the digital reading stating I m losing gas and when it starts blinking that the gas is low the gauge hands matches. Gary who works there at the location stated we was only worried about the gauge hand but I m paying for you to find out why both the digital reading and gauge isn t working right. Working right even after replacing something I was told by Oscar would be the for sure reason I m having those issues. I even asked them if it s something electrical could that be found too. Marty himself told me yes. So what s up refund me for that $750 fuel pump you guys replaced which didn t fix anything or find out the the hell is wrong with my truck and get it fixed free of charged.No stars I wish it was cameras inside there that records the conversation and you could hear the things I was told. Oh and when Marty came out with Gary the story Oscar gave me did not match. Marty himself said issues i told Oscar my truck was having Oscar did not relay those messages to marty. Which is odd because only Oscar was calling me so if he was calling to get information for Marty why wasn t he telling him word from word issues. Marty said in front of Oscar I told him he didn t tell me any of that. Oscar walked off to the back.

I went in for tire allignment since I just got new tires. Staff is polite and courteous. I would recommend this Meineke location and I would go there again.

The guys at the shop were helpful. I ended up having a transmission issue which is outside of their scope so they didn't even charge me for the inspection. Grateful for the help at Meineke and information on my cars issue.
