Called for a car inspection as a friend had recommended this Louisville Mobile Mechanic over some others. Anyway, very smooth process and actually gave advice on what the car would need as far as maintenance goes. This is a hybrid vehicle, so a new technology to me. Inspection was thorough and the advice gave me more leverage to get a better price on the car. I signed up for continued maintenance with this company. Called about getting a belt replace, everything seem like a go but then I noticed another problem. My alternator pulley, where the belt goes broke off. After that change the whole attitude and told me I had to wait 4 days before they can help. Before it was a hour. Wasn't right?
