I went to another place to have my oil changed. Everyone tried to reset the due oil change pop up. So I took my 2023 Kia Rio car to the Kia service department. Two awesome young men tried to reset but they finally realized my car was on recall for this problem. Since I was going out of town the receptionist, service technicians worked me in really fast. Their customer service and service technicians are excellent. I plan to have all my car services done at the Preston Highway Kia service department in the future.

I will never buy another KIA so long as I live. I bought a brand new 2020 Sorento in summer of 2020. Thing has a 100,000 mile warranty that was touted throughout the sales process. So I go to the dealership at 80,000 miles and say "Hey the engine light is on and she is running kinda loud." They diagnose a sensor problem and that isn't coveres by the touted bumper to bumper warranty. Pay to have that fixed. Now a four year old car is burning at least two quarts of oil per thousand miles. There are recalls on literally every GDI engine for the model years preceeding mine for the same issue. I call but since my model year wasn't in the actual class action lawsuit brought against KIA my options are see if a $300 engine treatment fixes the car or I probably need a new engine. The cars are garbage, the service is terrible, and the sales pitch misleading even by car salesman standards. I hope you read this review and never buy a KIA or alternatively that the whole company goes out of business so that you don't have to deal with the same nonsense that I am.

Today I took my car for service. A associate named Tera kept me informed of what was going on with my car, by calling me as necessary. She went above and beyond in all matters of the service I received. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The service was time worthy. I am very pleased.

I just don't understand why is taking so long to give me an answer about my vehicle. I'm beyond frustrated to the max Customer service seems not to be their concern. I drop my car off at 11 am called around 3 to see what the issue is. Shawn said he would call me back. That never happen at 5 tried calling again to find out Shawn went home. They said after I ask could I speak to someone else another advisor would talk to me. Heck, that sure didn't happen!! Left me on hold instead!! Rude unprofessional and just lack caring about the customer!!!

I had to drop off my KIA Soul to receive the security upgrade. The lady working in the service center was very personable and had a great personality. I wish more people who work with the public were like her.

They keep pretty close to the appointment times. Did not leave me a window sticker for my next oil change and I miss the days when they washed the car. And my tires were all at different levels after the alignment, is that normal? But the desk clerks are super nice, patient and efficient.

When do the Kia store to buy vehicle I was sorely disappointed your ad said one thing and they seem to do another I would not recommend it over there to purchase a vehicle I'm sorry you should have more availability for people that can't put their income all the way on paper but are able to prove it.

Had a friend of mine recommend this location for service. Saw this extremely handsome man, and was not dressed to impress, so I immediately left. Just a woman shooting her shot. I believe his name was Larson. Definitely going back, only this time I'll be ready!

Was traveling through Louisville and needed to get the initial service done on my 2022 Carnival. Not only did they take me in without an appointment, the staff was super friendly.Very happy with the service, cost and most importantly the quick, professional service.THANKS!

They were able to get my car in about a week out when I called, which is definitely understandable. The only headache I have with the service center is that it s hard to get someone on the phone to make an appointment. I ve tried using the Kia APP to request an appointment but I never received a call,And that s the same for online. Other than that the place is clean and people are friendly.

Had my engine replaced due to a recall. AC works fine when I took it in but it did not work when I got my car back 2 months later. They tried to tell me I had a slow leak in my air conditioning. My personal mechanic Randy test and told me there was no leak. Kia store did finally replace the freon free of charge. In my opinion they were trying to get me to pay for their mistake.

I've always thought about trying Kia products. I purchased a Kia Sportage 2017 back in November of 2021. Definitely had my deal in with problems but they have fixed them accordingly. Even though I had to wait for almost 2 months to get an engine replaced. I had a friend of mine just for an oil change and alignment she had to wait 4 hours. I know they're short-handed but this is kind of a little overboard I'm thinking. But they do offer you rides with lift back home and back to pick up your vehicle if needed.

I waited a long time, they didn't put my information in the computer correctly costing me time and money. If there is something I don't have to come back here for, I will go somewhere else to get my car fixed.

Scheduled car for recalls everytime I spoke with someone was told different information.This place does not work with their customers now. I have bought 3 brand new KIA from them inown the past years. They have never been this bad until !!! Please do not do business with this location on Preston.

My 67 year old mom took her Kia in for an oil change and they had to keep it overnight to fix a stripped bolt. She went back the next day when they called and said it was ready and when she got there, she was told someone had stolen her car. Dealership has photos/videos of the thief and the keys left out on a desk when he grabbed them. Kia didn't even offer to provide her with a loaner car, just put her in a Lyft and sent her home. So now she is without a car until the dealership and insurance work out the issue. What type of dealership wouldn't offer a loaner car when they are 100% responsible for not maintaining the safety of the car? Now the 4th of July holiday weekend has started and all calls to the General Manager, go straight to voicemail. Obviously, they truly care about there customers.

Although there was full service to be done on my car, they finished as quickly as possible even short staffed. Explained everything done and why. Excellent service.

They are always friendly. The lobby is always clean. The Service Advisors are upfront with advice, and what to expect from them.They also use Lyft to provide shuttle rides.

I bought a brand new car from here in 2016, I have a mechanical issue and I have tried calling, emailing and using the Google chat to get ahold of someone. Some new chick answered in the services department and had no idea what I was talking about or how to help. She said a manager would call me back. I waited a week with no call back. I called them back and got no answer 3 separate times.

Kia Preston has had my car since June 20th. I have no clue what is wrong with it and can't get anyone there to tell me. I had it towed due to engine making noise. No one knows anything and someone is always going to call me back but, here it is July 6th and still no call back. So frustrating!!

Tried to charge me more than double than it was 6 months ago. Oh we got rid of that particular service. What was 39.99 is now 89.99 and the only difference is they were gonna rotate my tires.

Very condescending staff. Went for 5000 mile service and they couldn t figure out if my tire was losing or not. They said it was okay, but I still have to put 12 to 15 lbs of air into every other day

Kia has updated their oil change services to 3 different plans. They are not immune from everyone else raising prices.

Waited 8 weeks for car to be looked at, then in the way home there were more problems, so car is back again and we're waiting and waiting
