Easy to make service appointment and great customer service!I had a transmission leak and they were quick and clean with repairs! I had an issue with my 3rd party warranty and Juan took time to explain everything and made sure I knew what was going on. He answered all my questions about the car and future services. Very easy to work with and helpful.

Where do I begin? This was the best experience I've ever had. Hands down the easiest process. The sales people were great. Jordi was amazing to work with. Super punctual, messages, called, kept me in the know with every step. They found EXACTLY what I was looking for, had at the showroom, ready to go.They have called several times since I purchased, to check in and see how it was and that I still love it.5 will buy again without hesitation.

Been looking for a truck for a couple of months got a great value, friendly people and no hassle. Did what they said they would do. Best of all they didn't try to hike up the price by adding a bunch of dealer fees. Felt like I finally met an honest sales person (Seth Clark). Next time I look for a vehicle they will be my first stop

We really had a GREAT experience at Louisville Mitsubishi. From the time we got there, to the time we pulled off the lot.Our salesman Isaac was great, straight to the point, showed us everything we wanted to see, answered all of our questions and went over and above showing us all the features of our BRAND NEW OUTLANDER!!He really did a great job. The finance manager was great, paperwork was mostly electronic and quick and easy.Best experience we have had buying a car!!Thank you Isaac and Louisville Mitsubishi-we LOVE our new SUV!!!

This was our first visit to this dealership. Staff is very polite and welcoming. We hadn t planned on purchasing on our first visit but we did! Thrilled with the vehicle we purchased and the deal we made. The entire transaction was seamless. Special thanks to our sales person Jordi Gomez. He was a pleasure to work with and was great on following up on any questions we had. Highly recommended Louisville Mitsubishi and Jordi Gomez.

I was so impressed with the service and Robert and his team. I was traveling to Tennessee for the week and I had a recall on my Outlander. I called Robert on Friday at 4:30 and he made sure it was taken care of before I started my trip. Cannot say enough how great they were.

Isaac have been working with me over a month (It took over a month because I am a procrastinator ) now imagine helping someone purchase a vehicle that's very undecided and a procrastinator mannn Isaac deserve reward. Isaac was beyond patient, very professional & honest & indirect and I really did appreciate has time. On top of that the staff was super friendly everybody said hello mading sure I was being taken care of. If you need a car I highly suggest this location if you want more for your dollar I highly suggest this location Isaac will definitely take care of you and his Team/ Co-workers because they definitely work as a team

Dream come true.. Never been approved for anything in my life as many times as I've tried. A great experience. John-Derek worked super hard to get me out the door!!! With a great personality!! The whole crew made my life so much better!! I would recommend anyone to visit these guys if you're looking to get on the road.

I've been here twice and both times it's been exceptional service. I HIGHLY recommend for everyone to come to St. Matthews Mitsubishi. They're fast, courteous, and straightforward. There's always this weird nervous energy when going to get your car worked on. You know, the classic stereotype of shady car mechanics? Robert and their team are the opposite. Zero worries about the car getting worked on.They even let my dog chill with me in the waiting room. Today, my fob stopped working to unlock and lock my car. I thought it was going to be at least $175. They took the keys, got them reconnected and said it was no charge. Couldn't believe it. Thank you, Robert!

Is the best experience I've have had in my entire life good people friendly service very helpful and got approved for a new vehicle with no problems at all even though I was upside down they still helped me out a lot so happy with the vehicle I have I would tell anyone to go there first before going anywhere else

They where very nice and really did a good job ..I came to get my oil changed and the macanic noticed some things that also needed to be treated on the car ..and came out with the list of recommendations..I looked at it but could not afford to do it all in one set ..so they worked out a payment plan to pay back in payments for the service and it was acceptable...I feel confident bringing my car up there to have it serviced...it is still under factory warranty..so I believe they will help keep it updated..

From day one Mike and the rest service department has literally been great to deal with !! This whole situation has been very upsetting due to KIa Preston selling me a wrecked lemon w frame damage body damage bent wheels rear differential replaced rear axles replaced .. n we ain t done yet !!! During my horrible experience w Kia Preston I felt like I needed to give kudos to where it s due and Mike and the entire team has treated me w the utmost respect . They have done everything to make sure I keep calm during this horrible storm thanks to Mike personally the guy is great at his job and the biggest thing that sticks out to me about Mike he listens !! He listens to my concerns . NotOnce did he not believe me or push back like dealerships do !! Kia Preston took advantage of me . My 217k Subaru was a smoother ride then the 2020 fusion titanium w all the bells n whistles I bought . 2nd one I love owned so I know the car . Mike specifically I m not sure if his bosses read this but Mike deserves a big thank you bc I will recommend him to all my friends and family to come get there new or used car from them or any mechanical work on at there shop !! There fast and very friendly !! Thanks again to mechanics who have all been great I appreciate you !!! I m hoping for a peaceful ending with Kia Preston . A rear differential 2 rear axles two bent wheels next . Body frame damage paint damage. Thanks to real guys who have helped me through this very difficult time w my car. . Thanks again to everyone at that store!!Mike personally - I can t thank you enough for what you have done from day one until now . Any dealership around town would die to have you in there service departments. I have recommended all of my friends and family even if you just need a oilChange for see MIke yes the best in the biz gets you done and out quickly . The whole team deserves a raise bc the way they treated me Mike personally is the reason I will coming back for all my service needs and Oil changes . Hard to trust people in service but I trust Mike and you should too!! Go see him today for allYour automotive needs : to his bosses give him a raise Mike is the engine running that place he is very good at his no. And he is compassionate for the customer as well . Easy to work with no pressure. I picked up car evening of 11-16-23. Noticed that once I got home the hood of the car had severe scratches all over. Stopped back in at the dealership the next morning and they have scheduled the car to be repaired on Monday 11-20-23.
