Fourth car from this location and I could not be more than satisfied and pleased. Kia store east always take good care of me. To go above and beyond to make sure I leave driving with a nice clean vehicle. This time I had Mike as my dealer and that man down can make miracles happen. Understanding show compassionate integrity and honesty. He has my respect. Might not got me in the car I initially wanted but got me in a 2013 Chevy volt that was even better. First hybrid car . I m so happy!!

They were absolutely fantastic! Michael and Conrad were the best salespeople to work with. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly didn t waste my time. I came home with a brand new Kia Sportage that I love, and actually enjoyed the whole process rather than having to dread it. The finance manager also worked with me to get the best deal in my price range. Kia store east will be my dealership from here on out.

I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Leo. He was very pleasant & very caring and detailed oriented. He ask all of the right questions to make sure that I had a car I would love, even to the extent of making sure I had an acceptable color interior. Clint was really friendly and went out of his way to make sure I received all possible discounts. The KIA experience was a very pleasing experience for me overall.

This is my second car that I bought from this location. Although I hadn t planned on coming back so soon(yesterday) my experience was nothing but A+. My 2022 Kia soul got totaled and everyone and their momma told me go to Rob Mac. My old saleswomen wasn t there this time and she even said go to Rob. Rob gave me the family treatment, did NOT try to make money off of me or force me in a car I could not afford, and best of yet he made this experience one of the easiest things I have ever done. If you want a Kia go to the East store and schedule your appointment with Rob. I have a friend for life!!! Thank you Rob I love my 2024 Kia Seltos.

I came in to trade my luxury coupe for a cheap car to get from A to B. The salesman was very helpful and found a trade that fit my budget. After the deal was made, I had to wait for over an hour to sign the paperwork. Even after I signed the papers, I waited for 20 minutes instead of the vehicle and keys being ready. Moreover, the salesman didn t tell me I wouldn t receive my payment for the difference same day. The manager let me know I would have to wait a couple of days. I was happy with the appraisal amount for my car and the price of my new one. Overall, accommodating and friendly service.

Overall, my experience was decent. Communication in the beginning was excellent: they got my car in, diagnosed the issue, and set me up with a rental. As time went on, the status updates for my vehicle were few and far between. I would have appreciated being kept in the loop on my car, and after nearly 2 months, I would have expected to have heard what was going on. I know lots of places are short staffed right now, and I can understand why it took longer than I expected, I would have just appreciated straight up honestly about them being backed up rather than being told the part arrived the day I called after a month and a half. That didn t feel honest. I also have the Kia app that sends notifications when the car doors are opened and left unlocked, so it was interested how as soon as I called and started asking questions that I started getting notifications about the car doors. It made me feel like my car may have been forgotten. Overall, I am happy with the work. I hope it holds up. When I was communicating with someone, it was great. Moving forward, I hope for more transparency and consistency.

I was pleased by the initial agent who promptly discussed the service and expected time required. They followed up sooner than I expected with info on completed tasks and the additional needs recommended by KIA now or later due to my mileage. They offered free transport away and back since this would take a few hours. I was able to have the free ride and finish some tasks and be taken back to pick up my car and I couldn t ask for better service by a dealership. Thanks.

The whole sales process was painless and pressure-free. I took my time looking at different vehicles and all my questions were answered. I also received a fair value on my very sentimental trade-in.The general sales manager Robert Berger was very helpful and transparent. My salesman Leo was patient and very friendly to work with. Leo also to me to meet the service team and everyone there is also very friendly.Overall I'm very happy with my car purchase and I can confidently recommend Kia Store East to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Sales was terrific. Thank you Michael. Could not have asked for someone to work harder or have more follow up. GM was terrific. My single complaint was finance. To be fair, I ve never had a great experience with finance departments. Maybe it s the nature of the job ? but this is the only reason I cannot provide a 5 star review. I am trying to keep this review as positive as possible so I m not going into a ton of details. Overall, would I use Kia Store East again, yes. Would I recommend them to others- without a doubt. Solid product and a solid establishment.

Had a positive experience working with the team & Rob Mac here. A lot of dealerships told me they would not be able to help me get the car that I wanted to order, but lo and behold, I just needed to get ahold of the right salesperson. While it was a long waiting process (for reasons unrelated to the team), we had great communication and support until the day my car arrived. Very grateful that Rob Mac was able to assist me through the whole process and get me the exact car I wanted.

Absolutely supreme! This place is top-tier. Period. From the buying experience to the service center visits they are hands down the best dealer my husband and I have ever been to. Everyone (yes, everyone) was so friendly and willing to help. The buying experience took less than a couple hours. Our sales gentleman Bunchy was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and never made us feel unwanted or unwelcome. He sat with us for just under an hour going over everything in our new vehicle.Just recently, I got a hole in my tire that was unrepairable and Sydney in the service center was amazing! So friendly and helpful! She had my tire in stock and squeezed me in same day. It only took a hour! I was so grateful. Everything about this Kia Store screams professional and all about the customer. Forever thank you!

Robert McAlmont "Rob Mc" is the best salesman I have ever dealt with since buying my cars 40 years ago. Rob is thorough, patient and willing to give extra time to help me out. He's just a "genuine person". Believe me, I had a lot of questions and hesitant about buying something other than a Ford. Rob made me feel secure, showed me the service department and helped me to feel at ease. The others' mannerisms were also noticeable by opening up the doors, smiling and asking did I need anything. Rob Mc was outstanding. Give me a chance, I would be willing to tell others about my great experience.

so glad to be back into a telluride! My car was totaled about 8 weeks ago. I absolutely needed another telluride and Dylan Bryant at this store made sure it happened for me! He was able to get the payments where I needed and was beyond helpful. He looked at several different ones and picked one up from another location just to help me. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Scheduled online to test drive a new Kia Sorento the flowing day. When I walked in for test drive, the car was waiting for me. Had a very nice experience and they worked with me on getting a good deal. Everyone was nice, process was pretty painless, and I drove off with my new car. Shop here if you want a smooth process!

Kia Sore East is one of the best car dealerships I have visited. We recently purchased a new vehicle from Kia Store East and based on our experience I would strongly recommend them as the go-to dealership for purchasing cars. Firstly, the offers made to us were genuine and we could get good discounts compared to some other dealers. Secondly, the staffs were very helpful and happy to sort out issues that we had. We were impressed with the service we received and we are very happy with our car buying experience. Ask for Michael the manager or Michael the sale representative and you should be taken care of.

Where do I start? Let me try to put everything in chronological order.Bought my car in July 2023. Had to make numerous attempts using my time and gas back-and-forth to the dealership to get new templates because they was having trouble obtaining the title from the previous owner. Then in late December early January, I was told I needed to get my car inspected since it was bought out of state(I was told during purchase that it was a local trade here in Louisville) for my inspection to get rejected because the tint was too dark. Called Kia and had to speak to a manager because first they only agreed to take the tent off and then A manager agreed to take the tent off and replace it and give me a loaner car in the meantime.I had surgery and some medical issues so about a month later I had someone from Kia corporate reached out to me and let me know I needed to get my inspection done due to my finance company reaching out and asking why. I explained to her the situation about my attempt and the tint, and of course she had no idea, She said she was going to reach out to Kia and call me back. That never happened.I called Kia a few days later and was told the manager who agreed to this was on vacation and would give me a call back. Two weeks go by and I still have not heard anything so I decided to call Kia corporate. The only thing they do is reach out to the dealership, Which they did not answer, And she left a message for them to call me they did not.Finally, after having to call Kia myself again and speaking to Justin, he agreed to the original terms . Only to pick up my car and the tint was not replaced. He offered me to get it done with one of his guys at a different location or pay up to $120 for a place of my choice. So again I had to use MY TIME AND MY GAS to get the tint replaced after I was told numerous times it would all be done at the same time I dropped my car off.Oh and I can t leave out the wonderful warranty they included in my car. I was towed at most if anything goes wrong under my hood I would be out-of-pocket $150. A few weeks after buying my car, I noticed that the transmission was still shifting kind of hard so the person that sold me the car made an appointment to get my car looked at. Only to show up to the appointment to be told it was the wrong day and the lady in the service center told me that even if it was my transmission, there was nothing they can do Since they only work on Kia s.Power protect is the warranty i was offered and took bc it sounded like such a great deal at the time. I paid over $1000 out-of-pocket for a new transmission because this wonderful warranty company only offered very little for a used transmission that ford was unable to find one in that price range. Not to mention I had to pay over $800 for a rental since the warranty company only pays up to $35 a day for a rental car for 10 days. I called them and complained as well and asked them what rental place is only charges $35 a day and his response was I don t know and told me if I had a problem with my warranty then he can connect me with someone who can cancel it for me. I told him I wanted to speak to his manager, and he said he would take down my name and number and they would call return my call. That s been months and still no call.Long story short I feel like I got screwed over from this car place. Horrible customer service. Horrible management. And they sell you cars with the transmission going out within 6 months to a year. I m a single mom and work hard for my money and I will never do business here again.

My experience with Kia East Store was excellent. My sales associate Teddy was very good to talk with me-and not pressuring. The business office gal Erin was equally as wonderful-business like yet very personable. This is my 2nd experience with Kia East-and it was a rewarding experience both times. Highly recommend!

This was my second to Kia for services and both visits were great. Customer Service Reps were very helpful and kind. The waiting area was very clean and a relaxing area to wait in for my car repairs. They were very helpful in identifying that my tire that was losing air was safe for me to travel on after I shared my concerns about this problem. I would recommend them to others who need car repairs in the future.

Big Mike was such a pleasure to work with! We walked in with no appointment, just browsing and left with a brand new whip! He made the transition seamless and easy being it was my very first time buying a brand new car. He made sure I got what I wanted and didn t settle by getting me the best deals! My wife and I were looking at new cars just to see what we might like and we stopped at the Kia Store just to see what options were there. When we arrived we were greeted by Rob. I have been to other dealerships where the sales person gives the the impression that you not only are not getting a car but can t afford it, Rob was the opposite he wanted to know exactly what we were looking for and if they did not have it he would find the closet thing for us to look at and order it if we had to. lucky for us he found exactly we were looking for and it was available( we went for the Sorento)Then came the fun part, seeing if we could get it in our budget, again Rob was able to get us close to what we were looking for for our trade in and the finance department was able to find us a bank that helped us get right around what we were thinking about for payments. My wife and I could not have asked for a better experience, salesman or car. I wish there was a higher rating but 12/10 would recommend to anyone.

I worked with Sydney in the service department at this Kia Store and I would definitely use them again based on my experience with her. She was pleasant to work with during a stressful time (recovered stolen car) and made it all a simple process, even the insurance portion of the program. There was wait time involved, but that s just to be expected in these times with labor/part shortages and there was plenty of communication. They were able to provide a loaner car which I was incredibly grateful for. My car was detailed after being fixed and I got it back cleaner than I dropped it off. Thank you Sydney and Kia Store, I will be back!

I was really nervous to buy a brand new car, I had always done buy here pay here lots. A friend of mine referred me to Kia East and his car guy here Rob Mac. He has made my car buying experience excellent! Super friendly and helpful! He has answered all my questions I've had, and makes sure I'm taken care of. Erin at this location is wonderful too, she was realistic with me and gave me all the facts! I'm glad to be a part of the Kia Family now!

Unethical business practices at this dealership. I looked at leasing a top of the line Telluride. I was quoted a lease price exceeding the KIA website by over two hundred dollars. They didn t have a car in stock that matched my requirements but said they will try to find one in their dealer network. Both my wife and I instructed the sales people not to pull credit yet. To my amazement I get a report in my email that KIA East side did pull my credit anyway knowing full well that they couldn't deliver a car on short notice. Because I have other high dollar purchases and leases I am closing on in other States, I had a timing strategy that would least affect my credit score. They totally disregarded our instructions. Which is now negatively affecting me. I would call my experience a toxic exposure to highly dubious and unethical business practices. Needless to say I will not lease or purchase any car at this dealership.
