New to town and I've always had PPF on my vehicles. Now before you judge why anyone would spend matte XPEL Stealth on a Honda Pilot.1) I REALLY liked the way the new Pilot looks2) i mean... the results speak volumes3) there wasn't anything in this price range even with the additional matte PPF install that I was truly interested in.Anyway, I'm new to the area and was recommended to Lindsey & Lindsey by a friend. Off the bat, I have to say the courteous and just friendly nature of this shop stands out. I can't tell you how many installers on the east coast basically carry this hoity toity persona - esp if you roll up in anything less than a 911. They explained the cost breakdown and got me on a time slot. Indeed at the end Matt DID at least ask me if I was sure I wanted to do this - again, that's on me, it's rare that a mass production family hauler comes through for this.Anyway, they projected 1 week with the shop - and I dropped it off on the AM of the appt date. Guys, it was unreal, I would get daily updates with photos and video. I genuinely felt bad because there was obviously no premade cut out for this model in the XPEL database so everything was custom hand cut and wrapped. They were literally right on the dot with their time. Which I truly appreciate. Generally they estimate a week and it's always like 9-10 days, esp with the Matte/Stealth materials as they are truly a bit harder to work with.The installation was amazing. They even asked that I schedule a return visit about a month in just to do a visual inspect and make sure the film didn't have any issues (which they would fix of course if there was)I have to say I am discovering a whole new use-scenario with a full PPF.1) the Honda Pilot is a family hauler, it's not like they prioritize sound dampening. And it was something that did pseudo bug me when I had picked it up - to the point where I considered having an installer put dynmat everywhere. While it's not whisper quiet, the PPF actually deadened quite a bit of road noise.2) this isn't necessarily a good thing (i'm not a fan of too much attention) - but i literally get stopped or complimented everywhere I go.... people LOVE the matte ppf. I've had PPF on sporty/sports cars before, and I swear I've gotten less compliments than having this done on the Pilot.It was truly an amazing experience with L&L, and for sure will be bringing all of my vehicles here for PPF and tint services as long as I am in Louisville.Working with Matt, Michael and Patrick (the owner) was smooth, easy and very professional. I appreciate that they treated me and my vehicle as if it were a 6 figure performance or luxury car - because truly, I now HAVE the confidence to drop off a 6 figure vehicle here with zero qualms.If you're in the greater Kentuckyana area, I can't think of a better place to get PPF, tint and detail services done.

Matt did a great job! From responding to my inquiries, a short shop tour allowing me to better understand all the services they offer, to a complete detail of my vehicle. Bottom line When you leave your car there to get a job done, they are deliberately focused on customer service and you can be confident that they re going to do a good job and stand behind their work. As a business owner myself, my experience with Lindsay and Lindsay was impressive and I don t have to waste time figuring out where I m taking my cars to be detailed and cosmetically cared for. Nowadays, the standard of service, craftsmanship and work ethic are often questionable. Matt laid it down and did a good job. They have my vote and I do not vouch for folks that often unless it s deserving. All I can say is So far so good I m in.

No high-pressure sales pitches, just facts and information. Matt Watson as well as all the others there, are very knowledgeable and professional. Windows look great and they are not too dark, although darker tints are available. Great job guys! Thanks again

Lindsay and Lindsay did paint protection film and some paint correction, and window tinting, I would highly recommend this business. I ve had several vehicles done by different service providers in the last few years, and these guys stick out head and shoulders above the rest, keeping you informed and appraised of everything happening to your vehicle on a daily basis, included with video and photo messages and the end result was beyond what I expected. Thanks guys.

The XPEL coating not only looks great but also gives us the confidence to drive them in any weather conditions. Matt kept us informed every step of the way and even pointed out a flaw on our new car so the dealer could correct before the project started. A Extreme Luxury Experience.

As of late I continually catch myself thinking about upgrading my truck. I ve almost had it 5 years, it was dirty, smelly, and cleaning it myself wasn t cutting it. I decided to take it to Lindsay &Lindsay and it did not disappoint. My first time getting a detail ever. Now getting in my truck is like driving it fresh off the sales lot over again. More than satisfied with the work they put in and I can close all the tabs of potential next vehicles I have been looking at. Bottom line bring your vehicle here when you get that itch to go make bad decisions on a sales lot! You don t need a new vehicle you just need these guys and their magic. Spend a few hundred here to save you thousands. You don t need a new car. You just need that feeling again. After the work the team here does you won t regret it. This is my second vehicle that Lindsay & Lindsay has completed paint protection film and window tint. This is an incredible shop in so many ways and how they treat their customers! You will be impressed as soon as you walk in. They invited me into their shop to show what they can do with paint protection film. It was like going into a hospital surgery room! The staff is great in working with you to get what you want. Both vehicles turned out awesome! I would never consider going anywhere else for any type of detailing, window tint, paint protection film, or other services they provide. I did not receive any benefit from this review, it s my honest personal experience.Services: Auto detailing, Window tinting

To keep it short and sweet! Highly recommend! From A to Z, everything was great! Store is very clean and organized on the front end that every day customer sees, as well as the back end where the work is performed. Everything is nice and tidy. This carries over and shows with their work. I purchased a car that already had the windows tinted but it was done poorly. They removed the tint and then tinted the windows to my liking. Work was flawless. They don't push other services. You get what you want. Customer service is A1! Will definitely take my vehicle back there for any future detailing needs!Service: Window tinting

I took my Rivian r1t to Lindsay and Lindsay and had it stealth wrapped, ceramic coated and had the front windows and windshield tinted. From my first interaction with them over email to the follow up texts after I picked my truck up, I was extremely impressed by their communication, professionalism and dedication to their work. It s abundantly clear that they take pride in the work they do, and they go above and beyond to take care of you as a customer and to make sure you re satisfied.I could not be happier with the care they took with my truck and the quality of their work. Would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Update 01 Jun 23 - Picked my MDX up from it's maintenance detailing, super happy! They got her looking summertime ready! Happy CustomerMy Acura dealer recommend L&L and only L&L. So naturally I went with them. My MDX was a daily driver for several months and I wanted to get it back to a garage kept pristine condition. I was most impressed with the conditioning of the paint. This baby hasn't shined and sparkled like this since I bought it last year. They paid attention to detail on specific requests around my badging. However I did have to hit each of rims and the door jams after I got home and for what I paid I did expect better. But I'm sure it was an oversight with maybe someone new but aside from that a full 5 star experience.Services: Clay bar treatment, Auto detailing, Interior scenting

These guys are awesome on every level. My very used, quarter million mile SUV came out absolutely stunning. Excellent communication from the team during the whole process. After hours drop-off and pick-up was seamless and a big plus. I'll recommend L&L any chance I get.

Had previously gone to Goode s custom and been very unsatisfied with the way I was treated and the service. Not only was their work at Lindsay & Lindsay top notch but so was their customer service. Can t recommend them enough and looking forward to using them again in the future :)

We are in love with how clean my Kia K5 got! Every inch of my car looks 100% better. Parking was easy and the facility is very clean. The staff treated us like family. We can ride around in style again so thank you to your team for making that happen!I'll update with the interior photos soon!

A little hidden secret I found and plan to share with others! My car was stuck in a foot of mud just under a week ago and these guys got me in ASAP! I needed to sell my car, and it needed a major clean-up. Lindsay and Lindsay did a very high-quality job in an amazingly timely fashion. I brought the car in at 8:30 AM, picked the car up at 3:30 PM the same day, and had the car sold by 5:30 that same afternoon!

These guys are super. I spilled a gallon of tea on the carpet in the back seat of my wife s 2020 Toyota Highlander. I cleaned it up and vacuumed it with my shop vac but was concerned about the tea trapped in the carpet pad. Called Lindsey&Lindsey explaining what happened and the earliest opening they had was next week. He said give him some time to see what he could do and he called me back in 30 minutes with an appointment the next morning. Took the car in the next day and they texted me a video that afternoon showing me what they were doing. Picked up the car the next afternoon and it absolutely looks better than the day we picked it up new from the dealer. Very pleased with the tint job on my brand new Tesla MYP. I went with the XPEL Prime XR Plus 20% on front two windows and couldn t be happier. The product really works! I quickly scheduled with them after getting my license plate and waited just under an hour for completion. Highly recommend.

I read amazing things about Lindsay & Lindsay Detailing. Despite being nearly 2 hours away I gave them a ring. From that call forth, I knew I was in good hands. This team's attention to detail is off the charts. This is my 4th PPF treated vehicle and I've come to greatly appreciate and value the artistic talent, surgical precision and hard earned experience it takes to do a truly fantastic PPF job. The kicker though is the overall customer experience. I'd trust Matt to pick a family member up at the airport or something, what an amazing guy. Patrick seemed cut from the same cloth, both treated us like family at pickup. I'm looking forward to working with them again. Thanks a ton gents!

My 2020 Denali 3500 was sprayed at Steamboat geyser, Yellowstone Park on September 11th by a freak eruption. I thought the paint was ruined. These guys were able to restore the finish to better than new. Highly recommend. I had my GV70 ceramic coated and front end covered with PPF and also windows tinted here. The service was impeccable. My car looks better than when I bought it. The guys are professional and courteous. I was given updates all along the way. And the work is backed up if there are any issues. I m ready to set up more appointments for my family s vehicles.
