Not sure i can adequately say how great my experience was this morning. I pulled in and was immediately greeted by a guy name Steve who listened and not only got my car issue fixed extremely fast but did an excellent job. Tough to find such great customer service this day and age. I ll definitely back. Thank you!

Recently had work on my Lexus NX. The customer service was pleasant and efficient. The body work was superb in all respects. This was my first visit and therefore there are always some uncertainties. Thank you for doing a great job.

They were courteous, knowledgeable, and kept me informed through all stages of the process. The work was very good, as was the service. No complaints, whatsoever. I don't plan on needing these services in the future, but if I do, I know where I am going.

Very pleased with the services I received. Unfortunately, I got into 2 car accidents within about 6 months. Luckily I used Louisville collision center for the repairs. Great customer service, easily worked with insurance companies to be sure they would cover everything needed. And the work was stellar. Amazing experience at LCC. Our Audi recently had significant damage to the front bumper. We had heard great things about Louisville Collision Center from our friends and wanted to have them work on our Q5. I called the shop and they saw me the same day to get an estimate on the damage. I let the shop know that I hadn t been through this process before, so Steve and his entire team did an amazing job at explaining exactly how it worked with insurance and timeframes. They truly made the whole experience so easy from start to finish. They dealt with Geico on getting everything approved and kept me updated every step of the way. Not only was the process easy, it was fast. Two days before it was originally scheduled to be finished I was contacted and told it was ready to be picked up. The car looks brand new! Steve and his team at Louisville Collision Center are professional, knowledgeable, and do an amazing job. I am very thankful for LCC and highly recommend them to everyone!

They did really good work with my 2006 Subaru Legacy GT. Troy was always helpful and friendly. They were extremely helpful with handling the insurance claim. They painted and installed new front and rear bumpers. They had to trim the bumper to fit my exhaust and did a good job with it. It was also a pleasant surprise when the person that painted the car reached out and sent me some pics. I was really grateful for that. I highly recommend them.

Last and final update at end of review:It has been a real ordeal here.My vehicle was in for repair and was STOLEN from their lot. Their attitude and response in this whole situation is what is the most concerning. It took them 2 days, business days mind you, to realize the car was stolen from the lot. It was stolen on a Wednesday and reported to me on that Friday.When questioned on the timeframe, their response was, "Well we have a lot of vehicles" with as much compassion and sincerity as it sounds in this review. Another response I got was, "Well this is why we have insurance." Never once an apology, no remorse, in fact the opposite.The attitude from Louisville Collision was defensive, aggressive, and just incredibly off-putting like it was somehow my fault that my car was stolen while under their care. The lot is not secure even with the general knowledge that car theft is a major problem in Louisville.To their credit, once the vehicle was recovered by LMPD, I made the shop make a promise as a gentleman's agreement, nothing on paper, that the entire time my car was there being appraised and sorting out the state of the vehicle that it would be kept inside. To my knowledge they kept their word as it was stacked inside their shop behind another vehicle and it did not run due to the theft of multiple components so it would have required a tow truck to move.The attitude from one individual, I believe she was a manger since she is who I mostly dealt with, was so poor that while I was attempting to sort out my original insurance claim with my dealership, she called them to try and slander me and warn them that an angry, aggressive, screaming, cussing, and violent customer was on the way. Every single one of the dealerships managers including the general manager said they were amazed by the phone call since I have been, "Surprisingly gentlemanly, professional, and calm from the start, more so than would be expected of anyone in a similar situation."I am by no means satisfied with my experience at Louisville Collision Center.Revised 3/31/2024: Not even a "We are sorry this happened to you." Not even a yeah we aren't taking responsibility for it but this is a bad hand you were dealt. Also pretty sad and very telling that the owner who has responded to every single review on Google (5 star down to 1) and most on Yelp cannot acknowledge this. Shows you either how embarrassed they are that this happened on their unsecured property or it shows they are trying to hide something nefarious. It really goes to show how little common decency they have at this outfit. I would recommend everyone look elsewhere for their body shop requirements in the Louisville area. You obviously can't be sure that your property will be there or that they will even know it was gone.

I bought my vehicle in for paint and scratch repair. After picking up my vehicle, my husband noticed the vehicle had not been completely repaired and had been damaged in the repair process. We returned the vehicle and spoke to a manager who immediately noticed the damage. He apologized and assured us of a complete repair and that the damage would be fixed. Three days later, the repair was complete, but the damage was worse. Thirty minutes later, and after the third trip to the repair shop, our vehicle was returned carelessly, "repaired." We showed our advisor, exchanged in conversation of a reasonable solution, but walked away unresolved. We returned back to the lobby, spoke to the receptionist, and asked for the manager's card. The receptionist was apologetic and assured us that the manager would contact us. Twenty minutes later, we were talking to the owner. Steve went above and beyond in expressing his sincere apologies for our experience. I have never encountered such a one who values their customers and the integrity of their business like this man. Steve took responsibility immediately and continued to reach out to us until our issue was resolved. Steve is an expressed image of what is lacking in our society..concern compassion and commitment to the customer. Steve and his lovely wife, redeemed my confidence in Louisville Collision Center. Thank you Steve

It was a joy to work with the staff at Louisville Collision Center! They excel in customer service. I ve just picked up my car which had a good deal of body damage. It looks brand new!I highly recommend this company if you have the need for body work and/or painting for your car.

I have unfortunately had to work with many collision centers/body shops in the past. I am thrilled that I have now worked with the people over at Louisville Collision Center. Not only is the facility absolutely gorgeous, clean and efficient , it is full of the nicest people you will encounter when things with your car have not gone so well. The work is done fast, right the first time and no surprises. Communication through the time the car was there was just right. I am so happy to say I found my place in Louisville if I need a body shop again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very professional, outstanding craftsmanship. They put a metal roof over my, was finished underneath the roof to include 2 outlets for a tv and a ceiling fan. Completed the job quickly and did not damage my TREX deck or any of the surrounding area. Payed attention to details and ensured we were happy with all the work. Cleaned up the area and left it like it was when they arrived. We appreciate their work and highly recommend them to do any home improvement you may need. We are very happy and dry under our new roof now.

Very clean ..well kept establishment. Everyone was very cordial and nice. Had an estimate done and because I was so impressed, I'm pretty sure I'll be back to hv them do the work on my vehicle. Hope the results are as good as my first impression!! Definitely recommend to any and everyone. Had wk done here before and was completely impressed, I'm sure there won't be any changes...I hope!

Car repairs appear to be spot on. The communication on pick up and completion was a bit off. I was told the car would be ready on a Friday. When I showed up to pick up the car, I was told the car was not ready. It would have been nice to have been given a heads up before I spent the hour to drive there and back. Then when the car was finally done, I was told the car would be ready at 10:30am and it would be washed and ready to go. I showed up at 11:30, and the car was not ready until about 12:15.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

In my 55+ years of driving and owning scores of cars, I have never been able to find a shop that could match a factory paint job, especially a heavy metallic finish...I have now. The customer service has been exemplary and, this is the first body repair and repaint that I can say turned out, absolutely perfect.Well done, I can't say enough good things about this experience.

As a business owner myself, I know how important customer satisfaction is & I know risks & hesitations involved in trying a new business out for the first time. However, I was able to speak with Steve regarding my urgent car needs & He was more than polite, knowledgeable and helpful of my cars situation. They did a really great job fixing my car, and were reasonably priced, but I felt like they didn t do a good job communicating when my car would be done. I had to call in several times to get status updates to figure out if I should continue renting a car, when I felt like they should ve called me. They were always friendly, just a little shy on updates.

I was extremely impressed with Louisville Collision Center from the moment I arrived. They noticed where my vehicle was scuffed from where my garage attacked it and immediately applied a matching coat of paint in the midst of providing me an estimate with no guarantee they would get my business. They were timely, accurate, and my vehicle looked better than it did on the showroom floor when I picked it up. While I hope I won t need their services again in the future, I wouldn t hesitate to take my vehicle back in a heartbeat. You won t regret choosing Louisville Collision Center. Thanks again so much!

I was rear ended in my new car and wanted the best team to work on it. I spoke with the dealer and the recommended Louisville Collision Center. I arrived and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff in their beautiful lobby. The damage was assessed and we scheduled my appointment to return and drop off the car. The drop off process was also quick and simple. They handled everything with the insurance company after I started the initial claim. I didn't have to do anything but wait on the car while they handled anything that came up. When I arrived to pick up the car it was all cleaned up and waiting for me at the front of the building. The process to pick up my car took less than 2 minutes and I was on my way. The quality of the work is on par with what was done at the factory. I had a couple small concerns but was able to work directly with the owner and resolve them very quickly. Overall 10/10 and if I need work in the future I will return.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
