I'm so glad a friend recommended Lambert's when I was involved in an accident. This shop truly embodies the high quality and people-centered approach one would expect from a small, family-owned business. From my first phone call to the moment I drove away with my perfectly restored vehicle, Corky and DJ were both personable and professional. They were great at explaining the process and communicating with the insurance company, knowing that, for most customers, having to deal with the aftermath of a car accident doesn't happen frequently. They were also excellent about keeping me informed along the way. I was more than impressed with how my car turned out; it looks even better than before the accident, if that's possible. If I could give Lambert's more than five stars, I would. They turned a rotten circumstance into a great experience.

Corky and the team did a great job with swapping the frame on my like new 2021 Toyota Tacoma. They took the time to explain the process to me and helped me throughout the 7mo wait for my frame. Once I received my Tacoma back, it was in almost perfect condition. I couldn't be happier with the results with something that hurt my soul. Regardless of my beautiful truck being rear-ended and wrecked, im confident in the repair and hope to keep this truck forever. Thank you guys so much!

Corkey and his team did a phenomenal job on my 2020 Tacoma. Had a hood that needed adjusted and a front grille that was cracked. Everything came out perfect and they even washed my truck!Highly recommend this shop!

Looking to find a Body shopFor your repair? So was I.Look no Further. These guys know what they're doing. The repair they did for my Jeep (full back gate) was 100% back to normal and a great and fair price. I knew The quote that was handed to me was fair and I didn't need to look elsewhere.Corky Lambert and his son DJ run a great shop. This was my first experience there at the recommendation of a friend.They fixed the gate on my Jeep like new. Communicated every day over email and had it back in a few days tip top. They even cleaned it up and wiped the interior down. Felt like a new ride!They also do mechanical work and maintenance. I'm having some additional things done here as well. Nice to have a place you can trust. You can't go wrong here. Great people, Honest people, friendly people, Fair prices. Quality work.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Batten down the hatches, this is gonna be a book. I drive a 2008 Buick Lacrosse Super, named Lola. She was in an accident. For those in a hurry - I would take my collectors item of a car to Lambert's for any body work needed, ever. Gina is communicative, Corky is knowledgeable, 10/10, I wish I could give them 6 stars.Now let's open that up a bit:Lola was involved in a collision. One fateful and rainy morning as we were on our morning commute, it was rainy and we had another hurried commuter cross in front of us. We swerved, and avoided damaging his Honda CRX.This is obviously a stressful event, and when you care about your car as much as I do (I'll explain) it's important that it is in the most caring hands possible when it needs some sort of attention!Now, I dislike dealing with insurance companies and rental companies to make things happen. It's tedious and already a culmination of stress borne of a stressful situation.My car is one of 2300 made. It is incredibly special to me and is being maintained as a collected item, and will also be in such good running condition that it will suffice as my son's first car.This car has a rooted investment in my life and is more important to me than most people.Fortunately for me, my insurance company allows Lambert's as a repair center for their claims. After seeing a plethora of reviews geared toward speaking their praises I didn't hesitate to call.I was greeted on the phone by Gina, who expressed her sincere sorrow in my situation. Every auto body shop with half of their reputation said they were backed up for 2-3 weeks. Gina got me in the day the accident happened for an appraisal. Immediately after arriving at the location, I knew my car was in caring and trusted hands. They cared about their job, it was clear in every aspect of my dealings with any employee I ran into during this process. I admit, the burden felt lifted once I handed my keys over.After headaches between two insurance companies blaming the other rather than taking care of their customers, Gina and Corky kept me up to date on everything with Lola, the communications they had with both insurance companies and how much damage had been done to my vehicle.Fast forward to when the lawyers got done fighting and I went to pick up my car yesterday, and I can honestly say, even in my wildest fantasy, I didn't expect what I saw. Every blemish, every scrape, every little imperfection was gone. She looked like the car I fell in love with on the lot, and I was so thankful, so relieved, and absolutely astounded at the quality of work done.The team put care into their work on my car. It was done by people who love their work, and it was exemplified by the diligent and impressive care their took in resorting a car I know every line of. ANY body work I EVER need done will be done at Lambert's. Corky loves cars, the excitement he showed when he opened my hood showed me that he knows what he's doing and knows why I was fighting so hard to keep the car from being totalled out. He knew what that car means to me, and he took care of her as such.Ultimately, Thank you Corky, and thank you Gina, thank you Lambert's! You guys made a seriously stressful situation way less of a burden than even my insurance company did. I'm truly grateful for the exceptional work.

I got some damage after I left my car parked and Lambert s did an amazing job making it look like nothing happened. Decent price as well! I highly recommend this place. They even waxed and cleaned up the inside of the car.

Corky and DJ did a really beautiful job on repairing my silver Chevy equinox after it was rear ended a couple months ago. Their color match was expert work. My car was not drivable when I took it there and it s back to driving smoothly now. It looks like nothing ever happened to my car. They don t play around, they re efficient, professional, personable, and reliable. I also did not expect it, but when I picked up my car it had been freshly cleaned and detailed which was a plus for me. Thank you guys again.Service: Body & Trim

I took my vehicle in for rear end damage (bumper and lift gate). Communication was great, the repairs were completed on time (2 days), and they had OEM price match insurance part quote. I can't tell my vehicle ever had damage or parts replaced. They also washed and cleaned the interior of my vehicle. It smells lovely and is cleaner than when I dropped it off. I highly recommend Lambert's! They communicate with the cutomer every step of the way, so you are not left wondering when your car will be done. Their work is top quality, and they will fix even the things most auto body shops would ignore, with the customer's permission! On top of all this, I was surprised to see that they cleaned my car! We needed a small service, battery replacement. The battery had to be ordered and the installation was a bit more involved than in older vehicles. The service was great, the technicians were pleasant and the installation was clean and professional.Simple task, outstanding service.

Quickest turn around after a wreck damaged my front end ever!! Was expecting to wait up to three months, and they had it fixed in three weeks! Plus the work is incredible. I would never use anyone else!

They do phenomenal work. My car looks fantastic and I could not be happier. I took my car to a highly-rated, local body shop, and they said I needed to replace my bumper and fender in order to fix the somewhat minor damage to my car. I took it to Lambert s for a second opinion and not only did they not replace a thing, they faixed every cosmetic blemish on the car and even vacuumed out the interior for HALF THE PRICE the other shop quoted me. They even called to tell me they buffed out one area and shaved more than $300 off of the original estimate. Lambert's is incredible! I've gotten 3 different quotes from them and each time they were significantly less expensive that the other shops I visited. More importantly, they do a fantastic job and are a real pleasure to work with. I had 2 pieces of paneling replaced - it took them 2 days and the repairs look fantastic. They also cleaned the interior of my car (seems to be standard for them) which was a pleasant bonus. It's a nice way to show they care about their customers enough to go above just the repairs asked for - much appreciated.Everyone I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable, and followed up on any updates and information they committed to providing me. It was one of those experiences where I spent the whole afternoon telling people if they ever needed work done, they should go to Lambert's - it was that good.I hope I don't need any repairs again in the near future, but if I do, I will not bother looking at any other shops. They've earned my business for years to come!

I lost a fight with a tight Detroit parking garage spot a few months back so I brought my car here for a quote. The price was comparable to other shops and based on the excellent reviews I decided to bring it in for repair. From beginning to end, I can honestly say they did not disappoint. They fixed my car quickly, did excellent work, and even handled a billing issue promptly and professionally. If all of the other body shops were half as good as Lambert's I would never worry about getting work done, but given my experience here and elsewhere I won't take it anywhere else again!

We ve confirmed the truth of the excellent reviews. We got our car back sooner than they estimated, they kept us updated via phone through the entire process, and even when insurance wasn t willing to cover some of the scratches that they should have, Lambert s went ahead and buffed them out anyway. And also, they cleaned the car inside and out. Great customer service - All the success to Lambert s, keep up the great work!

Excellent customer service--very friendly and informative. Exceptional work! We had hail damage on our white Jeep taken care of here, and the car looks brand new. They even took the time to clean the inside including vacuuming, which was a great bonus!

I got told by the dealer that they'd need me to pay them $1800 to replace my lift gate. Lambert's simply repaired the lift gate and only charged $550! They did fantastic work! If anyone I know needs body work for their car, I will certainly be sending them here.
