Surprise! Another five-star review! (Seriously, if you're looking for any help with glass on your vehicle in Louisville, why are you looking any further?)I contacted Hill on Thursday, scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 10:30 a.m. (so convenient as I'm in my vehicle for work during the week.) Had a great experience with Hill. He replaced the windshield on my 2018 Infiniti QX60.It was actually pretty interesting watching him work. I feel like he is thorough, in addition to being knowledgeable. Overall, I had a nice conversation with him and am pleased with the results.Overall, I would highly recommend him.

Hill is a very fine installer. My windshield was broken by a falling limb while driving on Sat afternoon, two days before writing this. Hill and I arranged my insurance coverage completely by phone on the first phone call, installation completed in my driveway this morning (11/7/22 = asap). Excellent work, courteous service. I m human, not a bot, and a Cards fan.

Krakken Glass was the first place I called to get my windshield replaced. The owner gave me a quote and told me that calibration wouldn t be necessary but that every other shop I called would say it is and charge me extra. Every other place I called after that gave me a quote of almost double the price due to calibration. I almost laughed on the phone. I made an appointment with Krakken Glass because they gave me the best price! The work was professional and done quickly. 10/10 recommend!Service: Auto windshield replacement

They replaced my front windshield. 5 stars isn't enough for the customer service, how easy it was. They came to me so I didn't have to take off work or go without my car and the price was unbeatable. Great service, great communication, and definitely the best price. Hill helped me out of a bind - worked w me when no other business was even answering or calling back. He was patient and accommodating, got me scheduled for windshield replacement and side mirror replacement last minute so I could get on the road as scheduled and kept in touch so well I felt like a VIP. No words do justice to the gratitude I feel. Just have to say, don t waste time and money w other auto glass services. Just call Glass Surgeon in Louisville. Yeah, i know, that s not the most original promotional statement, but it IS true, which is a novelty in this day and age.

I had a great experience with Hill. Was very nice too considering the last place I tried to get my shield fixed with gave me a day and time when their shop wasn't even available. It was super simple scheduling the appointment to have my windshield replaced. Hill showed up at my house on time, and did a perfect job swapping out my shield! This man went out of his way to make things easy on the customer after a mix-up with communication with the insurance arranger, I was under the impression I needed to go to the address for the Glass Surgeon I was 20 min away at the business address when he arrived at my address he told me not to worry and to just head home and he d wait. From there, he went on to actually notice a more severe windshield chip that I hadn t even seen outside the inside plane of vision. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Goes above and beyond x1000. I will absolutely use him again for any future issues with windshield and I would highly recommend to others. Thank you sir! God bless!!Service: Auto windshield repair

Our passenger side window on our explorer shattered. Glass surgeon was very professional and clearly knew his stuff. He quickly figured out what caused the problem and made the repairs. Very reasonably priced and he came to us free of charge, so we didn t have to drive in the cold weather without a window. We had priced a few other places and he was by far the most reasonable. Communication was easy and he had fast response time. Definitely recommend!Service: Auto power window repair

I needed my windshield replaced and Glass Surgeon was able to come out to me within a couple days. Friendly, professional and the price was more than reasonable. Happy I chose him instead of one the chains. Would highly recommend!

Overall excellent experience! First of all, scheduled very quick. He came out the next day and didn t charge to travel to my house to fix. Was fixed in less than an hour and my windshield was cracked almost all the way across, no shattering. And he charged less than he quoted. His quote was already a hundred dollars less than my lowest quote and less than half of most expensive quote. And he guarantees his work! Super friendly. Would definitely recommend and do business with again!

Hill was prompt and professional. He replaced my windshield replaced the day after I contacted him while I was working. All for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend. I'm glad that I chose him over a big chain.

HILL IS YOUR MAN! I read the reviews and they are spot on. He was $50 less expensive than the closest quote and $235 lower than the highest Safelite quote. He came out the same day, was efficient, clean and fast. I didn't expect that he would vacuum all of the glass from the entire interior, either. Great guy as well. More than pleased with Hill and his company and I highly recommend him!

All these reviews are spot on! Hill was kind, professional, and more than fair on pricing. He came to my place of business and replaced the regulator in my drivers side window. What a stress relief & time saver not having to leave work for car service! After he was finished, he showed me exactly how my previous parts had failed and explained how he fixed it. He even charged me less than originally quoted! I will be recommending him to everyone I know. Way to keep customers coming back! Thanks Hill.

Not knowing anything about this company and randomly choosing them off of Google Maps, and we were thrilled with their service! I contacted about 15 other auto glass shops before speaking with Glass Surgeon and was estatic when their quote was over $40 cheaper than the cheapest of the previous quotes! They don't charge additional fees for disposal and mobile to mobile serive like some of the other sing-a-long glass repair/replacement shops you see advertised on tv. I spoke with a very nice man who scheduled an appointment for me @ my home in less than 2 hours. Hill (who said he's been in the buisiness for 20 years) came out and fixed my window very quickly & efficiently. He was very professional, pleasent, and he vacuumed the glass out of my car more effectivly than even I would. I will definitly recommend you!

The employee that came out to fix my windshield was very professional, timely and courteous. My out of pocket expense was way less than quoted by other local glass companies. I will keep their number for my future auto glass needs. Great job!

Hill @ Glass Surgeon is the real deal. Honest and professional.. Been using him for a couple years as we sell wrecked vehicles and have many that need glass. He never has let us down and stands behind his price. Even offered him more $ when he mis-quoted a glass and he wouldn't take it. Highly recommend

I called to ask about having my rear view mirror reattached, and the guy asked if I'd ever had my windshield replaced. I told him I had it replaced about 5 years ago, and he said the company that replaced it should reattach my mirror under their warranty. Amazingly, I found my receipt from 5 yrs ago, and the other company is going to take care of it for me. Glass Surgeon didn't have to tell me that... They could have just done the work and charged me for it. The Audi dealership wanted $82! Thanks for being honest and helpful, Glass Surgeon!

Had a crack in my car windshield and needed it fixed, called the guy twice and left messages twice before finally calling a third time to get ahold of someone. Each call was made 2 days apart to give them time to reply. Finally got ahold of him tuesday he said the parts will be in friday and gave me a quote. Friday came and i heard no word so i called again and left a message. And then once again i waited two days and then called again and left a message. I even texted the number 4 times. Now it is the following friday. A week after i was supposed to hear from him and no word. I called twice since last friday and left messages both times. These people may do amazing work but I will never know because they never followed through with their word. I needed this windshield fixed before i went on this roadtrip. I leave in 3 days and was counting on this. I wont be recommending them to anyone and I will be telling people to actively avoid them.

Thank you thank you my car window got smacked by a tree this morning. I called around too this super high prices till i got to Glass surgeon and talk to Hill he came out fixed it made the process simple and for a great price. Would keep them in my back pocket... Thanks a bunch...
