Sometimes you gotta get your Honda worked on at a Honda dealer, and this place is as good as any. Debra the service advisor is easy to work with.

Good Luck ever hearing back from anyone at this place. Texts and emails I have sent to my service advisor and the manager have gone ignored for weeks now. If you want open communication this is not the place to go.

I recently took my 10-year-old Honda CRV to Honda World in Louisville for service, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Despite booking an appointment in advance through their website, I was left disappointed with the level of service provided. I typically avoid taking my car to the dealership for service once it's out of warranty, but since it was already there, I thought I would have them address a few additional concerns.One of my main grievances was with the way the staff handled my requests. I approached them with a list of issues, including a missing piece on the front grill and some undercarriage damage from running over something. However, the lady attending to me seemed disinterested and did not take the time to listen to my concerns. Instead, she insisted that they couldn't address those issues because I had apparently booked an "express appointment." I was unaware of this type of appointment or its limitations, and it was frustrating that the staff member didn't take the initiative to explain it to me or explore alternatives.Moreover, the lady appeared rushed, which further added to my disappointment. As a customer, I expected to be heard and have my concerns acknowledged. Unfortunately, this lack of attentiveness made me feel undervalued and unimportant. It seemed as though the staff prioritized speed over quality customer service.On a more positive note, I must mention that the facilities at Honda World were pleasant. The waiting area was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a decent environment for customers. However, I couldn't shake the feeling that making the 30-minute drive to the dealership was a waste of time, especially considering that I have a regular auto repair shop I trust closer to home. The lackluster service and the feeling of being rushed left me questioning whether it was worth the extra effort to visit Honda World.Overall, my experience at Honda World in Louisville was underwhelming, earning a rating of 2 out of 5 stars. The staff's failure to listen and address my concerns, combined with a sense of hurriedness, made me question the value of their service. While the facilities were nice, I expected more from a dealership with the reputation of Honda World. For future visits, I will likely opt for my trusted local auto repair shop, where I feel my concerns will be taken seriously and given the attention they deserve.

Debra Judd was my advisor & this is my 1st visit to Honda World for service. She made it extremely smooth & easy, kept me well informed. I had appointment & was seen on time & out on quoted time as well. I was impressed with being able to watch my Pilot & technician working on it..1st time owning a Honda..It was very clean & orderly..Pricing was around same as other dealerships I've experiencedThankyou Debra for a pleasant experience..Services: Tire rotations, Brakes, Oil change

No problem found. Battery dead 3 times, had to jump start. Hopefully cleaning battery posts did the job, we'll see.Appmt for another problem this week. I have a 2021 Honda CRV, w/very low mileage. Love the car, hopefully this will not continue.

Recently went to have the water pump and belt replaced. One of the pulleys were damaged during the installation. They of course said they did not work on the pulleys and will not take any responsibility for it. The thing is, this was the only time anybody has touched the belt since I ve owned the car. And the diagnostics of course will cost over $500 to repair, as well as having me need to replace 3 other things, that will all total over $1,500.So take note that this place will repair things to Honda specifications and with genuine Honda parts. But in the process, they might diagnose a bunch of other problems with your car, possibly damage the good parts in the process, and not take any responsibility for the damage, getting you to come back and pay them some more of your money. Please proceed with caution.

I made an appointment before one week for oil change only then after waiting for two hours they told me it s going to take hour and half more waiting, it s the most poor service ever it s a big joke

Had 11am appointment for oil change, had coupon included oil change inspection and car wash. Got there at 10:50 am, guy said be about hour and 15 minutes! I said ok I have a 1:00 pm appointment that was about 20 minutes from there so plenty of time. At 12:25 when car was still not done I asked where my car was said about another 15 minutes. At 12:45 pm my car was done. They did not wash it. I was late to my other appointment. Almost 2 hours for a oil change. Glad I didn t have any other work done. Also I tried to schedule online it did not work. I was on hold for 15 minutes trying to schedule the service.

My 2022Honda Accord Sport.They tried to agree with me on an issue about payment for this work (broken taillight lens) too long to explain. But alas, we couldn't agree. Nuff said. But I believe they put an effort into my concerns. Did you know that water in a taillight assembly can cause unexpected brake application, the cruise control, lane keeping, and adaptive braking to completely fail? Well, I didn't either.

Pretty dissapointed at the fact i didnt get my car washed after service as usual. I heard other representative ask that question to a client, but the one i had didnt. Good way of losing costumers. So a quick tip. Always take care of customers.

Very difficult to find service dates. Even though this showroom doesn't have new cars to sell. They hardly have 4-5 cars available. Not sure why they such a big showroom. They have no dates available for next 8 months.They gave me appointment after 8 months.

I brought my Ridgeline in for a bed cover issue. Doug did a quick fix and took care of most of the issue while explaining in detail what and how they could do a full repair. If you are unsatisfied with your service here, I urge you speak up to their management staff before making a complaint online. They will make it right. I was initially not happy with the service I received but their management reached out to me when they didn't have to, and they made sure I was taken care of. Not only did they help me better understand the situation, but they worked hard to remedy the situation to my satisfaction not only for me but for future customers and I left 100% satisfied. Thumbs up Honda of Louisville, thank you.

Came for a quick service oil change and was told it would be a four hour wait. If they don t have the capacity to do quick service and can only handle drop offs, they should be up front about. Feels like false advertising

Made an appointment, got sent to the wrong garage, had to schedule a whole new appointment on a time-sensitive fix. No accountability, no attempts to try to make things right, just "we messed up, and it's your problem".

My daughter took her 2020 Civic in for Oil Change and tire rotation. They tried to sell her more than what she went in for. They no longer top off fluids for free. We call several times to get regarding the air filters and was told to ask for Josh. My daughter went to Honda World today and ask for Josh and he told my daughter he knew nothing about it. Her Dad called several times and was transferred several times. Could not give us a price of the 2 air filter s. We have bought 5 Honda sCounting our 2 children. The Service Staff our rude. They get you in their and try to tell you need more work on your car than what you came in there for. And after all the calls my husband made about our daughter s car no one could give us answer. She works 2 jobs and it s hard for her to call Honda World . There should be someone there with knowledge of prices.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Used the Express Service - made a reservation. Upon checking in, was advised they closed at 7 pm, and I told them I needed to be done by 6:30 to make a 7 pm meeting. While she couldn't guarantee that, they actually had me done by 6:15!!

I have been taking my Honda s here for over 10 years! Best service center in the area. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for! Up front honest always make sure you are taken care of!

Unless you are going in for the (express service) don t bother! Very inexperienced and unskilled techs. Took my husband's car in for maintenance, but found a huge gash in the passengers door paint after picking it up that was NOT there before. They insist it was there on arrival and isn't their problem. I'll be going in to look at the footage myself, but after that I'm not going back. This is not something easily missed.
